Well, I found her! Vanessa was an absolute delight, I don't think I actually explained what I wanted, because I didn't really know. But Vanessa did, it was almost like she looked at my face structure, hair color, skin color and then just set to. I have to say I did feel a little nervous as the process was going as Vanessa concentrates so much she doesn't talk through everything she's doing. Well, I needn't of worried, my brows are exactly as I wanted them !! Yet better than I could have imagined. They're fabulous and I get to walk around with them now! Over the years, the quality has declined. Many of the top artists have left, and lash sets often…read moredon't last more than two weeks, which isn't worth the price. I switched to another artist, and retention has been much better. Additionally, the salon doesn't keep track of lash styles per client, so if your usual artist isn't available, the replacement may use different curls or styles that aren't preferred. That said, it's still a beautiful salon.

I made the request to watch the technician lash someone else before they lashed me (again... because of past experiences). She was very understanding and told me to come in 15 minutes early so I could do that. 1. COMFY CHAIRS - the comfiest chair I've laid in for a lash appointment. So much so that I woke myself up from my own snoring 2. Aesthetic - the place was very well decorated and clean. 3. Quality lashes - the lashes on are very fluffy feeling - not stiff and uncomfortable 4. Glue - the glue is different than I'm used to. My other place would require you 24 hours before getting them wet but here you can wash them immediately after if you'd like. 5. My full name, address, phone and credit card info to hold the appointmen. When i arrived I was told that they don't honor their own offer and they don't have an appointment for me. I did have a confirmation print out. The receptionist was not professional and rude and said they don't offer that at the Naples location. I asked then what location do you offer it at. She said there isn't another in southwest Florida. I drove 40 minutes took time from doing other things from my morning only to be turned away. Shame on amazing lash studio. I intend to report this company to federal trade commission. They need to stand by what they advertise. If you read the businesses response no email given and you can't find it on the net. No direct number given or a person to contact.

When I returned, my colorist wasn't there. Waited another week. When I called to come in, I was put off by the owner after calling three times in one day. Her excuse was that my colorist was very busy and had to see her schedule later in the day, and was promised she would call me back. Well, a call never came after I waited until 6 p.m. for her to call. So I left my message that she should have told me straight out from a month ago that they didn't want to color my hair. Now I must search for a new colorist and wait probably another month to get into a decent salon. Wasted my time on people who don't live up to what they promise. Not a decent owner. Not dependable. Not good character. Not good business practices. Just plain BAD in my opinion.
