If zero or negative is available I would rate it that way. Walked in 3 white blond customers only but we called 2:30-3 but my husband said might be later but they said it's alright anytime. So I came in 3ish and they confirmed the 2pedi and a manicure my husband called and they let me wait until a guy approached me and basically kick me out of establishment. Saying "sorry we can't do your service today" I was like ok walked away but that's kinda humiliating if you guys only cater to white people please put it on outside your door "for white only". And please take your sign away saying "walk in is welcome" assholes. read more

If I could do no stars, I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Walked in, the owner gave us a blank stare as we were early for our appointment. We came back at our allotted time for a manicure and pedicure. My sister and I were separated, and were told we would rotate getting a manicure and pedicure to save time. The dip manicure she received was ABYSMAL!! So sloppy, the owner was incredibly rude the entire time, and had no clue what he was doing. Once it was time to switch, in which I would receive a manicure and my sister was to receive her pedicure, they told us they didn't have time and for us to come back 2 hours later after two people without appointments had walked in. SO HORRIBLE, my recommendation to avoid this place.. truly terrible. read more

While visiting in Naples a friend and I visited this salon to get my nails done in dip powder. A younger woman did my nails and it was literally the best job anyone has done for me. She was so nice and made sure I was happy with the blue color I was at first hesitant with. They didn't have many dip colors to choose from, which was probably best since I'm very indecisive. The older woman who did my friend's nails was super kind to her and made sure she liked her nails as well! Everyone was super kind and prices weren't outrageous. read more

I went because I saw some reviews and it seemed like they would give a really good pedicure - I checked on their website which listed $37 price and the list of services that would be included. I went in for the pedicure I did NOT get all the services under the "$37" pedicure (namely the hot stone massage) and I was charged $50!!!! No list of prices anywhere and they didn't stick to their online prices. Will never return. The most I've ever paid for a mediocre pedicure. Please be aware: per the owner, this business recently closed down for 19 days due to their staff having Covid and just reopened today and did not contact their customers. I asked if they might wear masks and the answer was a firm NO. In addition, I have acrylic on my nails and their powder is quite weak and they snap and break off. I did ask if I could stop by to allow them to look at my nails and asked about the quality of the powder and he told me to find a new nail salon. I've been getting my nails done for 30+ years and never had this issue with quality or service. What a disappointment considering this salon is right off 5th avenue in downtown Naples. If they don't care about our health and the quality of service, what's the point? read more

I was able to get a nice gel manicure here while in Naples. They were very accommodating and took me as a last minute call-in. The salon is in a great location so my husband was able to walk around and get coffee while I got my nails done. I wish they had samples of the Opi gel colors on display, but I was able to get the color I wanted as they tested various colors on my nails before the manicure. read more

They took their time, were gentle, and paid attention to detail. They read our vibes. We were there to relax and enjoy our quiet time away from kids and that is what we got. There was some confusion with what we needed, but they worked it out with professionalism maintaining great service. My friend and I happened upon this salon on the way to the beach. We stopped in for pedis. While expensive ($50 each pedi), it was anything but basic. That price included the scrub, lotion, oil, blue cooling, hot towel, leg/foot massage, etc. so I feel you definitely get your money's worth. Best of all, the team of gentlemen were very funny and personable. They really made the experience stellar and gave great recommendations on local establishments (restaurants, massage, etc.) to check out since we were visiting from out of town. I called another Fingernail salon twice and left a message for someone to please call me back to set up an appointment, but no return call after almost a week. I was walking by 5th Ave Nail Spa today, stopped in and they were very busy but set me up to come back in an hour. Everyone is extremely friendly and the entire time I was there, it was mostly regulars and you can tell they love it. Sayda did my mani/pedi and did a wonderful job and she was very nice. Also, about the price - I paid $70 which is $26 less than when I get it done at home in upstate NY. Sayda did as good a job as the higher end spas I have been too, maybe better! This place runs a very shady business. They do not have a price list and they refuse to give you a receipt when you pay cash, which means they are pocketing the money and will definitely have issues with IRS. I am reporting them today for tax evasion. They charged me $70 for regular manicure and pedicure. The lady who took care of me spoke no English and when I was ready to pay she turned to her Spanish coworker and asked how much she should ask me to pay. I dont mind to pay more for something that is worth the money but in this salon there is not a match between service, quality and price and most importantly they are very dishonest and rude. I will not recommend it to anyone read more

WAY overpriced for average service. I went here with girlfriends before a wedding. The spa pedicure was enjoyable, but not spectacular enough to justify the price. I was rushed out after my manicure so it smudged instantly of course. The manicure also started to chip off within a day. I'd recommend you look elsewhere, there seem to be a lot of options based on a quick search of the area. read more
