Last Thursday we made three appointments for Sunday at 3:30. We showed up at 3:25 and we did not get in for our foot massage until 410. The lady kept saying, let me check...Let me check and kept us waiting. I finally got frustrated and asked her if you can't take us just tell us we'll leave. I was surprised to see a room full of beds. I did not understand the concept. They also didn't change the bed cover in between. one person got up and we laid right down. I did not see anyone washed their hands in between. We were there for a foot massage and he started on my scalp and face. I do not recommend this business for any type of relaxation. Had to wait for a massage therapist to show up after they had tried the switch on me. Constant noise in the room. Very aggressive and trying to overcharge or upsell you every step of the way. First time at this location. The person at front desk lead me to a room without saying anything and left. I was never introduced to my masseuse which was odd. When my masseuse entered the room he never introduced himself either. The table was not a normal massage table, it was a weird padded table with a very small hole for your nose (I guess?) I literally couldn't breathe during my massage because the hole was so small and there were so many linens placed under the table there was no room for air flow. I kept having to move my head around from side to side which was very disruptive to the massage and caused a lot of discomfort. The actual massage itself was awful. I'm not usually one to speak up but I did three times to explain something didn't feel good (because it was causing extreme pain). It felt like the person performing the massage had no formal training. The whole experience is one I wish I could just forget but I'm in so much pain today, I cant! If you're looking for a good experience I would recommend you DONT come here. I've had at least 70 massages in the last 20 years and this one will be the one I wish I never had. read more

Not good. Happy Feet Relaxing looks like your typical middle of the road foot massage place....not too upscale, but not dumpy either. I like a really firm foot massage and before my massage I told the young lady at the front desk (who seemed to speak some English) to tell my massage guy about my preference. The massage started out okay. I did like that the back and shoulder massage was not long and it was done while I was lying in the chair and not sitting up. As he was massaging my neck, my technician whispered, "You want half body, half foot (which I believe is more expensive than the foot massage). I corrected him and I found that annoying as he knew exactly what I had asked for. The start of the massage was good but once he got to my feet it was all downhill. The massage was just very soft, with hardly any pressure at all. I was with my son who said his foot massage was not very good either. I paid ($40 each) and left a 20% tip but I did have to tell the young lady at the front desk that my massage was terrible. I even asked her if she told my guy to give me a strong massage. I found her response to be quite annoying. She just giggled, said "Oh sorry, next time better." I don't think there will be a next time. read more

First off we thought we entered a morgue walking into the treatment room filled with 10 lifeless bodies. We were very excited to try the viral head massage/water treatment and were more than disappointed. Seemed as if there was no training or proper care. The towels smelt of mold and another order we had a hard time identifying. Instead of using the sink water they dumped buckets of water on our heads. The hair products smelt of nothing and was not a relaxing experience. They were talking the whole time explaining what to do to teach each other. The door kept opening and closing and multiple people snoring and farting. After the experience my mother and I looked at eachother and just laughed. It got worse however when we went to the front and tipped 15% the lady looked at us like it was not enough and wanted more. After reading several reviews about this we're just happy we didn't get yelled at for not tipping more and just got a dirty look and huff. They also tried to push us for more services as we said no thank you several times. Do not waste your time or money. read more

Does anyone know what is going on at Happy Feet Naples? There seems to be a change in the fee structure every time I have a 90 massage. Massage One: $90.00 plus Tip Massage Two: $90.00 plus $10.00 for the Chinese massage oil plus Tip Massage Three: $100.00 plus $10.00 for the Chinese massage oil plus Tip Massage Four: $117.00 plus $10.00 for the Chinese massage oil plus Tip. I've been to China, Hong Kong and Singapore...never had to pay an extra fee for Chinese massage oil. Two, the fact that the price continues to go up each and every time I am there leaves me feeling taken advantage of. If you advertise the cost of a 90-minute massage at $90.00, then that is what it should be. As far as the massage goes, it's fine, but I'm starting to feel that I am being ripped-off. read more

This was my first time at this location, and last. I'm very appreciative they got me in a half hour after I called. I got the seasonal special $44.99 (head, shoulders, neck, feet) and was charged $47 (charge a $2 fee for using credit card.. which is written on the desk so I understand). I asked to use their bathroom, front desk lady (black and purple hair) said while screaming "Yea go ahead". I said "Where is it, this is my first time". She pointed and said "there all the way down". It was gross (toilet seat was wobbly found out when I flushed the toilet, garbage was full of tampon wrappers and TP, and hand sanitizer instead of soap and paper towels). I changed my mind, and asked for just feet/legs reflexology. I had Amy (wonderful) and she massaged my left foot, then all of a sudden a guy took over. I'm not sure his name, but he literally was a robot. He did 1 motion the whole time (jerked my foot with every movement) and didn't do any pressure points like Amy. I couldn't relax the whole time.. the front desk lady is so loud and rude. She swings open the door every 3/5 mins, stomps with her boots, and has NO whisper voice talking to the staff. I get out finally and he walked me to the front.. front desk and him start having a loud convo. He just stands there and she looks at me. I whispered (felt bad for the clients.. door was open!) and asked how much. She said something to him and said $45. I paid card and asked for change for a $20. She said "what do you want"? I said " 4 $5 bills please", and I felt so awkward (he literally stood there until I tipped him) , so I tipped the guy and Amy (the guy thanked me.. Amy prob left for the night). The door was still open and she didn't even ask me how it was, like she did all other guests (heard her the whole time), and the one that was going into the lobby as I was walking out. I went to the Pine Ridge location the first time and it was WAYYYYY better, silent music (no lyrics like this place), technician I had there washed my feet in a bowl, and it was quiet so I could actually relax. I be been here a couple times. It's a great deal for the $39 foot, head and shoulder massage.its an hour long :) You are in a room with about a dozen other beds. It's dark, and they play relaxing music. You keep your clothes on, so no worries :) I need to remember to ask them to not rub so hard, otherwise it's so awesome. I almost fell asleep twice. Happy Feet was recommended by a friend to me and my husband. We made appointments for a 90-minute combination massage (foot & body, and we requested deep tissue). We were welcomed in immediately to the larger "group" massage room (which was what we requested for our first time), and shown to our massage tables (next to each other). In the room I wore a sports bra and short, workout shorts; and my husband wore workout shorts and no shirt. You are draped with towels for your massage as well as a small towel for over your eyes. It is darkened in there with relaxing music playing in the background. My body massage and foot massage were EXCELLENT, as were my husband's. Our massage therapists each had over 10 years of experience and were very good. We immediately booked our next appointment with the same therapists and next time will try the private rooms for full body massages. We decided we will try different services each time to experience all of their offerings. We also met Lola, the owner, and she was very gracious and kind. I have visited many reflexology businesses on various vacations, this one was my worst experience so far. Upon entering the business, I clearly stated to the gentleman that my girlfriend and I wanted the 60 minutes foot massage only. He then verbally confirmed and I verbally confirmed back that we only wanted a foot massage. We then entered a room with about 12 massage tables, without being asked for payment. Once in the room they treat you nicely and it began very nicely. After sometime they began massaging our heads, shoulders, back, and arms, as well as our feet. Just before the 60 minutes is up, they ask you if you would like them to continue for an additional 20 minutes. I clearly stated NO, twice, and shortly after that, the massage ended. Upon entering the waiting room again, they serve you a 10oz bottle of water and then charged us for a couples massage, instead of a foot massage; collectively, this was $22 more than expected. I brought this to the gentleman's attention and he aggressively began arguing with me, so I just wanted to end the experience and said whatever. After processing my credit card, we were about to leave and the two gentleman that gave us the massage were standing next to us in the waiting room, while the gentleman at the front desk rudely asked us if we intended to leave a tip. I said NO, then he began aggressively arguing with me that I need to leave a tip because it is the law. No such law exists in America. I got very upset and said, you are already overcharging me and you still want a tip...? I took a $20 bill from my wallet and threw it on his desk. The VERY best massage I have ever had. I went with my 24 year old daughter and we were pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism of the attendants. We both had the combo massage. This included back, feet legs, head, arms. I would say it was a deep tissue. We were in a room with 4 other clients. For some, this may not be ideal. The first thing they did was try to convince me to get a more expensive foot massage. I responded by pointing to the massage I wanted. When I checked out I was charged for the more expensive massage. I told them I had pointed to the massage I wanted on the board. The massage therapist told me he had put what I wanted in his computer. There was no changing what had been done. For this reason I give this spa 1 star. I will not return. For those who do go, I recommend you check what the therapist has put in his computer as your service BEFORE the session commences.
