I've been meaning to write a stellar review for Candice Monteith who has done both dysport and most recently Botox. I wanted to see if I could notice a difference. My brows are 100% higher than with dysport or the xeomin I used in NY. I don't remember when I noticed the full effects since it was gradual and longer but I think that just made me feel more natural vs that instant tightness. I had such a different view in my mind about Botox being some stiff tox out of all of them and being that this is the 3rd I've used - nope! My face still moves! Candice has perfect placement skills. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and always listening to me & educating me. I honestly think you are wonderful and im grateful for people like you in the medical / aesthetics world. ANOTHER GARBAGE HAIRCUT IN THE CITY OF NAPLES AND MORE WEIRD VIBES! My appointment was with Kim but Sam ended up doing my hair. I'm not sure why but whatever. She said that she could deliver a perfect fade blended with scissors which turned out to be untrue. The end result was embarrassingly bad. I had to go back into the salon to get it "fixed" which did not work out at all. It looked just as bad as when I left the building the first time. Fortunately, I was quickly able to find another salon with a stylist competent enough to repair the mess that Sam made. On top of the gross haircut, the vibe in this place just didn't seem right. Nobody was overtly rude to me but I definitely didn't like the vibe whatsoever. ZERO STARS FOR SIMPLE BEAUTY STUDIO!!! I guess I won't be going back here ever again. read more

Stylist Sam has taken my hair from light to dark, long to short, has put in and removed extensions for me on numerous occasions. I have left happy every. single. time. I chose to have treatment here. I left with open 3rd degree burns Upon returning home my face had swelled 5x bigger. I was scared to death. I called the nurse several times and she was kind. I asked her to speak with Chris who was never available and told her I was going to be fine. Never asked to see my face so I finally went in. He said "if you had Preeclampsia when you were pregnant 15 years ago that's why" I consulted with many others who say this is horrifying. I have vary permanent and visible scars. No concern when things go wrong and a lot of misrepresentation. Preeclampsia has never been a reason for this. Get a second opinion read more

I was very excited to get a full color correction from this cute little studio. I just moved here from San Diego and I am a hairstylist myself. Everyone seemed so skilled and kind. I had gone to my Stylist Sam for a cut a few days ago and scheduled my color correction with her. I come in this morning excited as could be for my color correction. She starts my process and starts to question things about my hair and acting very nervous and saying things such as " It should be fine" "I don't understand why, I have done blues before but this never has happened." So I start to get nervous myself. I voice my concerns and she just says I am sorry you feel that way. After the color is over she attempts to start my Blow out. She pulls out the dirtiest hair infested Olivia garden round brush I have ever seen! I stopped her and paid my bill and I will not be returning. I am sure the salon is a wonderful place but I would never go back to Sam. read more

This is a professional, modern and a very inviting salon. The team of stylists and front desk staff are just lovely! Every one of them. The stylists are all very experienced, and actually listen to what you want. They have very reasonable prices and a membership plan, that I have used since they opened and I find great benefit. They offer the added touches of class, that we all like when we want some spoiling, like a coffee, a snack or a glass of wine. And they give the best head massages! read more

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Have never done anything to my hair but cut it. Never dyed. Drove an hour to this salon with a friend, that was reccomended, on August 21st, 2019 at approximately 12 noon. Upon arrival, we were seen by Melanie Dessauer. We showed her pictures of the hair colors we wanted and how we wanted it to look and me, not having ever dyed my hair, put full trust in Melanie to fulfill our expectations. She said my purple highlights should last about a month. A total of 3 hours later and a 265 dollar debit, to which was not broken down as to what exactly cost what, me and my friend felt extremely taken advantage of. The pictures we showed Melanie and what we got were two totally different things. When I showed my family and friends no one could tell I had even had anything done. I contacted Melanie that night to see if she could add more purple color to make it more prominent and expressed how it was extremely light, she said it would be an additional charge for her to add more color and she would not be able to see me for 2 weeks due to a "busy schedule," to which it would be completely faded anyway. The next morning I had a consultation with another salon more close to my house, RX studios, who said that after two washes my "purple highlights" would be completely faded to blonde. Not only was the color way off for both of us, Melanie was not very helpful or understanding about our situation. She did not offer to help or fix it without an additional charge. All these people want is your money. It is extremely upsetting when you spend almost 300 dollars on hair and your told that it will completely wash out to blonde within 2 washes. I did not pay this much money for it to last 4 days and to not be offered anything in return for this mistake. Do NOT waste your money going here. Go to a salon where the beauticians know what their doing and go by their word or at least offer some sort of compensation for your unhappiness. The service and lack of compassion for guests who are unhappy with the work they received is why this salon doesn't deserve your money or time. read more

Went to Caitlyn today for eyelash extensions. I have never had them done before and was very apprehensive. Kaitlyn made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The lashes were not only affordable but they look absolutely amazing. She took her time and you can tell she cares about what she's doing. The salon itself was beautiful and very clean. After going to several places to get highlights and a cut, and having my hair very damaged, I was so pleased with the treatment Sabrina used and the meticulous care she took with my highlights. They looked amazing and my hair felt and looked (and was) so much healthier after the bonding treatment! I would highly recommend Sabrina! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Went in for a very "simple beauty" hair coloring/styling and walked out in tears. I had beautiful colored hair, and wanted to modify it a little bit, and walked out wanting to shave my head. Kiley was so nasty to me. Very arrogant, and tried to tell me it looked just like the picture. I paid twice the amount I normally do to get my hair done, and they tried to upsell everything. "Sample conditioner" made to sound free hit my bill at $25. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Will never see me or my sister, who was also dissatisfied with the other hairstylists in the studio. read more
