I will admit I'm extremely particular to detail. Alejandra has an amazing personality and I loved…read moremy time with her except: I had my eyeliner tattooed in November and there is leakage under the one eye where it looks like day old makeup that has run. She said it would go away and it hasn't. I went to another woman and found out it is migration and would have to be removed by a laser. Alejandra said the first session touch ups were included. She didn't show 2 of the 3 times I had made a follow up apt. I went back the second time and it was included but then she said she normally doesn't do touch ups for free. Both eyes were uneven on the top. The woman I went to in hopes to get it fixed gave me a detailed after care sheet and told me that my eyelids were very thin with several capillaries on the surface which makes it more dangerous to do. I wish I would have done my research. The new woman doesn't even do under the eye tattoos and under my eyes are ruined. It looks like it was drawn by a child. Bad eyeliner detail. Dishonest about the migration. Poor experience.

From the moment I walk in, I am greeted by a clean and serene environment that immediately puts me at ease, I call it my "Happy Place". Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and takes the time to assess each client's needs before beginning any skincare treatment. Her products work wonders on my skin, leaving it plump and rejuvenated . I feel 10 years younger when I leave. But what truly sets Jamie apart is her dedication to her clients. She doesn't rush through the process; instead, she takes her time to ensure that you feel fantastic both inside and out. By the end of the two-hour session, I feel completely relaxed and renewed thanks in part to her soothing scalp, neck, and shoulder massage. It's a feeling I wish could last forever. I've been going to Jaimen at Viva Tattoo Studio for a multi-session memorial piece, and I'm…read moregenuinely grateful I found him. The studio itself is immaculate--bright, organized, and clearly serious about cleanliness and safety. It's the kind of place where you can relax because you know you're in good hands. Jaimen is exceptional. I came in with an abstract fine-line concept with complex shapes and layered meaning, and he treated it with real care. He listened closely, asked the right questions, and offered thoughtful design recommendations that made the final piece stronger and more beautiful without ever losing the heart of what I wanted. That balance--respecting the meaning while sharpening the art--is rare. On top of that, I've also gone to him for whimsical abstract flower "stamp" work, and he nailed that style too--delicate, playful, and super clean. Same high-level artistry, just a totally different vibe, which says a lot about his range. Logistics matter, and he's been great there as well: easy to schedule with, clear communication, and really helpful about aftercare and healing. He explains what to do (and what not to do) in a way that's practical and reassuring, and my tattoos have healed beautifully. I've been tattooed by strong artists in Boston and LA, and Jaimen's work holds its own easily. I'd send anyone his way--his professionalism and precision are obvious, but what really sets him apart is how steady and supportive he is through the whole process. I'm walking out with tattoos I'm obsessed with, proud of, and with a great experience to match.
