The massage given by Vanessa was good. But, I had a new aesthetician for my facial this time, because the person I used before had left. She was sooo pushy. it was so off putting. I wanted to run out of the room. Originally, she thought she was going to give me a massage, and started talking about how basic it was going to be, and if I wanted more I need a hot stone, and deeper massage. So I told her I already had a massage, then her selling tactics switched to the facial. How dehydrated my skin was, how I was exfoliating too much, then she looks at my skin, and said oh yeah you need exfoliating. She kept pushing until I said fine upgrade to a facial with more moisture. That was not good enough, then she switched to trying to sell me products. omg. Hush. Her touch was also very rough and tough. Is a face! not a floor you are mopping. I will def ask for another aesthetician. If she is the only one at this location, I will try other locations.
