Where this place really wins is the quiet room, amenities, and staff. I like a bit of time between services, that quiet room is cozy, with tea and little snacks, it's truly lovely. This place feels like they have an Army of staff, constantly checking the locker rooms and quiet room, cleaning up after guests. Everything was so clean. I will spare the internet from my personal dramas, but I also had a family emergency the day of my service. My husband had called the spa to pull me out of my massage. It was 30 minutes into my first service, and I had to cancel my whole day. The staff were more than professional, they were genuinely caring and kind to me as I was crying, they were even going to drive me to the hospital. Later that afternoon I called back, believe it or not they were able to get me rebooked with some differences, before the end of my vacation.
