With all the many nail salons to choose from even here in Lehigh acres as well as Fort Myers, this is a very good salon. I arrived without an appointment. Usually, I always go get an appointment however, with my schedule, I just popped on in. As I entered the door, I noticed a lot of the nail technicians were just arriving. So I understood as they were quieter than usual, and seem to be moving slowly, and some of them are actually look like they were still a little sleepy. I only had to wait a short time. I was told by the gentleman at nail technician desk one to go to nail technician desk seven. Sophia was the girl at desk seven. She was very sweet, very professional, and did a remarkable job. I am very impressed with the work here. The place also is very clean. The only thing is, I'm not sure how the pricing works. I did get a fill-in and I did have to have them cut down along with a replacement now. So I knew it was going to be a little more than normal. However, I was wrong in my mind again. Cost a little more than I expected. But I am very pleased with the results. I recommend people coming here to arrive early if they are a walk in, or get an appointment ahead of time to avoid waiting. read more

Amy and her mother were fabulous!!! Pedicure was perfect, and they were pretty good with conversation and listening to what 'I' wanted, which is great as a paying customer. I wish I could give a higher star value, but it was the gel polish on my fingernails that were off-putting. I asked Peter for a deep french style, showed him pictures, and was shot down from first look. I was told it couldn't be accomplished on my long natural nails. (Basically, dismissed with "I know you're paying for this service, but you really don't want to get that, do you?). I keep getting asked to cut my nails down by him... No, thanks!!! I actually believe that I was charged a manicure rate for services that weren't rendered. No prep care for the skin around the nail was ever done. Just gel color change. He said that I didn't need it... What does that mean? So, I ended up with a very bad, very basic, over aging french polish job with the gel paint pooled at the tip, creating a sort of hump/bubble look. They look weeks old already. I think it was a result of not wanting to do natural nails. It felt very rushed, and I'm not pleased with this round on my hands at all. I have an event to attend, and I'm super upset about the quality of work. I really don't think I'd let him touch my hands again with that attitude and lack of care. I had my gel nail polish done with Cristina. She spent a lot of time on her phone. She ended up putting like four coats of color and days later they look awful. Color is already lifting and there is a line on my ring finger from days later. Won't do them with her again. First time around I did them with Peter and the French was fantastic. She shouldn't be ordering Dunkin or on her cell if she has customers at her table. read more

I'm here visiting family from Virginia, and needed a manicure ASAP because the beach messed up my nails. I decided while i was there, to go ahead and get a pedicure as well. Walked in, was not greeted. Had my daughter and my niece with me as well, all getting manicures, and pedicures, with my daughter the only one getting a full set. So we were spending some coin today. (We also we're getting our eyebrows waxed)..... I'm leaving pics below, and the woman who did my nails was incredibly rude, hardly did my cuticles, and left the edges of my nails so jagged, that they were catching on the towels. She used the hardest grit file on my natural nails, (which I've grown out long), filed them uneven, there was no soap to wash your hands, huge spiderwebs in the corners of the place, ceiling was stained, trim was almost black it was so dirty..... The place is just nasty. I ended up getting a yellow neon... (everyone knows that when you use a neon on natural nails, you use a white base coat under it) she didn't. After three coats, I could still see my natural nails... There was polish on my cuticles, and it just looked terrible. I asked her nicely if she could use a white base coat, and she said no.... Yes... said no. Puts the top coat on it, and I was sat in the pedicure chair.... I get in the chair, and take the acetone and a cotton ball myself, and start taking off my polish. The manager, (I'm guessing) starts freaking out and says "No! We will do it for you! What's wrong?!" So I showed her... They then all start talking in their language all loud, slinging shit around. I know they are mad, but for what I paid for, and you told me no??? Long story short, the girl comes back after I picked out a white and told her I wanted white underneath, because it makes the neon pop... She proceeded to jerk my hands and sling them around, yes... She was mad... Splashing bits of polish on my arms and fingers... I sat there with my mouth open. From the time I've been getting manicures in VA, since I was little, I've never been somewhere where they cannot speak English AT ALL. Nothing, and treated so rudely. I paid for a manicure, and got a half assed one. No cuticle oil, no arm/hand/lotion massage... Just acted like a was an annoyance. My daughter got her full set, and GUESS WHAT?! Yeah, her cuticles aren't even done either. Ummmmm that's what you pay for. A manicure within the full set... Nothing. They didn't even push them down before they did the acrylics. You can see how bad it is. All in all, I did not leave a tip, for the first time in my life. I'm 34 years old. I could not believe how bad I was treated from the time I walked in, to the time I left. Below are some pics of our cuticles, and polish before and after. You can see the difference the white polish underneath makes, but also how uneven my nails and daughters nails are. If you zoom in, you can also see how little they did... The cuticles are terrible and dry looking and half hanging off, and they didn't even clean up our polish they got on our skin.... I am so upset I literally wasted this much money on my nails. My nails are long, and she didn't even get the sides!!!!! There is also a pic of my supposed pedicure. I wouldn't say it's the best place but definitely better than some other places when I walked in there was a guy who was at a station and he got up and told us to go sit I was with my older sister and we where looking at the prices and it said acrylics where $30 and shaping was $5 so I showed the nail technician what I wanted and she told me it was $70 and I was confused and asked her how much it would be without the design and she said $50 and she told me it was $20 for a design on all my fingers so that ment a design was $2 which doesn't sound bad but I wasn't paying $20 for a design so I just told her to do the nails without the design and as I'm getting my nails done my sister texts me and tells me there's roaches on the floor which grossed me out but what gave me an ick was that she was using dirty files instead of using new ones but I was like um okay I guess anyways keep in mind the first picture is what I wanted which was $70 but then the second one is what I payed for which was $50 and I also included the picture of the roach read more

The people are nice but I've went here about 6 months ago and from then said I wasn't going back because my real nails were getting messed up with there acrylic ... I moved here and decided to go again worst decision!!! I tried again for about a 2 months getting fill ins and now my nails look like what's in the pictures I used to get them done in Jacksonville consistently and nothing ever happened to my nails they were heathy but I'm not sure if it's something in there acrylic that eats away your nail but my real nails are horrible now like I said before very clean and nice place but wouldn't go back read more

If I could this place NO stars I would. These are the RUDEST nail techs I have ever come across. I got my nails and toes done here several times before deciding to not ever go back and do business with them. previously, I had went to this nail salon and had a very sweet lady do my nails, she was from Miami but I don't remember her name. I also got my toes done here a few times by a young man and it was probably one of the best pedicures I've ever had, but upon my next adventure is when things started taking a turn for the worst and rudest service. I went in for Christmas nails (no appointment) and waited for over an hour.. At this time I understood they were just understaffed but at that point just don't accept walk ins.. I got my nails done eventually and they were really pretty however they were super bulky and thick. I asked for square and they were ROUND. I decided to go back ONE more time. Wasn't greeted, sat there for 10-15 minutes to be talked to and asked why I was in that day but NOPE! Mind you I always tip very generously but was treated like a roach. I got up , left and took my business elsewhere. Will never go back. Guy at the front is sooooooo incredibly rude. read more

Every single time I'm greeted by the mean man up front asking me what do I want. Last time I stepped foot in there, my acrylics were pulled off and I was crying, dude made me feel bad cause i was literally tearing up cause it hurt. Went back another time to give them the benefit of the doubt to soak off another acrylic set, man said it's not a good idea cause my nails will be frail and weak which I understand buttt, I needed to take them off for work. With having an obscene amount of nail places to go to in Lehigh, I have to say I have found the best place! The decor inside isn't the best but they did just remodel and it looks much better than before. I have to say they keep it very clean and everyone is friendly! I go every two weeks to see Leat, he gives the best foot massage I have ever had and I always do my nails with Amy who not only is always a great laugh but is also great at doing my nails which last more than two weeks every time! After finding this cousin duo I don't think I will be doing my nails anywhere else than here! Just went for the first tine today and I had a good experience!! I got gel ombré nails for $45. The nail tech was an older gentleman who really took his time and they look fantastic. The only reason I'm taking away one star is because nobody greets you when you walk in, and the workers looked extremely irritated to have to put their phones down to work.. read more

He turned my hand around and jump seeing my deformity. So don't go if you have any hand deformity. Since they speak in the native language I had know idea what he was saying to the others. Went there for my first ever pedicure. First and last time there. Owner was a snob. Threw a really hot towel on my leg without any warning, other than saying ouch after it was on my leg. To top it off i am heading to the foot doctor tomorrow with an issue to my big toe on my left foot. Was a direct result of this woman digging so hard into my toe. I went there for my first time a week ago and I will definitely be going back. It was a Saturday at 1 P.M. and very busy and I didn't have to wait. When I walked in they were very welcoming and had three workers say hello. I had my young daughter with me and the guy who worked on my nails worked very quickly but still did an amazing job. They are very good at upwelling so be careful. I went in to just get the standard acrylics ($20) but ended up with Pink & White ($40). They're prices are okay. Cheaper than most places in surrounding areas (Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita) but maybe by only $5 so it isn't much of a difference. I would definitely recommend it. read more

The new owners are horrid. I went in a few months back wanting simply an acrylic set. While working, the employee asked if I was cold, I said yes, and for some ungodly reason he set the hand fan directly in front of my face and laughed for several minutes until I had to personally turn it off. I heard him talking to the other man about my boobs and other perverted things. He did his work without asking my input on polish color or nail shape. I left the shop feeling harrassed with ugly nails that I ended up removing at another shop that day. read more
