I was told by the front desk person that since there was there is a "9 minutes late policy" that I could only have 1 of my 2 booked services. No discussion, nothing.... just parroting "9 minute late policy". The wax person came and got me at 15 minutes past the hour. I had one service done. 1 service completed, re-dressed and out the front door 23 minutes total (including late and check-in) I did verify on the webpage now, that the time assigned each of those services is 30 minutes. According to their advertised services, their employee should have assigned me for 1 hour of time for these 2 services. 1 - 30 minute service; plus 1 - 30 minute service; equals 1 hour Me.... 23 minutes out the front door. *including late and check-in Where is my remaining 37 minutes and why couldn't they be used to perform my additional requested service? Where does the remaining time go normally ? Are multiple people are being billed for the same time? Is that legal to bill multiple people for the same time? Also, the front desk employee did not even look for a solution as I stood in the empty waiting room. They should be trained to look for solutions for the clients. They should also give the clients the time that they are paying for. Unfortunately, I will use the remaining services in my last package that are pre-paid and find a new facility

She behaved as if she had never seen pubic hair before--something completely unacceptable in this profession. The wax was messy, poorly applied, and rushed--she didn't even let it set before trying to pull it off, leaving hairs behind. I'm still in pain and sore from the experience. Despite being very flexible (I've been waxing for over 25 years and am a yoga teacher), she kept making unnecessary comments about my positioning. At one point, my knee lightly touched her belly, and she actually accused me of kicking her, which was beyond bizarre and very concerning that she would just lie like that and with no shame. I don't understand how European Wax Center continues to employ someone with such a poor attitude and lack of skill. I highly recommend avoiding Neomi at all costs! She's a liability for EWC and will never be back there.

I can tolerate a normal Brazilian as far as pain goes but I did not even flinch with Maria. Not only does she use the highest quality of hard wax, but her attention to detail is truly unmatched. So many times I have gone to other places and have found many hairs were left behind, but Maria makes sure to get every single hair, and the entire hair follicle at that. She showed me the wax after removing hair and the bulbs were there on every follicle. I have been to many great waxers and Maria is the best by far.
