Well, I needn't of worried, my brows are exactly as I wanted them !! Yet better than I could have imagined. They're fabulous and I get to walk around with them now! I switched to another artist, and retention has been much better. Additionally, the salon doesn't keep track of lash styles per client, so if your usual artist isn't available, the replacement may use different curls or styles that aren't preferred. The wax was extremely hot when applied to my skin--it almost burned me--simply because they are rushing from one client to the next, trying to serve everyone at a single location now. Even after you book and confirm an appointment, they'll call to cancel--either because the person you were scheduled with has left or because they need to re-schedule your appointment, and they call the day before your appointment. And the person making the calls doesn't seem to realize that if there are no clients, she doesn't get paid; her attitude on the phone suggests she couldn't care less whether you show up or not--it makes no difference to her. My brows were either too thin, crooked, or they seemed barely touched & no one seemed to get it quite right. Maria made them absolutely perfect. I was so happy with the way they came out I decided to get permanent make up done for my upper and lower lids. I had gotten this done in the past elsewhere with a tapping technique which unfortunately barely lasted a year. The results are absolutely amazing and I'm absolutely loving it.
