My hair has so many different thicknesses and lengths now. I always loved my thick wavy hair, but now I am going to have to wear a hat for a year!! My hair doesn't grow fast at all. Who cuts a person's hair only an inch long at the crown? (Unless you're a man) My hair has never been this short! I did not ask for short hair. I asked for her to even it out. My hair was at least 6 inches long - now it's an inch or shorter. I'm so disgusted and going into the holidays like this. I do not recommend this place. My pedicure was heavenly- soaking, scrubbed, hot towel, nails and cuticles dealt with and gel coat- took about 45 minutes. My daughter's manicure took almost an hour. Usually, I always go get an appointment however, with my schedule, I just popped on in. As I entered the door, I noticed a lot of the nail technicians were just arriving. So I understood as they were quieter than usual, and seem to be moving slowly, and some of them are actually look like they were still a little sleepy. I only had to wait a short time. I was told by the gentleman at nail technician desk one to go to nail technician desk seven. Sophia was the girl at desk seven. She was very sweet, very professional, and did a remarkable job. I am very impressed with the work here. The place also is very clean. The only thing is, I'm not sure how the pricing works. I did get a fill-in and I did have to have them cut down along with a replacement now. So I knew it was going to be a little more than normal. However, I was wrong in my mind again. Cost a little more than I expected. But I am very pleased with the results. I recommend people coming here to arrive early if they are a walk in, or get an appointment ahead of time to avoid waiting.
