An hour after I left my 3rd appointment with BOTCHED eyebrows, you messaged me requesting additional payment. Additional funds to fix your work was never discussed prior to the appointment. You requested I pay you additional money for tattoo removal. My eyebrow was made larger during this first, not smaller. While I never should have been asked to pay you to fix your work, I would have if you had produce a good product. Mistakes are made everyday. Its not the mistake we are judged by. Its how we handle the mistake. A professional would standby their work. A professional would fix their work. A professional would have said I am sorry and offer a refund. A professional would not have lied in their review respond. I hope one day you can gain experience and true professionalism.

Today I went to Naples Lash Bar to get my eyebrows microblading by Pam. They ask you to wait in your car until your appointment to prevent germs spreading. The salon also requires you to wear a mask the whole time as well as being thorough with their cleaning. I was nervous to get my brows done as I've heard mixed reviews on the pain, but Pam made sure I felt very safe and walked me through the full process. She took time to pick out the color that she felt would best match my brows as well as asked for my thoughts on the color before moving forward to make sure I would like it. Pam made sure I felt numb the whole time as pain was my biggest fear with getting microblading done. I'm a big baby with pain so to say I felt absolutely no pain is amazing! I made the request to watch the technician lash someone else before they lashed me (again... because of past experiences). She was very understanding and told me to come in 15 minutes early so I could do that. 1. COMFY CHAIRS - the comfiest chair I've laid in for a lash appointment. So much so that I woke myself up from my own snoring 2. Aesthetic - the place was very well decorated and clean. 3. Quality lashes - the lashes on are very fluffy feeling - not stiff and uncomfortable 4. Glue - the glue is different than I'm used to. My other place would require you 24 hours before getting them wet but here you can wash them immediately after if you'd like. 5. It had all the makings to be a 5 star experience, but the in-person part was not good. If you don't care about how nice the estheticians are and prioritize speed and efficiency you should book with Jackie. But it was just too aggressive and rude for me.
