Called 26 hours in advance of the appt and was told that's really not possible because "then she would have to sit there all day between appointments." She hung up on me when I tried to reschedule. I purchased a Groupon for a facial. Called multiple times to make an appointment 2 months before the Groupon expired. When I was finally able to get a response from her, she was unable to schedule me for an appointment until after the Groupon would expire. I ended up getting covid and having To reschedule that appointment. When I arrived, she had given that appointment to someone else because she had contacted the wrong customer to confirm the day before! She was rude lacked unprofessionalism. she may give great facials as reviews describe ( I wouldnt know because I never got mine), but has poor customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

She is the owner and operator and runs the entire ship by herself. She comes home from work and still works. She is always trying to better herself and her craft. She will make it her priority to make sure her customers are always 100% happy and satisfied, she never rushes and she always gets every step done in a precise matter. If you are looking for someone that would be there for you the entire time, this is the woman you want. She will answer any questions you have. She will put you on a skincare routine that you can start doing at home as well with her amazing products. After reading reviews, I guess I'm not the only person Jamie has hung up on! I booked a facial appointment 2 months ago and thought I'd call morning of to confirm. Jamie answered and said I wasn't on the schedule. She said she changed her phone and lost contacts. I said that it was frustrating since I was soon leaving for the season. She told me to calm down several times which was crazy because I assure you I was completely calm. Did I have a frustrated tone, yes, but not an angry or rude tone by any stretch of the imagination. I had her on speaker and my husband couldn't believe she was saying that. In the process of rescheduling, I said I couldn't make one of her choices because I was having surgery. During her next suggestion, which I couldn't do, she hung up on me. My husband was in shock, saying my tone was not rude at all and didn't warrant a hang up. I thought maybe it was a mistake, but after trying to call back several times, the phone call wouldn't go through. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt thinking she didn't hang up on me until I read several other reviews of people saying she did the same thing to them. I'm sure Jamie will have some excuse for her rude behavior...saying it was my fault, but I promise, I'm am being 100% honest about what happened and about my tone. I never write bad reviews because I realize one negative review can impact a person's small business, but I thought Jamie's behavior was completely unwarranted and inexcusable, and it sounds like it wasn't the first time. read more

I am so happy that I found Jamie and Around the Body Skin! My husband and I are newer to the area and I was in dire need of a facial and finding a good esthetician now that we live here. I was actually looking on Groupon and sent Jamie a message since the service I was looking for wasn't on there. She responded instantly and got me in within a couple of days. Her salon is very inviting, relaxing & clean. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She reviewed my skin issues and discussed my goals and then offered a variety of solutions so I could choose what I thought was best. I have occasional hormonal breakouts, red skin and sun damage so she recommenced the epi wave treatment and the LED. After two visits, I can already see a noticeable difference. The best part of it all is that her prices are literally unbeatable. I have gone to a few places in Naples/Bonita since moving and they have all been way above the prices here and the service was nothing like what Jamie provides. Highly recommend!
