I get there for my treatment and decide to do my arms and back fat with this machine called Alma that's supposed be used for burning fat or fat reduction. $800 later I saw not one tiny change. They said if I really wanted to see a change to go back for several treatments. Why would I want to go back for so many $800 treatments when you see absolutely no change with one treatment? If I knew better, I would've saved that $800 in my pocket and saved it for airsculpt which permanently and drastically sucks the living fat out of you and forever. Please don't spend your money. If you want to try it, just know you will not see results and you will just throw your money away. The staff was nice though. I wish she would've been honest and said there's no way you'll see a different in fat reduction with the machines we use on the arms or back fat.

Yesterday I went to Jackie for eye brows. She worked on me and showed me what she did and there…read morewere no arches. I looked like Angry Birds! She asked me do I want arches and I said yes. Then she gave me arches, but she made the arches pointed! Now where in nature do people have pointed arches? No where! I told her I didn't like it and I wanted her to fix it. She told me in time it would look better. I asked her how will the arches no longer be pointed, she just said in 4 weeks it will look better. So I left and went home and looked at my eye brows and I got very upset I called her first thing this morning and told her I cannot walk around like this. I need this fixed! I have my daughter's wedding coming up and I cannot have pointed arches! She kept insisting that in time it would look better. Then she called me and asked me to come in, in 1 hr. I rushed over there and all she did was tell me the same thing she told me over the phone and for that she told me to come in! I was not happy! I told her I will have to go someplace else to get this fixed. Then she texted me and said if I do that then she will not touch my eye brows again and she still owes me another session!
