I was referred to Jamie for facials and microneedling. Jamie is a real pro... a rare gem, and a master at her trade. She listened to my skincare goals and concerns, and addressed them with extraordinary attention to detail. I saw a huge improvement in my pores and skin tone after the first visit. Jamie takes her time and brings pampering to a whole new level. Her spa is beautiful and relaxing, and her prices are reasonable. A visit with Jamie is a real treat! I would highly recommend Jamie for professional facial services. read more

I have had the pleasure of being Jamie's client for almost two years. At the end of my first appointment I knew I would never go to anyone else for my skin care/treatments...it is truly a blissful experience. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted by a clean and serene environment that immediately puts me at ease, I call it my "Happy Place". Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable about skincare and takes the time to assess each client's needs before beginning any skincare treatment. Her products work wonders on my skin, leaving it plump and rejuvenated . I feel 10 years younger when I leave. But what truly sets Jamie apart is her dedication to her clients. She doesn't rush through the process; instead, she takes her time to ensure that you feel fantastic both inside and out. By the end of the two-hour session, I feel completely relaxed and renewed thanks in part to her soothing scalp, neck, and shoulder massage. It's a feeling I wish could last forever. Jamie is not only talented but also one of the most wonderful individuals I've had the pleasure of meeting. Jamie is a sweetheart, her warmth and caring personality adds to the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a transformative skincare experience. read more

Following upon my last review when I had the dermaplanning and deep cleaning facial I said i was going back for micro needling and I did. I cannot rave enough about Jamie and her salon. It was incredible, in one week I definitely see a difference and a few of my friends complimented me. I am highly recommending Jamie to my friends and you should treat yourself and make an appointment today! My next appointment for micro needling is early April, can't wait! read more

Warning! Jamie and her facials are addicting! I found her right after Covid when my poor face really needed some TLC. From the moment you walk into her sanctuary (and she has made her area so beautiful and calm) you know you are in capable hands. She takes her time understanding your needs and prepares treatments just for what your skin is craving. Her prices are amazing as well. She doesn't over charge you, which living in the Naples area, it is hard to find affordable luxuries. Not only do I love going to her but I have also got my husband to go. He has only wonderful things to say about her. And his pores have never been better. I normally keep secrets as good as her to myself! The only way you will be disappointed is if you don't go. My skin has never been happier, I have glowy cheeks! read more

I went here due to a discounted rate on Groupon. I'm so glad I went. Jamie did a fantastic job. She pays attention to detail and you never feel rushed or like you're not the center of attention. I did the dermaplaning and it made my skin glow. Even though she was hurt (due to stress of her shoulder), she powered through and gave me a memorable experience. read more

Can I give zero stars? Had to call to change appt because I work on call on a hospital and couldn't make it. Called 26 hours in advance of the appt and was told that's really not possible because "then she would have to sit there all day between appointments." She hung up on me when I tried to reschedule. Wow. Most unprofessional person I have spoken with. Will take our business back to stillwater spa. read more

BEST FACIAL IVE EVER HAD! Every time I visit Jamie she always gives me my dream facial and I leave with my skin happy and GLOWING! I do the deluxe facials and she always listens to my skin needs and gives me a great deep cleaning with extractions. She also gives a very relaxing shoulder and arm massage and I always feel like I'm at a luxury spa when I'm there. Thank you Jamie for blessing my skin with your touch - You're The Skin Fairy! read more

I purchased a Groupon for a facial. Called multiple times to make an appointment 2 months before the Groupon expired. When I was finally able to get a response from her, she was unable to schedule me for an appointment until after the Groupon would expire. I ended up getting covid and having To reschedule that appointment. When I arrived, she had given that appointment to someone else because she had contacted the wrong customer to confirm the day before! She was rude lacked unprofessionalism. she may give great facials as reviews describe ( I wouldnt know because I never got mine), but has poor customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

Jamie is amazing!! I had an amazing facial with her and my skin is so happy!! I've had many facials in my life and this was easily one of the best. I will be sure to visit Jamie every time I'm in Naples and would recommend her to any family and friends in the area!! Thank you Jamie! read more

First of all, let me begin with saying: this is the most passionate woman I have ever met about genuinely helping her clients with their skin. She is the owner and operator and runs the entire ship by herself. She comes home from work and still works. She is always trying to better herself and her craft. She will make it her priority to make sure her customers are always 100% happy and satisfied, she never rushes and she always gets every step done in a precise matter. If you are looking for someone that would be there for you the entire time, this is the woman you want. She will answer any questions you have. She will put you on a skincare routine that you can start doing at home as well with her amazing products. I could go on and on about how wonderful Jamie is but I highly recommend that you go see her for yourself! You will never be disappointed! read more

After reading reviews, I guess I'm not the only person Jamie has hung up on! I booked a facial appointment 2 months ago and thought I'd call morning of to confirm. Jamie answered and said I wasn't on the schedule. She said she changed her phone and lost contacts. I said that it was frustrating since I was soon leaving for the season. She told me to calm down several times which was crazy because I assure you I was completely calm. Did I have a frustrated tone, yes, but not an angry or rude tone by any stretch of the imagination. I had her on speaker and my husband couldn't believe she was saying that. In the process of rescheduling, I said I couldn't make one of her choices because I was having surgery. During her next suggestion, which I couldn't do, she hung up on me. My husband was in shock, saying my tone was not rude at all and didn't warrant a hang up. I thought maybe it was a mistake, but after trying to call back several times, the phone call wouldn't go through. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt thinking she didn't hang up on me until I read several other reviews of people saying she did the same thing to them. I'm sure Jamie will have some excuse for her rude behavior...saying it was my fault, but I promise, I'm am being 100% honest about what happened and about my tone. I never write bad reviews because I realize one negative review can impact a person's small business, but I thought Jamie's behavior was completely unwarranted and inexcusable, and it sounds like it wasn't the first time. read more

I am so happy that I found Jamie and Around the Body Skin! My husband and I are newer to the area and I was in dire need of a facial and finding a good esthetician now that we live here. I was actually looking on Groupon and sent Jamie a message since the service I was looking for wasn't on there. She responded instantly and got me in within a couple of days. Her salon is very inviting, relaxing & clean. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She reviewed my skin issues and discussed my goals and then offered a variety of solutions so I could choose what I thought was best. I have occasional hormonal breakouts, red skin and sun damage so she recommenced the epi wave treatment and the LED. After two visits, I can already see a noticeable difference. The best part of it all is that her prices are literally unbeatable. I have gone to a few places in Naples/Bonita since moving and they have all been way above the prices here and the service was nothing like what Jamie provides. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed! read more
