I'd just advise being more gentle and checking client preferences, as there wasn't much discussion about my preferred brow shape.

I made the request to watch the technician lash someone else before they lashed me (again... because of past experiences). She was very understanding and told me to come in 15 minutes early so I could do that. 1. COMFY CHAIRS - the comfiest chair I've laid in for a lash appointment. So much so that I woke myself up from my own snoring 2. Aesthetic - the place was very well decorated and clean. 3. Quality lashes - the lashes on are very fluffy feeling - not stiff and uncomfortable 4. Glue - the glue is different than I'm used to. My other place would require you 24 hours before getting them wet but here you can wash them immediately after if you'd like. 5. Scheduling is really good (I love that they send you lots of reminders) and the facility is pleasant but it's not worth being talked to and treated in a way that makes you feel physically and mentally uncomfortable 30% of the time. It had all the makings to be a 5 star experience, but the in-person part was not good. If you don't care about how nice the estheticians are and prioritize speed and efficiency you should book with Jackie. But it was just too aggressive and rude for me. I prioritize getting treated nicely. FYI the location is on the second floor, on the exact opposite side of where their sign in placed. From the front of the building it's to the far left.
