Terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE. Appointment or no appointment. They try to fit too many bodies into the chairs and perform too many services at the same time. I literally opened this account specifically to write this review because I have no other recourse. I have been a regular customer of Long Nails for three months. By regular I mean I spend at least $300 a month on various services and am very loyal. I have also sent friends and brought family members, paying for their services. About three weeks ago I came in for a fill and a pedicure without an appointment. They said they had time for me. I had to be out the door to get ready for work by 4 and it was 1:30 at the time. I didn't think to mention this because what fill and pedicure takes TWO AND A HALF HOURS??? No problem. I paid in advance and tipped 30% as usual. Little did I know that they would stop in the middle of my pedicure and have me sit for almost an hour while they did a whole other person's nails ahead of me who "had an appointment" so.. Long story short they didn't finish. Okay I think .... That sucks but I will come back tomorrow for a fill. No worries things happen. So, the next day I stop by for my already paid fill at my convenience as instructed by my lady. I ask if they have time. YES THEY SAY THEY DO. I sit down in the chair and she gets started. Half way through I have to get up and go to the bathroom because my stomach hurts. I come back and there is another woman in the chair receiving a full manicure. They ask me to sit down and wait. She, they said, "had an appointment" So I wait. By the time they are finished I have time only to have the fill completed. No polish. I have doubles at work for the next 3 days which I work with no polish on my hands. I return and have my nails polished. Finally. Two weeks later I need a fill and pedicure. This time, I make an appointment. When I call I ask if they are 100% positive they can fit me in at this time without interruptions. Yes they say. So I go. I get a pedicure but the lady doesn't finish. Instead the gentleman who owns the place has me move down and start getting a fill at the same time I am getting a pedicure. Part of getting a pedicure is relaxing. Wtf. Now I am twisted sideways with one half of my body one way and my upper half facing front and two people working on me at the same time, totally uncomfortable in the manicurists chair. At this point I tell the guy that I am not comfortable. He says "well we busy and we need to get you finish" I told him I come there all the time and reminded him that I had to come back THREE TIMES for a fill and pedicure. I said that after that I should be offered a free service, and treated well, especially because I am a regular and have sent people to him. He said "if you not happy you tell me what you want" I said I want to be comfortable. Not with one half of my body twisted one way and the other half twisted the other, I want my pedicure done in the pedicure chair and when that's finished I want a manicure. They are Separate services which I pay for. There's nothing wrong with that. I was thrown out and told never to come back. Nails unfinished he also demanded I pay full price for my incomplete pedicure. I let the lady (who was really nice) finish polishing my feet, tipped her the usual 20% and I walked out. Not okay. I am so upset!!! I was a loyal customer to these people. I would have spent thousands of dollars there. Ugh! So mad! read more

They do a wonderful job at Long Nails in Naples! The owners are fantastic! They are kind and friendly. They take the time to learn their customers names and about them. The hand message is great and my Nails always look beautiful! One of my manicures actually lasted 6 weeks! I was really busy and couldn't get back in and my Nails still looked great!
