My daughter wanted this design with the pink nails/flowers. The male that did her nails do the ones with Blue and the flowers that look like an amateur did. She asked him to redo it multiple times to the point where she gave up and when asked if she liked them she just said yes because she knew he would never get it right... bad on her part she's young and hasn't learned to speak up for herself. But what frustrated me the most is the LACK of pricing in these places, giving them the free will to charge whatever they want at any given time. I was told mine would be 70$ and toes would be 35$ Hers, same thing she didn't even do her toe nails because she didn't want to bother with him anymore at that point. We go to check out and I mentioned that we did not like the design at all, it didn't look anything like the photo and he argued that you can't get that look because there isn't enough room to do so and wanted to keep arguing that it couldn't be done so he said I can charge Her for 50$ instead, your bill though is 70$ for the nails and 50$ for the toes.... Not what I was quoted he basically marked mine up to make up for her "deduction" never again read more

First timer. They squeezed me in late afternoon. I sat with Jenny. She was meticulous and professional, as well as friendly. Only went in for manicure/color change, but she took the extra few minutes to do my toes as well. The salon is spacious and clean, very well put-together. And their fees are comparable to what I pay in NH. I will definitely return. We are new to the area and this was the first salon I tried, so glad I did. We are visiting Cape Coral & my sisters wanted to get their nails done. We found this spot from simple google search and although I didn't actually get my nails done, Anna and Nicole took care of my two sisters really well! Since we didn't have an appointment my sister called and they were able to fit them in. On the car ride heading there, they called us back to make sure we are on the way. I genuinely appreciate that accountability & it worked because we were at the light! :) My sisters both got gel mani and pedicure - my mother and I just came along to hang. The ladies gave good attention to detail and was really accommodating especially during the holidays! Nicole gave us water bottles and let me sit with my sisters and hang out. I know some places can be really particular about that. One of my sisters got a deluxe pedicure, and the other the ace pedicure. The feedback my sisters had was overall very satisfied! I was in my Doctor's office and noticed the beautiful manicure on the receptionist (apologizes if I got Job title wrong). The next visit I asked if I might know where she got her nails done and she told me Kathy at ACE nails. I made the appointment with Kathy immediately. What a clean establishment. Friendly people who work there and very professional. I explained what I wanted done and picked out a color. Kathy was patient working on my nails. My hands are not as easy to work on due to some health issues but she was patient when they would not relax. My nails looked gorgeous. I booked my next appointment before leaving. I stopped by while on vacation and was extremely satisfied with the service! The salon is clean and quiet, it also has a very relaxing atmosphere to it, just the sort of vibe I love when going to a salon. There are an array of different pedicure services to chose from to fit each clients needs, which I think is important. Their nail polish selection was amazing but it consist of OPI mainly (I'm more of an ESSIE 'Blanc' girl). The pedicure chairs and tubs were cleaned and the tub even gets lined with a plastic for hygienic reasons, so you never have to worry about someone else's feet being in there (I absolutely love this plastic method). I was on vacation visiting my aunt and really needed my nails done. I went in as a walk-in and the staff was really friendly. They saw my right away, and I did the spa massage. I asked for the Deluxe Pedicure, and it was so relaxing and amazing. They let you choose what type of lotion you want. I did the cucumber. I had a foot scrub too. The nail police is still on after a week, and they did such an amazing job. My feet feel really smooth. My nails look nice and fresh too. I definitely recommend this case. Ace nails was the perfect choice for a spa pedicure for my 9 year old daughter and I while in town on Spring Break. All of the employees were very nice! My daughter got a basic pedicure with a design on the her big toe that turned out cute. I got a pedicure with hot stones and towels and it was very relaxing. The girl that helped my daughter was sweet and attentive to her helping her to stay relaxed.
