I wanted to love my nails but I wasn't happy at all. Here's a photo of the nails I showed the technician and a photo of what I got. They were shaped like stilettos. Also, the hand painted white tips were sloppy. My technician was very rough. I could get past the shoddy work, but I was charged $70 for a full set of acrylics!!! I am happy to say, that once more I was very impressed! The salon has the same friendly and welcoming atmosphere, it's very clean, disposable tub liners are used for every customer and every technician uses their own kit. The staff wears face masks. My technician's name was Ada. She did an amazing job! Was very careful, meticulous and didn't rush through or skipped any steps. Their prices are very reasonable and massage chairs are a nice bonus. My Mother, Daughters, and I have been coming to Final Touch for a long while since before the new owners. Our recent visit was a big disappointment. The place is not clean. They use dirty stained towels, and between customers they shake the dirt onto the floor and turn the towels over instead of washing them. They do not clean the tools, drying light machines, chairs, etc. during the day. There is no new or added ventilation. With the Covid-19 Pandemic you would think they would be more cleanly. The woman who did my Mother and my gel manicures was all about speed. As fast as possible she cut off our nails with clippers, did a quick swipe with a file, and then slapped on polish. She did a C level job and finished a gel manicure in under 8 minutes. I picked out a soft beige peach color and instead what she put on my nails came out bright Barbie pink. They look perfect if I was 10 years old and loved Barbie. The worst part was that we used to go here as a "girls' outing" and the former owner always was respectful and courteous with my elderly Mother and often did her nails himself. This time the woman not only didn't speak and there were no pleasantries, even worse she didn't acknowledge my Mother's presence. Sad because the old owners and staff understood customer service, were sanitary, and ran an excellent business. read more

ZERO stars(had put one since that's not an option). I have never written a review for a single place before, but after the experience I just had I feel the need to in order to prevent others from having the experience I just had. I had an appointment, still waited 45min. The nail tech made me remove my gel polish myself ( she handed me the tool and said 'you do' and I said, really? She said 'oh it's easy you just do it') so I had to scrap the polish myself. She then used the tools she used on the customer in front of me without sanitizing them, and proceeded to rush through my gel manicure in a matter of 15min. After waiting 45 minute, I expected better. The gel setting machines were dirty and gritty, and my nails are uneven and messy. Please do not waste your hard earned money (or precious vacation hours!) here! read more

*****The staff doesn't sanitize the equipment****** I went to final touch studio the other day and it was HORRIFIC!!!! I went there with my mom. I was getting a pedi and she was getting a mani. When we first walked in they didn't even smiled just ordered us to pick a colour. We were standing for 5 mins until we were spoken to again. There was 3 guys and 2 ladies doing nails. I was with this elderly lady whom who didn't speak english. She didn't cut my nails at all and didn't even ask. my toe nails are longer therefore it really didn't make sense. I picked white polish for my toe nails. she got the polish everywhere, like all over my toes and didn't clean it up. I was to tell her to clean it up because it looked like a toddler did attempted to paint my nails. She tried to fix it twice and couldn't.... A man who was working there came over to ask me what was the problem. I told him that she needs to clean up the edges and he told me in a rude that my nails just look like that. It was so gross because all they had to do was take a fine brush and fix the edges.... I told him to fix the polish and he finally did. The entire time he was so unhappy doing it.... Oh ya and at one point he took a single brush from a dirty station where he just worked on a different client 2 mins ago and used it on me.... At one point, the staff began warming up food for themselves. The smell was horrific. The entire place smelled like a dirty V....! **However that is not the worst part... as my nails were drying I was watching how they sanitized the pedi stations......After the person whom was sitting beside me have left the store they just wiped the toe sink dry with a DIRTY towel.......without any cleaning supplies.... Immediately after they filled up the sink and placed the next customer in the chair.....I am afraid that I've caught a bacteria from that gross nail studio. PLEASE DONT GO THERE. I honestly never write reviews, however I visited this salon today and they truly deserve a 5 star review. I take my nails very seriously, lol. I usually get my nails done in my home state (Connecticut) and have been going to the same woman for over 8 years. I get a dip polish manicure which I find a lot of nail salons don't have enough knowledge on. Final Touch Nail Studio exceeded my expectations. Not only do my nails look exactly how I get them back home (better to be honest) the gentleman doing my nails was able to finish in record time! He did my nails in half the time of my favorite woman back home, and he did them better. If you are questioning which nail salon to go to this is the one, I promise you. I wasn't asked to post a Yelp review, and they have no idea I'm doing this, however a good quality nail salon that is clean (wearing masks) , professional, and efficient deserves recognition. read more
