Wow! Maya is AMAZING!!! I've lived in FM & Cape for 7 years now and have not found a salon where I walk out after my services and love my nails, UNTIL TODAY!!! Maya took her time on my mani/pedi, listened to what I was looking for, she was polite and we had great conversation. Everyone in there was so nice and overall had good vibes. Not only are her artistic and technical skills exceptional, she has an amazing personality. It was easy to schedule, the salon is clean, and everyone is friendly. More importantly, I showed Tanya a picture of what I had in mind to prepare for a Disney Cruise. She was able to match the colors and design the nails just as I had requested. I couldn't say enough good things about her. Very good at conversation too. Few days later, just another amazing set from Anna!

First time here, it's close to my house. I got the Signature Pedicure, their prices I think are a little higher than other salons but you get what you pay for! The pedicure was the BEST I've ever had & my tech B was amazing. I will definitely be coming back here. I can't believe I haven't written a review about luminous nail studio sooner. I've been going to this place for about a year and a half and they are so good. So clean, very sweet, very nice. Very consistent. I always leave this place relaxed and happy and they do the best nails. Mau does the BEST nails. They are even sweet when I'm late. Such a cute salon as well. I have flimsy ,really short nails that won't hold polish for more than a day. Previously I had them try using my nails wiith gel and it lasted 3 days. The dip nails that Melissa put on worked great. They looked pretty for an entire month and now it is time for a refresh. I am so excited. I cannot operate with long nails but this looks sooo much better than my natural nails. read more

Too expensive for such a mediocre manicure and pedicure. During my entire manicure, my nail technician was hosting "live" on tik-tok. Unfortunately, tik-tok is where most of the focus was given. The technician was easily distracted by the happenings on their phone. Positives include Margo who was extremely helpful. Everyone was very pleasant and positive. The salon was clean and inviting. Disappointed because less than 24 hours later, my nails look like they need another manicure. read more

So, this is my third time at this salon and honestly, after the second time I shouldn't have went back. The second time I went back - we got our wires crossed and we couldn't do the design I wanted but Yen was extremely apologetic & I understood life happens. However - three of my nails on the same hand broke within a week of me having my nails done (she did the original set as well) and I was out of the country for a wedding. They also broke very easily which makes me think that the application had some mistakes cause they had a clean cut pop off - literally three days in a row - one of them popped off pulling the brides wig on. How embarrassing! I do think people deserve second chances so I went back earlier today. On the phone I asked for Yen. When I go to the salon I asked for Yen but the receptionist told me Yen was behind schedule and she would be ready for my full set after someone else did my toes but ... the reception took it upon herself to switch who was doing my nails and then asked me after already waiting to wait some more for Yen after I already had an appointment. She was just starting a pedicure. Like ... what? She apologized but I made an appointment so that this wouldn't happen and they still played with my time. I left ... without my nails done and the broken set from the second time Yen did them. I won't go back ... they just don't have it together and I'm sad because I was rooting for them. Don't let people play with your time or nails. read more

I stopped in for a pedicure and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere, the vibe, and the people We just moved from North NJ and my standards are pretty high. The BEST place I've ever gone to get my nails done. My sister & I are travel nurses & have been to a lot of different salons throughout the states. Luminous tops all of them. I was not going to put a bad review because the nails look okay for the first 3days... but I barely been working and look how they look. The owner I guess don't want new customers because she was rude to me and very unprofessional but for a regular customer that she already knew was very friendly. I ask for a fill, she did my nails in 20min, very fast and didn't take time for me. I leave her a tip for his way of treating his new customers. it seems like she need it more than me. read more

Honestly it was a horrible experience because I asked for a little design and didn't know how to do shit sorry respectfully but it's RIDICULOUS how you overcharge for something so simple I could even do ..... I will never be going back . I asked for a simple design and she said that she couldn't do it so she would have to ask her boss and her boss said yes she could. I asked her if she could do it as in the picture she's like no it would be a STICKER and it would be $15 more . The customer Service is horrible it is favoritism. So I do not recommend anyone. read more

Had the best experience here! Got a pedicure, the tech even tested my nail color on an acrylic nail to make sure I liked it before putting it on my toes. Clean, beautiful salon. My mom brought me here for a pedicure for my birthday. The guy currently doing my pedicure seems more interested in everything else going (including watching a basketball game) rather than actually giving me good service. He did a half ass job and didn't even touch a couple of my toes. Beautiful establishment, but I will not be back. Pricey and I totally got talked out of what I initially wanted for my hands when I came in. It felt like no one wanted to deal. My feet never touched water but needed a polish change and that alone cost me $15. My nails came out nice but it's the little things like offering a water when someone's been there for a while and I just feel I get more bang for my buck somewhere else. Aesthetics isn't everything when finding a salon that fits your needs. read more

Scheduled my pedicure for 5:30. The whole thing was rushed . Nail tech Maria was on the phone with her ride home telling them to pick her up in 15 minutes and she had just started. When I voiced concern over the thick gloppy old polish she went and got the owner to finish so she could leave. The owner at least let me pick a better polish and painted my toes. Very awkward. Hands down the worst pedicure ever read more

I had groceries in the vehicle so I left the room and walked past two employees sitting on their phones and left. I was looking for a nail salon close to where I was staying for the holidays in Cape Coral. I called and made an appointment and they got me in the next day for a fill in and a pedicure. I had Anna and she did an amazing job! My nails look great and I am picky. I love my normal girl from home that I use, but Anna did a wonderful job. Even better was my pedicure. One of the best I ever had! It was more expensive than I usually pay in Ohio, but everything is more expensive here. I will return here next year when I am in town. read more

My daughter and I walked in and got our nails done right away. My daughter is 5 and she just wanted her nails and toes painted. The nail technician that had her was very patient with her. She selected a lot of colors and she was able to convince her that only a few were needed. ;) I had Annie and she was wonderful. They are all very friendly. I was recommended to go there by a local. At the moment, I only had time for a manicure but I noticed that the instruments were sanitized and had a very detailed manicure done. I like gel dips and she knows what she is doing! Ann did an amazing job on my pedicure, took her time and is very meticulous. I got my nails done at this salon today, and they are the greatest nails I have ever gotten. I showed the woman doing my nails a picture of what I wanted and I got exactly that. She took her time and did an excellent job, and was very kind too! I think her name was Melisa. I also got a pedicure, which was great as well.
