Deeply Disappointed with My Experience at Angels Nail Salon I visited Angels Nail Salon hoping to brighten my mood after losing a beloved pet the day before. I showed the technician a specific design and color I wanted--pink magnetic nails with heart details--but the result was nothing like what I requested. The color was different, the hearts weren't done at all, and instead of letting me know she couldn't do the design, she just continued without saying anything. My nails were also left uneven, with each one a different length. When I asked about using gel extender to improve the shape, I was told, "No, it's fine," even though it clearly wasn't. On top of that, the stickers were completely different--my reference photo had silver stars, but she used gold--and after only two days, they've already started peeling. This visit cost me $60, and I left feeling even worse than when I walked in. The lack of care, communication, and attention to detail was extremely disheartening, especially given the reason I came in. Only good thing I have to say is the pedicure was nice and I still tipped 20. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone else to have an experience like this. read more

have never been treated so disrespectful from a business owner. I needed a fill and I was charged for full set and a few upcharges which I expected to pay how ever a ombre fill is 55 a d I was charged 60 for a fill alone which she said was a full set she also used eyeshadow instead of gel polish which I was also charged for and today the next day its chipping. Not only did she complain about how much time I took i spent close 300 dollers in her shop and the took she was also banging things around a Rolling her eyes at me. I called to talk about the chipping and lost stone the next dayeand ah hung up on me. It was my 2nd time here and I got that same services and was charged 2xs as much. read more

I don't ever write reviews but it was the first time in years that I felt comfortable in a nail salon. I had a nice lady who did not rey to push for extra services and she was actually kind. I've experienced a lot of rude technicians who would grab my legs and feet hard and make grunts if I didn't bed as they needed me to. This lady was an angel, and even funny but, most importantly, she was very accommodating. I will go back for sure. read more

The staff was friendly but none of us were satisfied with our pedicures. Nothing horrible, just sloppy work.

I was traveling for work in Cape Coral, and I really needed to get a Mani Pedi after work. I made an appointment online, which was very easy to do. However, it doesn't matter because they didn't pay attention to what I booked. I got there and had to wait 15 minutes even though I made an appointment which was fine because it was a long day and I have patience. She said to me so you book the organic pedicure. No I booked the gentleman's pedicure and manicure but I did upgrade and it was a wonderful experience hence the three stars. I received a great pedicure and then she said thank you very much when she was done. And she was leaving. And I said I also booked a manicure so in Vietnamese she asked somebody else if they could give me a manicure which they did and it was half assed and quick because I was the last customer. No soaking of fingertips. Just a 15 minute manicure which of course has not lasted. I understand and respect that most nail salons today when you go into a city are run by Vietnamese people what I did not like was how old they were Hooten and laughing and carrying on in Vietnamese to the point where I had a headache. Usually they talk, which is fine in their native language and I don't understand but it's very soft-spoken and it doesn't bother me. I often try to figure out how they hear each other across the shop. This was absolutely loud and obnoxious and I was really pissed off that I did not get the services that I had scheduled and booked and instead got up sold ( which I didn't mind. Great pedicure )!!! BUT I wanted the same attention to detail for my manicure not to be rushed and not to be half assed. read more

Very high prices with mediocre work! I left hating my nails - they didn't listen to what I wanted and just did whatever they wanted to.

I just went to Angel today for a gel pedi and dip mani. She was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I showed her a picture from Pinterest and she matched it. I will be a repeat customer :) read more

Love this place, so easy to make appointments online and always nice workers. I always ask for Kelly, she's the best her designs are always spot on. The pedicures are so relaxing and they really take their time to make you feel happy with the services. I normally don't write reviews but Kelly and this place deserve it!!! read more

I moved here from PA in 2014 and tried almost all the nail salons here in the cape and was never satisfied. I would go back home just to get my nail girl there to soak off all the mess and put on new acrylic set. When I got back to the cape I would dread the refill. With Covid I stopped going to nail salons. I did my own nails because I had a cosmetology license and use to do nails back in 1990's. I can only do powder and glue I don't have correct ventilation for acrylic. After a year I was tired of doing my own nails. I took them all off. Searching the internet I saw all the 5 stars Angel received. Her pictures of acrylic nails sold me. I made an appointment and went in showed her the picture of an acrylic set she had done. She did my nails exactly the way I wanted them. I'm so happy with my new set. She is very knowledgable and is passionate about her work. I can finally say I found my new nail girl. I was there at this nail salon for a regular manicure and pedicure. Nothing special. The girl who was assigned to me seemed very young and she acted it. She did my manicure first and usually they soak your nails, she did not. Usually they put lotion on your hands and then they tell you to wash your hands before applying the polish, she did not. Now onto the pedicure, it was and alright job but several spots she missed. Now the bill! Print pin a foreign language and I didn't know until I got home that she charged me $60 for a regular manicure pedicure. Something is wrong at this shop. Needless to say I won't be going back!! Unless you can read a different language you won't know what you are being charged!! read more
