Serenity Massage is my go to for massage when I am in town. They are fantastic, well-staffed, open 7 days a week and have excellent therapists. I now get facials there as well. They have remodeled and upgraded the facility in the past year or so. Highly recommend. read more

Amazing place to relax. Great massage and facial . Very comforting and the massage therapist are very sweet and amazing!

I booked a Thai massage. After 15 minutes of receiving somewhat of a deep tissues massage, I asked her for a Thai massage. She left, came back and 10 minutes later seemed to do some movements like traditional Thai massage. But it wasn't as good as a true Thai massage. I was on my front for 1 full hour and only 30 minutes on my back. This is also not typical for a 90 minute. When she walked on my back, it didn't feel right. There seemed to be a disconnect of how to really be in the right muscle area and her training. I felt unsafe as she was too close to my spine and sometimes too much weight close to my neck. It's not a massage typical of a spa service. It's more like the kind of massage from a place that does chair, table and foot massages. Cookie cutter. I wouldn't recommend this place for a therapeutic massage. read more

Great massage! Called to see if they could fit me in that morning and they did right away. Such a good massage! I would highly recommend.

I have nothing but positive remarks about Serenity. My husband and I have been regular clients at this massage facility for several years and have consistently been impressed. They exhibit professionalism and are attentive to all your needs. Love all the therapists but my regular is Summer. Summer also provides facials. I love her 1 1/2 hour facial. It is not only the most relaxing facial I have ever had (and I have had many), it provides my skin with moisturizers that it desperately needs along with a facial massage like no other. They have become a regular part of our weekly routine! read more

Outstanding environment with very friendly staff. They fit me in quickly and I am returning tomorrow.

What a rip off!! My wife booked the Serenity Ultimate Indulgence Package which was a special advertised as a couples special for $435. She also called the spa to confirm this was the price. We got the service and upon checkout, she was advised by the front desk that the actual price was $435 per person. Twice as much as advertised! Do not go to this business! We should have known when we pulled up and no one else was there! read more

Best massage I've had... great experience the couple of times I've been. Love the body scrub, and the hot stone massage.. the deep tissue was perfect as well. They took me right in, no wait. read more

Josey gave a spectacularly consistent 2.5 hr DT massage. Will definitely be back. Thanks

I live locally and have been visiting Serenity for 5 years now. I always get a 90 minute deep tissue massage . Great staff very clean and the ladies are nice. read more

This is always in the top places for massage. The location is convenient and parking is relatively easy. The staff is top notch and very well trained. As the owner Ling likes to say: " they're all good", and she is correct. Regardless of your aches or chronic pain, or you're just seeking a very relaxing massage or detox, Serenity is the answer. read more

Decided to get a massage while in the area since we've had a long day. I was able to make an appointment for an hour later. There are plenty of parking lot outside. I checked in, then was taken into a room, asked to undress, and the massage began. I got a thai massage so I was expecting something like a "Thai massage" like in Thailand. It was a bit different, but good. I definitely think this is more on the expensive side but service was good. read more

I have been going to serenity massage for several years and have recommended them to many people in the area. They offer quality massage consistently. Except the foot area was not well addressed this time. And my experience was with two different therapists. Today our couples massage was done well, and I was happy with my experience until it came time to pay. I had noted that the prices increased from $100-$110 and I was prepared for that. The 3 staff at the front monitoring my cc payment was not "that" intimidating until I left a cash tip of $15/person and I was met with obvious "unhappiness" and so I asked. Is that not enough for you? And was given "a look of disapproval" Maybe I am mistaking but I thought that a tip was an extra payment....and that massage therapists, similar to cosmetologists and estheticians are paid either hourly or by a commission %. And that a tip in these settings are extra payment for great service. Which as mentioned before, this experience was not as well done as I have had in the past where I have left 20% + tips to the therapist ( usually Anna or Joan) This is the first time I have had this kind of unprofessional response at serenity. read more

Such an incredible place! The staff is INCREDIBLE! You feel at home when you walk inside Serenity Massage. The massages are always top notch, there is nowhere better to go in all of the southern Gulf Coast for a massage or facial. They make you feel so welcomed! Truly makes you feel like a million bucks! I can't recommend Serenity Massage any stronger to anyone! 10/10!!! Thank you Serenity!! read more

Booked a 90min deep tissue massage and it was pure heaven. Very clean and calm facility. My therapist worked out some deep tension in my back, neck and shoulders. I literally walked taller and straighter after the session. Wonderful service! read more

May be you can get a relaxing massage here but don't let them do Thai massage on your back - they don't know what they are doing. They nocked out multiple disks from my spine including 2 in the necks. Fixed one disk by an average chiropractor and then fixed the rest by a really good chiropractor I waited a month to see. Who said: "You should not put more weight on your back than a 3 year old child". So definitely not going back to that place. On top of the bad service they insist on a minimum 20% tip for their services. read more

The massage therapists who work here are very professional. They are very attentive to your concerns. I recommend Summer to anyone who needs a thorough massage. The only con is that it's extremely expensive and if you pay by card, you are charged a service fee. read more

BEST MASSAGE EVER!!! My wife and I got a couples massage and couldn't have been happier. Deep tissue massage that actually feels like a deep tissue massage. Great staff, clean and friendly. Will definitely be back! Shout out to Tiffany read more

This place is the best of Naples. This time my experience was not as good as other times but it still wasn't terrible. She cut the 90 minute massage short by 4 minutes and her pace was a little frantic sand all over the place. I still enjoyed it though. For the money for what it is they need to do the full 90 and offer a little more in the way of quality. But again, I have been here before and had experiences that far surpassed this one so I'll be back! read more

Couples massage was amazing!! Smelled SO SO SO YUMMY INSIDE! I'm big on smells and comfort and this was clean and yummy! Hard massage was so good! Definitely recommend 10/10 read more

My wife and I have booked many couples massages here, and have been Wowed by the experience every time! They are friendly, prompt and do not keep you waiting, the massage therapists follow instructions well and overall they provide a great customer experience. We enjoy coming here and while I know there are many places in Naples to receive a massage, Serenity Massage is at the top of our list! read more

While visiting my family in Naples I made a appointment for ashiatsu massage or walk on back came in to the spa my temperature was take first and even though I had a mask she asked to replace with there's that was fine June was my therapist and let me tell you she was amazing I've had a knot in my upper back for days and it was the first thing she pointed out to me well she out I will be going back regularly when I visit Thank you June read more

If I could give my masseuse at this place zero stars I would. My massage was not worth the $100 dollars they charge. I get a better massage at the mall for $30. I get a better foot massage at the nail salon. This was not it at all. I am in pain after this massage but not the good kind of pain, if you know what I mean. My back is on fire from all the rubbing. This lady didn't know anything about pressure points. The whole massage I was thinking about getting up and walking out, my mistake I didnt. Then go to tell the owner when Im checking out, and she started blaming me about this kind of massage not being my style or me not being able to take the pressure. Which I definitely can and did mention during the massage that I wanted more strength. She had no strength in her hands. Mind you I was never asked what kind of massage I wanted, so the whole time they assumed. Terrible experience and the only thing I get is a 20 dollar bill back NEVER AGAIN read more

The massage was great, however the $20 discount for veterans didn't apply, so remove it from your add also a charge of $3 was added to the bill for paying with a credit card...you should add this to your add read more

Amazing Thai massage by Tiffany! Professional and clean setting. Would highly recommend.

Came here last night for a couples massage and was overly thrilled as usual when I come here! HUAN is the therapist that always takes care of me. My bicep is damaged and told her not to go near the area and she made sure to stay clear of that area. She used hot stones and applied the perfect amount of pressure in different areas! Highly recommended coming to the best massage place I've ever been to! read more

I woke up with a strain in my neck/trapezius area after golf yesterday....so I called Serenity and immediately got an appointment that morning. I have had many massages all over the world...I prefer a deep tissue Thai Style massage. I received an excellent massage from Jenny...I even upgraded from a 60 minute to 90 minute massage. She was very strong and very skilled at getting deep into my knotted up and strained muscles in my back and neck. Additionally, she performed the stretching and massaging of my arms and legs associated with Thai Style Massage... This was an outstanding and very effective massage. I have scheduled a return session. If you are looking for a deep tissue ...I think they call it Therapeutic Massage this place is excellent and my masseuse Jenny was exceptional. ...I recommend this place read more

This was one of those massages you never wanted to stop! The hubby and I had 90 minute couples massages. Great combination of muscle work and stretching. Also loved how she incorporated the hot stones. Just visiting Naples, but I would come back again! read more

Upon entering the quiet oasis Serenity offers you will quickly relax and begin your healing. The waiting lounge is welcoming with soothing music and a beautiful room adorned with Chinese art, furniture and decor. Truly welcoming and relaxing. All of the personnel who I met were wonderful, caring and professional. My massage with June was exceptional and I get massage regularly. In my opinion there is nothing worse than finding yourself on a massage table with a therapist you feel isn't trained, professional, intuitive and able to offer you what you need. Well, June ( and I'm certain all therapists here) was wonderful. She listened to my certain areas of tension and pain and focused on exactly what I needed. I strongly recommend, even encourage , you visit Serenity and have a massage.... you will want to return again and again. Enjoy! read more

lily and june were amazing. we had an appointment at 3 today. we were running a few minutes late so we didn't get to start our massage until 3:10. that didn't stop them from our one hour massage. they still gave us the full 1 hour. the rooms are very peaceful and quiet. for the price, you can't beat it. (90$) i asked specifically for my shoulders and neck and i left feeling completely refreshed and like a new person. i can't wait to schedule my next appointment. thank you guys so much!! read more

Very nice calm setting, highly decorated in Asian style, but well done for that style. Horrible massage. I had reserved a deep-tissue massage and reminded this to the person who rushed me into a massage room. The "massage therapist" who worked on me was obviously not trained as she pulsed quickly deep into my muscles all over my body not doing anything to warm them up first or even work on them appropriately. Also as deep-tissue is: "the use slower strokes or friction techniques across the grain of the muscle", she appeared to know none of this. It was painful and I mentioned this a few times, but within short order she was jabbing at my muscles again. I had to make her stop when she was pushing directly on my spine at my head. I think she actually injured me. I have been suffering especially since my visit three weeks ago. As it's hard to prove it occurred on the table I'm SOL - plus they never had me fill out or sign any papers there (odd for a legit establishment in my opinion) I thought she could understand my English but when she asked if I "walk-bike", I was at first pleasantly surprised she might know what an EliptiGo bike was as I ride one regularly. I didn't understand until she started standing on my hamstrings, that she meant she was announcing she was going to walk on my back!!! This is highly unprofessional and reckless. It wasn't until I got dressed that I looked up to see the parallel bars mounted to the ceiling above the table for her to keep her balance and hold on to. (I told her *no* very strongly once she stood on my hamstrings and she finally got off me and the table - this after she insisted that I 'try' it) Also odd, I was rushed into a room not even asked my name for the reservation. Also odd, was that the woman was not good to keep me covered and modest during this experience, the sheet moving too much exposing my back side and later completely exposing my breasts at one point and *I* had to pull it back up. I also had to insist to the woman manning the payment that my reserved appointment was for $70 - the price given to me the day before when I reserved. She finally allowed it. I don't appreciate that kind of business behavior at all trying to upcharge me - let alone the horrible massage! I am friends with a few massage therapists and I know their training is very very specific about keeping the client covered the whole time. I also get massage regularly and have never had such a horrible experience. I chose this place because at the time it listed #1 on yelp in Naples. There are other better places albeit a little more expensive. I do not recommend you go here at all. Dangerous. read more

Summer gave me the best deep tissue massage I have ever had, I'm not a novice as had many massages over my 80 years
