stopped in to ask if they did chrome nails. they said yes so I made an appointment. I selected a rose gold and rather than providing a chrome finish, ended up with white nails. I stopped with just the pedicure as the color was horrible. I was charged $60 for just a pedicure. They lied about there polish offerings and then OVERCHARGED for a horrible pedicure. inconsistent coverage, crooked filing, paint on skin, looks like it was done by a child. read more

First time there for a pedicure. Mediocre service at best but the polish was done horribly. Polish was as if I had done it myself with blobs of paint pooling at the cuticle. And the tech put an extra pad between my big and second toe which ruined the paint on my big toe. Another Tech sat me back in a chair and did a lackluster job to try to fix the issues. Went in to get my SNS changed. I don't think they have a lot of experience with SNS. I was in the studio for 1.5 hours, the tech filed my nails down too far and now they hurt. Everyone was very nice, the nail techs might not be experienced. My SNS is uneven and my nail beds hurt. I would suggest going here to get simple things done. read more

Can't give zero stars. First time in... pedicure was good. Second time- no chip mani good. Today, 3rd visit, was my last. Arrived at 12:01p and signed in with my daughter. She wanted a full set of gel nails.... and I wanted a no-chip mani and pedicure. The guy in the front asked and my daughter answered him as I was writing down what services we wanted.... I went to answer and he cut me off by saying we will be with you in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, another customer walked in and wanted a color change- first guy told her it would be 10 minutes and then asked us again what we wanted. 2 minutes later, he says he could take her and told my daughter and I that it would be 5 minutes. 5 minutes after, another employee came up and asked what we wanted and said it would be 5 minutes.... After 20 minutes of waiting, I had had enough. Put down the colors we had selected and walked out if we had been told that there would be a 20 minute wait in the first place then we could have made the decision to stay and wait or to leave. But the fact that a 5 MINUTE wait turned out to be a 20+ minute never ending wait was disrespectful. Not to mention that guy #1 had scheduled an appointment for 1:00pm while we were there so we would have been bumped down even further! Customer service is obviously a missed art at this nail salon. read more

Had a gel manicure. After 5 days one of my nails the polish chiped. Also almost all the polish is lifting at the cuticles. This has never happened with a gel manicure before. I've went a month before having to have them redone. These haven't even lasted a week. Won't be going here again. read more

I don't feel like I can give a true star rating bc I've never gotten anything do there but I do have to say that this company needs to do better with their scheduling and try to have more than one person working at a time. Omg, had the worst experience ever. Went in for a mani, Pedi, and full leg wax. The mani and pedi went pretty well, though she almost burned my skin w the hot towels. She had me pay for everything before I had my mani, $ 100.00 w tip, and I ended up tipping her accordingly. Went in for my wax, the sheet they had on the bed was filthy, with what looked like pubic hair and dirt. I asked her change the sheet and she brought out towels and placed them over the dirty sheet. I should of ran out then, but I needed a wax. She started on my front lower leg. When the front was done, instead of asking me to turn over , she proceeded to pick up my leg and do the back. She had wax everywhere, especially on me. She was wiping off the glue w oil, so she ruined my shorts. She didnt even do the knees. I was like, ok enough! After removing the wax off my fingers, feet, legs, arm, I went out to the cashier and demanded my money back. After 15 min back and forth, they voided out my original amount and just charged for my mani pedi, which after getting home, didn'tlook that great. I will never go there again! read more

I agree wish I could give a neg star. I came in and the man in front told me to sit. Never asked what service I wanted 15 min I got up to leave and he said No No stay. I asked how long and he said 5 min. The woman that did my pedi and shellac nails never spoke a word tome the whole time and I could have done the pedi she did at home. She cut nails rub lotion on No massage at all. No cutting cuticles. I asked for a manicure with gel nails to clean up cuticles and again just soaked hands than put polish on which when I left I can see bubbles in polish. This was the worse experience having a pedi and mani ever. Oh I forgot to say when I was getting pedis 2 woman that had been waiting with me stated they had made appointments and had been waiting 30 min. I don't think they ever check their appointment book. read more
