Easy access, and I was recommended by a hair dresser that only heard but never came. I came looking for permanent makeup for perhaps my eye brows. The place is very small and dark. It is more like a cluttered room that is separated by a salon spa chair. Right then and there I should have left but I waited. The one staff member was washing the pedicure tray as a customer was waiting along with me. After she was done, she then noticed me and I asked about the procedure. Her English was not very good but I figured the person in charge was not present. I showed her the photo from Yelp and asked if this was who she meant. She said yes. I stayed to look and read the materials in the waiting area, when I read and saw the examples of their work, decided to leave. The prices look very reasonable, enough to try. However, for me, the whole place and experience would not suit my taste. Instead it would make me hesitant about cleanliness and expertise. I would say to try going there, it may be your style. My expectations and standards are higher than what this could provide.

I did however believe that the permanent coloring of my brows via microblading should last more than 6 weeks. The previous provider kept advising me otherwise and did "touch ups" with the same not so great results. She said it would go away and it hasn't. I went to another woman and found out it is migration and would have to be removed by a laser. Alejandra said the first session touch ups were included. She didn't show 2 of the 3 times I had made a follow up apt. I went back the second time and it was included but then she said she normally doesn't do touch ups for free. Both eyes were uneven on the top. The woman I went to in hopes to get it fixed gave me a detailed after care sheet and told me that my eyelids were very thin with several capillaries on the surface which makes it more dangerous to do. I wish I would have done my research. The new woman doesn't even do under the eye tattoos and under my eyes are ruined. It looks like it was drawn by a child. Bad eyeliner detail. Dishonest about the migration. Poor experience.

I went to have my eyelids done. The first appt Anna did between my eyelashes. It was a very fine…read moreline which didn't even show. I also had half of the bottom lid done. The upper lid didn't go to the end of my eye nor did the bottom lid go to the outside of my eye, making it look like half the job was done. When I went back for my second appt I told Anna that I needed a thicker line on top and that the top and bottom should come together at the outside of my eyes. When she got done she said that was the best I could do, unfortunately one eye is thicker than the other, Ana they still don't meet at the outside edge of my eyes...ggrrr. Now I will need to find someone to fix this botched job. Anna told me she has 15 yrs experience, I would NEVER recommend her to my worst enemy let alone a friend
