I have gone here a few times and I've seen a few stylist here but no one's better than Lily. she tackles designs and she's just a delight to get your nails done with. whatever u want she can do, and speaking of quality they stay on for so long and usually my nails wherever I go, they come off in about two weeks but her stayed on for almost 4 weeks. Today I went to get a manicure and pedicure plus I even brought my own gel polish. Needless to say I did not like my nails. The nail tech knew it and yet I didn't get a discount nor did she offer any way to fix the issues. Nail tech knew I was leaving unhappy and everyone there knew it. I had something to do after getting my nails done but I will come by tomorrow and ask them to take off the paint because this is unacceptable. I can't walk around with nails this way, it looks like a child painted my nails. read more

Excellent nail salon! Best IN NAPLES. I've never had an infection here. They sterilise their instruments, and are very careful with sanitary procedures. I have used John and Irene who are very good indeed. Probably any of their nail technicians would be good. I come here for pedicure and manicure every 5 to 6 weeks or sooner. This was a horrible horrible experience. I went in to have a polish change. I explained that I had recently broken my back so could only sit for a short time. The woman that did my nails was mean and started on my toes. She was very rough and it was painful to say the least. She kept yelling at me to sit still. I explained again that I recently broke my back and if she couldn't be more gentle I should just leave. When she got to my hands I was trembling and she was yelling at me to sit still again I said she was hurting me and I should leave. She said you need to pay me now. Which I stupidly did including tip. She came back and said she wanted to finish as my toe nails were not dry. I let her go at the fingernails. Because now I was trembling she said just stay still. I said you are hurting me just let me leave. I couldn't reach my cane and she continued yelling at me not to move. I said please you're hurting me and I just want to leave. By this time because of my condition I couldn't get up and out of the seat. Every one in the salon was now staring at me. One man that worked there said he was sorry and the manicurist just kept saying i should have stayed still. stopped moving!! I got my cane and got out as quickly as a person with a broken back and tremors could. The manager said wait you have to pay which I already had with tip. if I could have run out I would have. my nails are a mess as I couldn't stay there to dry them. No one should be treated with such rudeness and disrepect. I will never go back there again. It was a nightmare to say the least. And it is cruel to treat people with disabilities this way!! read more

If you can, book an appointment with John. He is by far the best tech at Angel's Nails, and I have been getting manis and pedis from him for 7 years. My two complaints, yes they may be small, but these two things bug me! You are in and out in 1 hour for a regular mani and a pedi. This is my downtime & I want to relax, but I feel very rushed. For some, 1 hour may be a plus. If you don't pay cash for your service(s) they charge you a $l.00 credit card fee. To me, this is just ridiculous. I'm not sure why they pass on more of a charge than they already do. Perhaps because they already raised their prices, they didn't want to do it again? I won't go back on a regular basis anymore, but if you're just visiting or need a decent job, they will do it for you. read more

Angel's Nails is excellent -- very clean, walk-ins welcome, reasonable prices! Bring a friend for side-by-side pedicures. My technician (and the neighboring one) was meticulous and gentle, nipping away the tiny spots of dead skin around each toenail with the cuticle cutters. Walked in for a gel mani and regular pedi and a regular mani/pedi for my daughter. Joanna took care of my daughter and her nails came out perfect. She's very good!! My services on the other hand were just ok. They totally forgot about my pedi and moved on to another client. So I left with just my hands done. I had such an uncomfortable experience here. Was sat down at the chair and asked what color I wanted and shown no options (I laughed). When I asked for the dip powder I was just informed gel was better (ok whatever just need my nails done) and when I asked for tips put on they just suggested I go elsewhere. Very strange. I went in yesterday for a mani pedi. I had Irene. She was wonderful! They were able to work me in last minute which is great, especially when you're vacationing and look down to see your less than polished toes and realize the issue! Ha! $50 for both is definitely reasonable. You also get a wonderful foot and leg massage. She was able to carry on a conversation, which matters. Linda does a phenomenal job! I cannot believe how precise she is and how long my Mani and pedi lasts! I can't stress how great she is! She carries on a great conversation and always makes me laugh. I only gave this place one star because I felt like I was being rushed the whole time. Also, my manicure was the 'no chip' and it chipped the next day and the same thing happened with my pedicure (and it was the regular pedicure). I would've went back the next day to have it fixed but I was visiting and had to leave the next day. In addition, when I first got there they didn't even realize that I had to soak my fingers in acetone to get the old 'no chip' manicure off. Also, the equipment wasn't working or the guy didn't know how to use it. Also, when I had my pedicure he was to 'rough' and it felt horrible. For the past 4 years I have been lucky enough to be able to visit Naples from mid-January through April. I stay at Park Shore Resort, so when I needed to get my nails done 4 years ago I went to the closest place ... Angel's Nails. I was very fortunate because I didn't know who to ask for and they gave me an appointment with Deana. I want to take her home with me! She is so meticulous in her job. She goes over each nail during every stage of the manicure and pedicure to check for any cuticle that, even though I thought it was perfect, she isn't completely happy unless my nails are perfect. She asks several times if the length and shape are what I want and then goes on to do the BEST JOB EVER on polishing my nails. I always cringe when I call for an appointment in January in fear that she may have left the salon and gone elsewhere. Fortunately for me, she has been there every time. I would advise calling ahead for an appointment as it seems I am not the only one who loves the work she does and she is busy. My husband gets his manicure done by Suann and he is very, very pleased with the job she does on his nails. To the credit of the salon owner, ever since I have been going to Angel's Nails it seems the staff pretty much remains the same. That is never the case when I go to a Nail Salon at home. I will always go to Deana as long as I come to Naples. Aside from being a top of the line nail technician, she is a very lovely young lady. read more
