Incredible service. Loved my pedicure! From someone like me that lives in Miami, I'm not sure how I will find somewhere like this place.

Great job Yelpers recommending this place! I was in Naples for work and desperately needed a fill and a pedicure. Nail Passion was 2 minutes from my hotel so I decided to give it a try based on the feedback provided and WOW. Quite possibly one of the best nail salons I've tried! I was greeted warmly and whisked right back to a chair where two techs worked on my hands and feet simultaneously. Both were professional and meticulous which I love. I was out of there in 45 minutes - unreal.....and my nails our beautiful. The salon itself is super clean and comfortable. read more

Don't offer a large variety of additional services to the mani-pedi but the service is great! They massage your legs with hot stones which was new and refreshing. read more

Found this salon on YELP! My daughter and I were so impressed with the service and atmosphere. They even have liners for the foot baths! Their other customers were called by first names...wish we had them on the other FL coast! read more

Discovered this salon after researching a pedi location for 3 girls on a girls trip to Naples. This place did not disappoint. The staff was wonderful and paid close attention to detail. Absolutely one if the best pedicures I have had. The hot rocks leg/foot massage was amazing. We liked our experience so much we went back the next day for mani's. In a world with so many options for mani/pedi's this place stood out and I would not consider going anywhere else when I return to Naples. Very well done!! read more

I'm on vacation here in Naples, and decided to treat myself to a pedicure. It was amazing! Services just aren't the same in LA. She really knew what she was doing, my feet have never felt better. I really enjoyed the menthol mask she used on my calves and feet. And she did an amazing job grooming, shaping and painting my toes. I felt like she really looked after me, instead of rushing me out like they do back home. The quality was completely unexpected compared to my previous experiences. They use top notch equipment and it's super clean! Loved it! read more

Visiting from California and was looking forward to a sunny weekend. Ended up here on thunderstorm weekend and decided to go get a mani and pedi instead of a boat ride in the rain. I yelped and found nail passion. Clean, friendly and great shellac mani and pedi. I called ahead and made an appointment. Helen did both my mani and pedi. She was very detailed and nice. I'll be back the next time I'm in town. read more

I am giving an updated review. I had been going there approximately for 2 years. My last visit 2 1/2 months ago was an extremely bad experience. As the technician Don was scrubbing with the pumice like brush he rubbed too hard and it hurt. When I got home I noticed he had scrubbed away skin and I was bleeding. Long story short I got an infection and was put on antibiotics. Needless to say I am never going there again as Don didn't even make me aware that he had torn away some skin. I hesitated to write this but decided I would want to know if this happened to someone. read more

Wonderful pedis! I came with 3 friends and they accommodated us beautifully. Very clean. We will definitely return!

The Best Nail Salon in Naples. My amazing nail tech Emmy, and her husband Victor, treat me and my daughter like family. The rest of the staff and the owners are also warm and welcoming. A salon where you get ultra pampered with hot rock pedicures and warm towel wraps. Where you feel relaxed and the other happy customers actually talk and laugh with each other. Also...This is the cleanest salon I have been in, and they always have the newest innovations in healthy polish. I wish I one how to upload a picture because I have switched to the SNS nail dipping system, my nails feel so much healthier, smoother and stronger. read more

Nail Passion - Emmy and the SNS nail dipping system for the win! Love my glitter - Nail Salons Near Me - Naples, Florida

If I could give them negative stars I would! Happened to be in the area, and they told me a price on the phone, and then when you check out they charge you MUCH more! Should have been $30 that they quoted me (I have paid $35 for exactly the same in other places) When I checked out he charged me $50 with some stupid story about why it was an additional $20! Such BS! And it was not a great job, and received no hand massage at the end or anything! NEVER EVER go there! Rip off. There are plenty of other much better nail salons in Naples and Bonita Springs! read more

This is an immaculate salon, in fact, looks pristine and unused. Instruments are autoclaved and plastic liners replaced in tubs. The manicurists are sweet and professional. Received a lengthy hand massage (not cursory). Love my gel manicure! Thanks "Helen"! read more

We had a very disturbing experience here-cannot recommend. Extremely arrogant rude customer service. Because we had one person in a wheelchair in our party and were a few minutes late, they refused to keep our full appointments that we had made in advance and had also called to confirm. Would only do my manicure but kept getting up to answer her phone. Find somewhere else-there are a million choices on Tamiami! read more

First I had to make an appointment, then they weren't able to take me at the time they said they would, AND they took Amanda, who didn't have an appointment, and did her damn nails before me. 0/10, would not recommend. read more

Passion Nails is by far the best service and value I've found in Naples. Emmy and Tony give an amazing pedicure

From out of town and was looking for a good place to get a pink gel fill. Went to two other places and had a bad job. Read the reviews and was glad I did. Very friendly and professional. It's hard to get a good professional job done. My nails look perfect! Could not ask for a better job. This is my only go to place from now on! read more

Stephanie is fabulous! And now my nails are as well. Another salon really did a sloppy job and screwed up my nails pretty bad, however she completely fixed them for me (got gels filled and BEAUTIFUL nail art). Very clean and cute establishment, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and talented staff! Will definitely be back and request Stephanie if she's available! read more

Fabulous salon, moderately priced very clean. They have two locations, ask for Helen at the Pine Ridge location!

Got a pedicure here with my wife. It's was amazing. The chairs are the best ones I've seen in a dozen or so similar establishments. The lady who who did my feet is truly gifted by god. I feel like I walk on air now. read more

I have been going to Nail Passion for 3 years now. The owners, Don & Helen, couldn't be more gracious or accommodating. And, they give wonderful manicures & pedicures. I was present today when the lady who just posted a very negative review was there. She was frustrated & angry when they couldn't perform all the services she was seeking, but the reason that they couldn't was because she & her mother ( in a wheelchair) & a sister were not "a few" minutes late, but 20 minutes late. They did take care of her mother, & her sister got a manicure& & she herself had a pedicure - but because there was not time enough before their next appointments, she did not get her manicure. She insulted them with some statement about their inability to sympathize with those who have to deal with wheelchairs, which was a hurtful & vindictive thing. I hope that anyone reading her comments will take all of this into account & will certainly give Nail Passion a try. BUT- do make an appointment ( it's Naples in the height of the Season, for goodness sake!) - and do try to be on time read more

Called half hour before they closed for 2 pedicures and she told us to come on over. Ladies were great. So happy. Nail salon very nice. Great service ! Would definitely come back. read more

This is a great place to go. The staff and owners are very friendly and take good care of you. They all have done an awesome job. I had the owner Don lady time I went to get a full set for engagement photos and he was nice enough to offer the gel for free this time. So generous. Highly recommend. read more

I am always a little trepidatious when going to a new nail salon in a new town but I was very pleased with the quality of both my manicure and pedicure. I did not have to wait at all, my nail technicians were meticulous and thorough and the end result was beautiful. Kudos to the owners who run a clean and caring business that focuses on quality. read more

This was my first time at Nail Passion and they made every effort to find an appointment for me as a walk-in. The staff were very kind and showed me the ropes while helping me relax very quickly. A pedicure, followed by a manicure, at Nail Passion is perhaps the most reasonably priced service combo in town! My only complaint was the massage chair that came with no instructions. It was very uncomfortable and distracting. Once they showed me how to lower the intensity, I was able to relax again. I would be here weekly if I lived closer. read more

loved everything about this Nail Passion except for the fact that they cut your cuticles which is verrrry unhealthy but super sanitary and amazing otherwise. great color selection, painstakingly organized. loved everything. read more
