At checkout, I waited several minutes while the staff appeared very stressed and overwhelmed, which made me feel uncomfortable -- it's difficult to feel at ease when the people assisting you seem to be under that level of pressure. Her approach is soft and methodical. Paul's masseuse, Damaris, provided a medium to firm muscle massage, exactly what he asked for.
