This is a bate and switch business. I booked an appointment on line for the "introductory" offer of $99 from their phone message. The regular price is $199. My info was taken on line. My full name, address, phone and credit card info to hold the appointmen. When i arrived I was told that they don't honor their own offer and they don't have an appointment for me. I did have a confirmation print out. The receptionist was not professional and rude and said they don't offer that at the Naples location. I asked then what location do you offer it at. She said there isn't another in southwest Florida. I drove 40 minutes took time from doing other things from my morning only to be turned away. Shame on amazing lash studio. I intend to report this company to federal trade commission. They need to stand by what they advertise. If you read the businesses response no email given and you can't find it on the net. I tried this studio with a friends recommendation. After my first appointment my lashes were coming out within three (3) days. I was told that to cancel my membership all I needed to do was call (I texted) and tell them I was cancelling all future appointments. When I called this morning I was told that to terminate that I needed to fill out a termination form which I was never told about. Not only do they treat existing customers with contempt, but there service is awfull with lashes coming off in three days. I have used other services were my lashes stayed on for a 21 day cruise in Europe. Run as fast as you can away from this Lash Studio. read more

Do NOT GO HERE. My mom had been going here because she had a "membership" and when I saw her lashes in person I almost cried. Her natural lashes are sooooo sparse now! For reference, I have had lash extensions (done by a PROFESSIONAL TECH) for over 3 years. There is ZEROOOOOOO REASON you should have lash damage, when extensions are done correctly. When I met with the artist to discuss my moms lashes and request a different style and length that would stop damaging her natural lash, the artist literally LAUGHED and told me they're only trained on 4 styles, which includes the length they use. The staff was super rude, including the receptionist. No one had any idea why I was so baffled that they suck and are ruining lashes. They simply said all the amazing lash locations train this way. So basically no matter what your eye shape, lash length, or lash stability....... you get a cookie cutter horrid style. Imagine going to a hair salon and the stylist says "I can only cut your hair these 4 ways or dye it these four colors!!" Absolutely insane. Zero technical ability, zero education. Nothing personal is taken into aUpon further research this place only trains the girls TWO DAYS then lets them do your lashes. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TOUCH YOUR LASHES!! Go to Maddy (at the salon next to Kamoon on immokalee and goodlette), or go see Tati at the medi-spa. If your lashes are damaged, falling out or just look like crap-- you DO have options! they value quantity over quality. they use pre made lashes meaning that the retention is horrible. i had my eyebrows laminated with them one time, the girl botched my eyebrows and made me look like I had a unibrow, some of them have no idea what they are doing. when I wanted to switch up my lashes to a wet set look (which many other places offer them) the girl at the front said the lash tech can try but she can't promise it will look good, you also can't pick a curl. I wanted a C curl but the lash tech said they don't offer them so I had to settle with what they had. You can find many other places that value your time and money. read more

The atmosphere here is pristine and professional and my tech was highly skilled and polite. Beware of strict tardiness and cancelation policies. The first appointment my lashes stayed perfect 11 days afterwords. The last 2 times after less than a week I've lost so much it's embarrassing. If there is too much lash loss they will charge you $250 for a full set or get you to sign up for their program which requires a cancellation in person and they still "charge your card one last time" afterwords. Disappointed! The lash technician is not professional. She hurt me many times by mistake pricking the sharp tweezer to my eyelids. After 2 hours lash extension torture, my lashes looked terrible. They didn't charge me, and said will call to fix it for me. It has been 2 weeks since then, but no one call me. I do get eyelashes usually out of town and it is a small private studio. I went to this Lash Studio , a master tech told me to lie down and proceeded to put tape on my eyes , she did not have a conversation with me about what would be best for me or suggest one option over another until I was taped and could not really show her what I had before or discuss what might be something I would like. Really felt like it was run in a corporate type attitude looking for sign ups with a charge card. So disappointed with how my lashes turned out.... they were beautiful when I first got them but have completely fallen out from my left eye within 5 days of having them. I have done everything I can to take care of them, didn't get them wet the first 48 hours, bought the eye wash they sell, never put makeup on them and never rubbed my eye.... I've seen the other reviews of them blaming this on a lash cycle... a lash cycle happens with one individual lash at a time not all your lashes at once so this has nothing to do with that. Every time I went in they told me that they would be able to give me the style that I wanted and they were never able to achieve that. I feel like I was lied to repetitively just to keep me coming back. The staff was unprofessional. I wanted to achieve what is considered a spike eyelash style and they were never able to do that. This place is barely acceptable or a complete disaster, but more often than not I get a stylist who is just inexperienced. I've been doing extensions on and off for about 7years so I know the after care routine. I have a membership from when I lived in Texas and never have an issue when I get them done out of town. I lived in Naples for 3 years and usually dread my appointment because I never know what I'm going to get. Typically it's just a bad application and lashes fall off within a week. They are not attached to the natural lashes the glue just doesn't hold appropriately and that's following the aftercare routine. my refill last night was just unacceptable. My eyes are red a swollen where the stylist poked me with her instruments I have several spots where she pulled out whole clumps of my natural lashes trying to get the lashes she glued together to separate from each other. I still have a few spots that are painfully glued together an my eye is swollen and tender to the touch there. I will be calling management to resolve this morning but I have never had a worse experience. Your place may look great but if your staff cannot actually do the service safely then they should not work there at all. read more

I came in with an EMERGENCY! And Red saved my life!! I got my eyelash extensions in Miami. Which turned into a nightmare. Two layers of clumbed lashed were applied to my eyes, so I had to end up pulling all of it out pulling my own lashes! I called Amazing lash studio and they said come right in! As soon as I went I was welcomed and comforted from my nightmare! Red removed all the remaining clumps and did a wonderful job with with my new natural extensions, what I wanted in the beginning. I highly recommend these ladies. They are professional and know what they are doing! I didn't feel anything during my session and was very relaxed. Nothing poking or burning my eyes at all. First I would like to say, I LOVED having eyelash extensions! Jessica is absolutely wonderful. I am hoping to cancel my membership because I find that there is no way to keep my eyelashes maintained only once a month. I don't mind paying for the upkeep, but I have had a few issues in the short time I have been a member. My first issue was that when a newer tech put my lashes on - they started coming off with in the week - Jessica was very kind and did an excellent job redoing my lashes. The next issue was I requested shorter more dense lashes rather than the longer more spidery lashes. I had them on & immediately disliked them. It wasn't the application, I just felt that they looked strange and not very attractive. I immediately called and requested an appt to make them more like before. I knew there would be an additional charge as this was not their fault, just one of those things. I had an appt and 20 minutes before my appt I was called and told the person who I had the appt with couldn't do it, as she had to leave or could I come right then and she would do it. I could not leave at that very moment, so I asked if someone else could do them as I was really unhappy with the way they looked and had been wanting to fix the situation - they booked me with another tech, when I got there the tech said that I needed to take off my eyeliner as she could not do the visit with eyeliner on (ok, no biggie) when I laid back and she was taping my eyes, she said - relax your eyes! I didn't know they were not relaxed. She asked if I had caffeine earlier - I did not - long story short, she said she couldn't do the appt, as my eyes were too jumpy. She did ask me several times to relax, I wasn't aware that I was not "relaxed". I made another appt for the next day. I received a call asking if I could come @ 2:30 or 4:30 the same day, I said, I could come @ 4:30. I already had a 4:30pm appt there. I actually texted my friend and said i had gotten off work early, should I come then, she said yes. I arrived assuming I was being taken back early - that was not the case, but no big deal, the tech actually ran almost 30 minutes late. The tech was very nice & I was excited to finally get my lashes fixed - as we were talking, she informed me that she does NOT do the volume lashes and no one that works on Sunday does?!!! Not her fault, but I am just frustrated and irritated at this point. I am not pleased with the amount of upkeep that I need to keep my lashes looking great (really it is every 3 weeks tops). I would not have minded had I not already had so many little things pop up that seemed not so big in the big picture but when added up - just not worth the frustration. At this point, I am not comfortable with the interaction with one of the techs and I still have the lashes that I can't stand on:(! I am just going to have them done somewhere else. Again, Jessica did a great job at applying the lashes, but I am just beyond frustrated at this point. :(. The lashes do get stiff in 2 weeks and they are actually kind of painful if you accidentally touch your eye. I purchased the eyeliner, thinking that it was water resistant - honestly, it was the worse eyeliner that I have ever purchased. I may be biased as I like a very strong hold/waterproof liner. I was all excited..my first appt was with a new tech...I hardly noticed the lashes when complete. I came back for my refill appt ( thinking that it would add volume) but was told she was not certified to do the "volume" as asked. I then rescheduled another appt with a tech who could do the volume..then that appt was canceled due to illness. I decided that was an omen and I gave up. They lost a potential client. Had I been told when i scheduled my first appt that I would need another certified tech to do the volume (or even been told of the different options) all of this would have been avoided and another happy client would/could have been added to the growing list. read more

I had an appointment this morning and as soon as I got there the woman said it was an additional 55$ plus in 10 days I will be getting charged another 55 just for the membship.
