I've been going to Jaimen at Viva Tattoo Studio for a multi-session memorial piece, and I'm…read moregenuinely grateful I found him. The studio itself is immaculate--bright, organized, and clearly serious about cleanliness and safety. It's the kind of place where you can relax because you know you're in good hands. Jaimen is exceptional. I came in with an abstract fine-line concept with complex shapes and layered meaning, and he treated it with real care. He listened closely, asked the right questions, and offered thoughtful design recommendations that made the final piece stronger and more beautiful without ever losing the heart of what I wanted. That balance--respecting the meaning while sharpening the art--is rare. On top of that, I've also gone to him for whimsical abstract flower "stamp" work, and he nailed that style too--delicate, playful, and super clean. Same high-level artistry, just a totally different vibe, which says a lot about his range. Logistics matter, and he's been great there as well: easy to schedule with, clear communication, and really helpful about aftercare and healing. He explains what to do (and what not to do) in a way that's practical and reassuring, and my tattoos have healed beautifully. I've been tattooed by strong artists in Boston and LA, and Jaimen's work holds its own easily. I'd send anyone his way--his professionalism and precision are obvious, but what really sets him apart is how steady and supportive he is through the whole process. I'm walking out with tattoos I'm obsessed with, proud of, and with a great experience to match.
