I was visiting the area and didn't have any time to get a manicure and pedicure before my vacation…read moreso I decided to call vogue nails on a whim on what I thought would be a busy Mother's Day weekend and they were available! I immediately noticed how clean the salon was and my appointment started on time. I got a gel pedicure and manicure and they were done within an hour. I will definitely make this a new tradition when I'm in the area. The prices were so much better than what I am used to and the service was impeccable. My nails also turned out great and haven't chipped!

EXCELLENT PEDICURES IN CLEAN FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT…read more Convenient to Sanibel and located in a shopping plaza off Summerlin Road before you get to the toll plaza or bridge. FL Nails is on the opposite end of the strip mall from Gator Bites. I am very picky about who I go to for pedicures. I've been here 5 times and each pedicure has been perfection. Why do I like them? They have massage chairs that help transport you from comfortable to relaxed during your service. The room smells nice. Occasionally, you'll catch a whiff of lemon or something equally nice. They offer you a beverage. They use clean equipment. They do NOT skip steps. And the pedicures LAST; they do not chip or peel. I come back when my nails have grown out. Amy has done three of the pedicures I've had and she does a great job. Then again, so has everyone who has served me. The price is right. A basic pedicure is $25 and then goes up for added features. You decide what's right for you. Beyond getting a great pedicure, I like how I'm treated. I'm always greeted warmly by more than one person. They remember me from one visit to the next and ask questions about my life. It's nice to have someone care enough to remember your story. That, as much as the excellent pedicures, is why I drive from Cape Coral (where we recently bought a new home) to come here, when there are a lot of places closer.

But when I went back to have a couple of nails fixed aflyer a week the new owner was arguing with my saying it was 2 weeks and was so rude I wished I had just gotten up and left. Vivian took me away from him and re did my entire set! I started to cry and they were so wonderful. if you go ask for Vivian or Johnny they are wonderful and good! AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS! Maybe he should just let the wonderful staff run the business. I'm not sure I would go back but I want the staff to keep their jobs!

DO NOT COME HERE. I wanted to love this place given the online presence and reviews, but my…read moreexperience was disappointing from the start. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me. The receptionist (or technician) was on the phone and made no effort to greet or check me in. It felt uncomfortable enough that I left and waited at a nearby café for nearly an hour instead of sitting in the lobby. The pedicure itself lasted about 25-30 minutes and felt rushed. The tech was extremely young and inexperienced. There was no proper nail cleaning, no cuticle work, and no attention to detail. I still had visible black polish residue from my previous pedicure when I left. For $50, I expected significantly more care and thoroughness. When I chose my color, it clearly needed another coat for full coverage. Instead of addressing it, I was told that "next time" I should ask for full coverage. The service was completed at 5:35 PM, and they close at 7 PM, yet everything felt rushed as if they were trying to get out the door. The space is aesthetically pleasing and has beautiful chairs, but unfortunately the chairs don't recline and the overall service did not match the presentation. Social media presence and follower count don't always reflect service quality. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and not an experience I would repeat. Especially after taking an extremely expensive uber to get there.
