I live in Pittsburgh, PA and was in Naples for the first time ever...shopping on 5th Ave...I was looking for a nail salon that accepts walk ins and luckily found 5th Ave Nail Spa....A HIDDEN GEM! The staff is so incredibly kind and very skilled nail techs. Service was awesome...a very calm and peaceful environment and very clean. Linh was my nail tech and she is a pro!! Highly recommend!! read more

Fabulous Salon. I have been going for 18 years. Their work is the best I have ever experienced. They are very knowledgeable about all types of nail care. it is a family of professionals. The shop is clean and a happy place to go and have your nails done. read more

They have the best service in the world, everything is very clean and organized. They also have the best staff and is very attentive! I always recommend this place to everyone read more

If zero or negative is available I would rate it that way. Walked in 3 white blond customers only but we called 2:30-3 but my husband said might be later but they said it's alright anytime. So I came in 3ish and they confirmed the 2pedi and a manicure my husband called and they let me wait until a guy approached me and basically kick me out of establishment. Saying "sorry we can't do your service today" I was like ok walked away but that's kinda humiliating if you guys only cater to white people please put it on outside your door "for white only". And please take your sign away saying "walk in is welcome" assholes. read more

Jenny from Venezuela did an amazing job on creating the coffin shaped nails. She worked fast and was top notch. The owner also made sure I liked everything about the results. I was a walk-in and was serviced immediately. Will come back. read more

If I could do no stars, I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Walked in, the owner gave us a blank stare as we were early for our appointment. We came back at our allotted time for a manicure and pedicure. My sister and I were separated, and were told we would rotate getting a manicure and pedicure to save time. The dip manicure she received was ABYSMAL!! So sloppy, the owner was incredibly rude the entire time, and had no clue what he was doing. Once it was time to switch, in which I would receive a manicure and my sister was to receive her pedicure, they told us they didn't have time and for us to come back 2 hours later after two people without appointments had walked in. SO HORRIBLE, my recommendation to avoid this place.. truly terrible. read more

This was my second time going to get a pedicure done, but I absolutely loved my experience the first time I went. It's now my new place to go to! The owner and the nail technicians are accommodating, patient, very kind, and their work is amazing! Not to mention the spa itself, the tools they use, and the products they use are sterile and clean which gave me peace of mind. My second pedicure came out great; I can't wait for my next service by them. read more

Best pedicure in town HANDSDOWN! There is only two places I get my nails done in Naples and this place is one of them! It is clean, everyone is super nice, and most of all I appreciate the fact they appreciate my time. When they say my appointment is at Noon it's at Noon and I love that! I highly recommend this place 1000% read more

While visiting in Naples a friend and I visited this salon to get my nails done in dip powder. A younger woman did my nails and it was literally the best job anyone has done for me. She was so nice and made sure I was happy with the blue color I was at first hesitant with. They didn't have many dip colors to choose from, which was probably best since I'm very indecisive. The older woman who did my friend's nails was super kind to her and made sure she liked her nails as well! Everyone was super kind and prices weren't outrageous. read more

I went because I saw some reviews and it seemed like they would give a really good pedicure - I checked on their website which listed $37 price and the list of services that would be included. I went in for the pedicure I did NOT get all the services under the "$37" pedicure (namely the hot stone massage) and I was charged $50!!!! No list of prices anywhere and they didn't stick to their online prices. Will never return. The most I've ever paid for a mediocre pedicure. I've never felt like not tipping at a nail salon as bad as I did this time. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY read more

Best place in Naples! Clean, happy high quality. Shame on me when I went for a quickie manicure near my house. It's a wonder place. Their chairs are wonderful. read more

Please be aware: per the owner, this business recently closed down for 19 days due to their staff having Covid and just reopened today and did not contact their customers. I asked if they might wear masks and the answer was a firm NO. In addition, I have acrylic on my nails and their powder is quite weak and they snap and break off. I did ask if I could stop by to allow them to look at my nails and asked about the quality of the powder and he told me to find a new nail salon. I've been getting my nails done for 30+ years and never had this issue with quality or service. What a disappointment considering this salon is right off 5th avenue in downtown Naples. If they don't care about our health and the quality of service, what's the point? read more

I called to make an appointment because my big toe nail ripped down to the quick. He did a wonderful job. I cannot even tell it was ripped!!! Thank you!!!! read more

I was able to get a nice gel manicure here while in Naples. They were very accommodating and took me as a last minute call-in. The salon is in a great location so my husband was able to walk around and get coffee while I got my nails done. I wish they had samples of the Opi gel colors on display, but I was able to get the color I wanted as they tested various colors on my nails before the manicure. read more

I have been going to this spa for over a year now! The massage is the best you can get as the technique is a blend of Japanese and reflexology. I also love her facials , you will glow within . She is my beauty and overall secret to my recipe for a wonderful life read more

Had the very best experience here!!! My husband and I were visiting from out of the state and called for two pedicures. We got in the same day and now we feel very lucky because we received the best care and now know that it is a very popular spot!!! We each had a pedicure and I also had a manicure both of my treatments were fromChase who has been with the salon for 15 years. We had have treatments all over the United States and it was one of the best I have ever had if not the best!! We are from California and have been spoiled by great treatments over the years but this definitely was at the the top!!!! Thank you Chase!!! read more

It was my first time coming to 5th ave Nail Spa and and I think this was the best pedi I have ever gotten. Not only do the chairs rub your bag and legs, but I was given a heavenly leg massage for 5 minutes with great scrubs. I will definitely be coming back! read more

My boyfriend and I found this place on a whim while on vacation in Naples, Fl. It was the first out of 3 places that we looked into that took walk-ins. The service was excellent. They took their time, were gentle, and paid attention to detail. They read our vibes. We were there to relax and enjoy our quiet time away from kids and that is what we got. There was some confusion with what we needed, but they worked it out with professionalism maintaining great service. While sitting there receiving our services, there were more people who were returning customers. I felt far from just another customer. They make you feel like friends. We will definitely return and recommend you visit 5th Ave Nail Spa for your nail services. read more

Relaxing in Naples? This nail salon is a must. Amazing service.Thank you Sayda for a great experience.

I've been here my past 2 visits to Naples, Fl. The quality of their products and work is amazing. My husband never gets a pedi with me but the super comfy massage chairs coaxed him into getting one both times. And to top things off, everyone is so nice! read more

5th Ave has been on my Naples shortlist for many years. You will not find better customer service nor a better, full service pedicure. If you're in a hurry, this is not the spot for you. The leg massages seem to go on forever! Expect to be fully taken care of in an exceptionally clean and friendly environment. read more

My friend and I happened upon this salon on the way to the beach. We stopped in for pedis. While expensive ($50 each pedi), it was anything but basic. That price included the scrub, lotion, oil, blue cooling, hot towel, leg/foot massage, etc. so I feel you definitely get your money's worth. Best of all, the team of gentlemen were very funny and personable. They really made the experience stellar and gave great recommendations on local establishments (restaurants, massage, etc.) to check out since we were visiting from out of town. The establishment is so clean, beautifully decorated, and top-notch massage chairs with the airbag squeezing feature that I love! Definitely would recommend! read more

I have been here four times in the last year and half and they always do a great job. I am from out of town, otherwise I would be here every two weeks! My nail polish always stays so well and is applied close to the cuticle without being on the cuticle like other nail salons. Also, they give great massages for pedicures! read more

Fantastic pedicure and manicure! I have never had a leg massage like I did here. Very clean and professional!

Very nice space, got a high quality pedicure and manicure, would definitely be back next time I visit Naples!

Visiting from New York, I needed a pedicure to be sandal ready...never paid $50 for a pedi before BUT never had such a wonderful treatment, either. Legs were exfoliate, massaged, wrapped in warm towels...all before the nails. Wonderful calm and friendly atmosphere in there, what a gem this place is! read more

This place runs a very shady business. They do not have a price list and they refuse to give you a receipt when you pay cash, which means they are pocketing the money and will definitely have issues with IRS. I am reporting them today for tax evasion. They charged me $70 for regular manicure and pedicure. The lady who took care of me spoke no English and when I was ready to pay she turned to her Spanish coworker and asked how much she should ask me to pay. I dont mind to pay more for something that is worth the money but in this salon there is not a match between service, quality and price and most importantly they are very dishonest and rude. I will not recommend it to anyone read more

I am a new "seasonal" here in beautiful Naples, and was badly in need of a mani/pedi. I called another Fingernail salon twice and left a message for someone to please call me back to set up an appointment, but no return call after almost a week. I was walking by 5th Ave Nail Spa today, stopped in and they were very busy but set me up to come back in an hour. Everyone is extremely friendly and the entire time I was there, it was mostly regulars and you can tell they love it. Sayda did my mani/pedi and did a wonderful job and she was very nice. Also, about the price - I paid $70 which is $26 less than when I get it done at home in upstate NY. Sayda did as good a job as the higher end spas I have been too, maybe better! Oh yeah, and the chairs are quite comfortable too. I will be back. read more

WAY overpriced for average service. I went here with girlfriends before a wedding. The spa pedicure was enjoyable, but not spectacular enough to justify the price. I was rushed out after my manicure so it smudged instantly of course. The manicure also started to chip off within a day. I'd recommend you look elsewhere, there seem to be a lot of options based on a quick search of the area. read more

One word: AMAZING. Don't even bother looking at other salons for a pedi. Just go here.
