Underwhelmed by this place. $15 for just eyebrow threading is really pushing it, this is double the…read moreprice that I've ever paid in NY. I came here twice and both times had to finish plucking at home because so many spots were missed, especially right in between my brows. All the eyebrow hairs were left all over my face and I was not offered lotion or any soothing product as aftercare. This most recent visit I was left with a scratch between my eyebrows from the thread cutting a layer of skin and dark spots from when plucking was unsuccessfully attempted repeatedly in between my brows. I had high hopes, but likely won't be returning here

The haircut I got wasn't what I wanted. I asked for curtain bangs and showed exactly what kind I wanted and what kind I did NOT want and I was given exactly the one I did NOT want. Salonist did not bother asking me questions and I insisted if she had any questions or if I can show her more of what I wanted and she said she didn't need to. Of course she needed to because my hair came out wrong. Now my bangs are so thin and have these nasty gaps. My hair doesn't sweep well as it used to. I can't believe I paid $67 and I even tipped her $10 just to be nice. I'm looking forward to someone else saving my hair now. I thought my hair could have grown out properly but it hasn't. It blows my mind that the owner of the salon removed my review.

With different ownership at the time, the salon had a casual unpretentious feel. I liked the stylists' work and made an appointment on the spot. With their friendly staff and reasonable prices I've been a client ever since. Subsequent shifts in personnel -- Maria, the former owner, stayed on -- I'm very pleased with Innovative Styles. Jen, the proprietor, has years of experience in Connecticut and worked for a popular salon down the road. She gives clients what they want, and when they're unsure, she offers practical suggestions. Innovative Styles is located in the former Winn Dixie strip mall. If you're confused by the signage -- it may still say 'B.G.'s' -- know that you're in the right place. Walk-ins welcome, but since they've got a following, call for an appointment to ensure your spot.

As a busy parent with 2 kids it was nice to feel as if I was at a luxury spa escaping the everyday hustle and bustle of life. I bought an after care product from her as well and so far I have been nothing but satisfied. If you are in the Fort Myers area I could not recommend Taz enough!!! 10 out of 10 experience!!

Not to mention does the lashes you see photo-shopped in mags, only hers ARE REAL!!! They turn out "exactly" like them!!! I will def incl pic's to my review of Lush!! I have seen her prior as well, as I get VOLUME LASHES. Never once has she damaged the integrity of my natural lashes...EVER!!!! They are as full now as when I before I started getting them! The extensions are lighter than a feather, and I can not even feel they are on. (I have Volume lashes...on right this moment and AM IN LOVE!!!) I doubt I'd EVER stray from LUSH! We know about that all to well. Don't go cheap, go to LUSH. I went exp, and had the worse mess you can imagine. Several lashes stuck to one extension, glued onto my eyelids, they felt like i have pennies taped to lashes...that heavy. They I can not even feel....Kaitlyn had them GORG again!! THANK YOU!!! XOXOX They lasted and looked great for quite some time. Just be sure to sched your appt 2 weeks out. If you are a newbie, like I was...I thought oh, these are awesome. Well...dumb move...no openings. Just learned the hard way. BEST EVER!! Sooo many complements today as well from LORENA'S WORK... AWESOME TOO! You HAVE to see LORENA IN PERSON!!! HER GORG FACE AND BROWS!! WOW! Model material...not kidding!! Just like KRYSTLE my Esthetician / Laser Technician at Nap laser & med spa!! So pretty & sweet with the best brows too!! Something happened, and go figure...Lorena assured me no biggy. Could be a million things. She had them on FLEEK in less than 30 mins!! PERFECTO!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, THEM!! (at the end of lashes with my fill, lil sum sum happened?!?!) FLUKE?!?!?! So I had to stay in FL a lil longer, then back for Sunday eve's wedding.) Arrived to my appt early. Lorena was SO PROFESSIONAL..NO ATTITUDE except sweet. She even laughed at me, as I brought my waxed blonde brow strips to show her. She's like there's hair there?? LOLOLOLOL...yes, just blond and I totally hate it!! Gotta be in a car to wax them in the sun. LOL. She tinted my brows..1st time in 20 yrs have I LOVED THE color!!! HANDS DOWN...BEST VOLUME LASHES ON THE PLANET is KAITLYN, 2nd is Lorena...but darn close Kaitlyn...lol 　 Kaitlyn the owner, trainer, and lash EXPERT is who to see for VOLUME LASHES, At Lush Lash & Brow Lounge. BY FAR THE BEST IN THE BIZ!!! She is the sweetest person ever, she actually cares as well, you can tell she has a big heart, and makes sure you are happy. (Bummer for me and our family.... my sister had just passed, so just before my 2 week fill, off to MN we went, for a celebration of life, put on by college frnds, etc...Very nice. (we had her service previously, family, her hubby, 2 yr old son Alex, and her newborn baby girl Libby Marie, sad, sad) And I am in a wedding on Sunday eve to boot. AGHHhh! Anyhow, I HAD to fly here this time for my 2 weeks fill. Kaitlyn was booked solid that last Fri to this one today, and just could not get me in. Plus that closed last Sun is in there as well. I think I know and feel if there was any way possible, she would have done so. I feel she has a heart of gold!!! I am sure she tried, but I only had a few days window because of the situation, not weeks, as she prefers because she books up. As I say, I bought a ticket and flew back from my few weeks trip to MN, for my two week lash fill etc.. Found "Naples Laser and Med Spa" to boot!!! Even Lorena at LUSH was like omgosh... LOL...wasn't there someone in MN to see for a two week fill? I'm like unfort no...I don't live there now, and no gf's or my sisters gf's, get extensions. As I have NO CLUE who I'd see in MN. And after what I just went through, you will see why!! It was worth it!! But because Kaitlyn just too busy from last Fri to this Fri being an only opening. ...No spots to squeeze a 2 week fill in. She really is that good ppl!! I trust her opinion, she trains the gals. And says "LORENA!!" She is VERY GOOD, AND DOING VOLUME NOW! Google LUSH...look at picture of Lorena, "model material". (Not kidding) And sweet too!! Perfect face and brows!!! But me living here in FL, and hoping NEVER to need my 2 week fill at the same time as a funeral and a wedding...JEEZ, I mean really!??!! So altho, Kaitlyn she was unable to see me for my two week fill this time, until the following Fri, 'today' ...that gall darn airfare went up from last Fri. Thank you all! XO You are the BEST!!!

Lorena greeted me and was super pleasant and offered me a beverage. Then she took me to a room and started eyebrow shaping. She didn't use any wax, just plucked my eyebrows to the perfect shape and kept the fullness of my eyebrows so she didn't over tweeze! The place is very nice, clean and soothing ambiance. If you live in Fort Myers and haven't been here, it's a MUST!! I've traveled the world and so far this location and one other place in Nevada are my two favorite places to have my eyebrows done!! Otherwise I will go for a year before I let anyone else touch them. In fear of them messing them up or taking away too much.
