Warning! I went to Snappy Nails for a pedicure on Monday. I was surprised that they don't use the disposable plastic protectors inside the foot bath. This morning (Thursday), I needed to see my MD due to pain, redness, heat, and swelling to my left big toe. Yes, I have a bacterial infection which requires 10 days of antibiotics. Snappy Nails is by far the best nail salon in Naples, Florida. I have been going there for years. Ben and Kim are the managers. They are always courteous and professional. They both do a great job with manicures and pedicures. Mimi does my manicures and pedicures. She is terrific and always does a beautiful job. Jasmine is part of the team and also does a lovely manicure and pedicure. They also do waxing. I use this service as well. I highly recommend Snappy Nails. read more

I was looking for a place to get acrylic nails done on vacation, and although it was just before New Year's Eve, they were very busy, and I had no appointment, they were able to take me right away and do my nails quickly. However, I am not at all happy with how they look. They are way too thick and jut out at an angle looking so artificial and just odd. read more

I was looking for a nail salon to go to for a manicure and pedicure during our stay in Naples. I decided to go online and look at all the reviews. Snappy Nails was the best place to go in my mind. I made an appointment with Kim. I was very impressed that my temperature was taken upon entering the salon. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. What also impressed me was the fact that it was SO clean, bright and nicely decorated. Kim was fantastic!!!! I had the best pedicure EVERY and my manicure was excellent as well! The chairs were extremely comfortable, and there were plexiglass shields between the customer and nail technician. The staff was able to me for a mani/pedi right away! The experience was very nice, but I'm not too pleased with my manicure. The color is wonderful, but the top coat is sloppy. It doesn't reach down to my cuticles or the tips of my nails. I am expecting it to chip in the next day or two. The lotion they used reminded me of old lady lotion: not the best smelling, but gets the job done. Not worth the $50 I spent, but it was nice to get my nails painted without an appointment. read more

Terrible experience. The old man working here is not experienced and it was the worst pedicure ever. My toe nails look like they have the CRACKLE polish on them. He didn't do my ingrown toenails, he didn't take the dead skin off the bottom of my feet, and I am completely dissatisfied. I had one fingernail that also was broken and he repaired it TERRIBLE! The polish doesn't match and the tip he put on (I said I didn't want a tip put on) does not fit with the acrylic he put on and there is a huge gap. Total waste of money. I don't now if they girls there do a better job, but do NOT use the old gentleman that works there. read more

I am new here to the Naples area and I got a gel manicure about 2 weeks ago, not only did the woman cut my thumb cuticle and make me bleed but her gel manicure was not very good. When I got home, I actually could not get this chemical stink (?) off my hands and I had to put a clear nail polish on top of her job just so it looked ok? In my experience from Boston, a gel manicure isn't supposed to hold a regular nail polish on top and this did!?! In talking to a friend, she referred me to Snappy Nails and I am so glad she did! I was a walk-in this morning and Ben took me right away. He is a very pleasant man and I found out he is also an owner of the salon. He did a great job on my gel manicure! I am so happy and booked an appointment to go back in 2 weeks! I would recommend them to my friends and family anytime! read more

The people here were very nice. My mother got a mani/pedi with the man there and he did a wonderful job. My mom also said that their was a machine they put their tools in to sanitize them. I had a women do my full set acrylic nails, and she couldn't have done a better job. I paid 45 for gel as well, and back home I would have paid 70 for what I got. Really satisfied. We love the prompt service and ability to walk-in without an appointment (only possible in the summer.) It is a family-run salon which we love to support.
