For a while, I've been thinking about getting a massage, but I wasn't too sure about where to get it done. After researching Yelp for locations in Naples, Florida, I saw a lot of great reviews for Massage Heights Pine Ridge Crossing. I knew at that moment, I had to check it out. I was in the area of Massage Heights when I decided to stop in and make an appointment. The gentleman at the front desk, I forget his name, was absolutely WONDERFUL!! He asked me different questions about what I would prefer in a massage and he was able to match me with Linda! I came in the next morning and let me just say, WHAT. A. TREAT. Linda was absolutely AMAZING! She has the magic touch! Since this was my first time, I was able to pick my aromatherapy essential oil and she made me feel so relaxed and more awake!! I signed up for a year of service. and after the year cancelled. they do a great facial. I am not spelling her name correctly but Engrid is great. however, their massages are all very bad. I tried several different people. the ones that rub you, the ones with no pressure, the ones that talk non stop while providing the service. they do not do how to do hips, or the gluts. It gets old when you pay for a massage and then leave and have to go to another place later in the month to try and get a real massage. In my agreement I was supposed to get free elevations, last visit she charged me for elevations that I did not even approve. So bye! I will be back for the facials as needed. read more

They are always friendly here. I like that they call to remind me to take a moment to recharge. Jeff is great masseuse. He helps so much from life's normal wear and tear on my back and legs. Terrible customer service. I booked online and am from out of town. They had two places in Naples and they never sent me a confirmation text of the correct address. Instead they called and only asked if I confirm without specifying the address. So I showed up to the wrong address and then found out I was at the wrong place that was 15 minutes away. They refused to discount the fifteen minutes. And wanted me to stay and be later by signing and going through their sales paperwork'. I'm not from Naples, and arrived at the wrong location for a 90-minute massage while on vacation. I had to quickly get myself to the other location which was 15 minutes away. When I arrived I had to wait in line to let the receptionist know I had arrived. By this time, my 90-minute massage was shortened by 20 minutes. My therapist was lovely, however, I felt shortchanged even more when the massage ended 10 minutes earlier than it should have. Poor customer service. This is the best place that I've ever gone to for a massage. It is a spa like atmosphere in a strip mall next between a mexican and italian restaurant. Don't be put off by the location. Once you enter you are in a relaxing environment. The front desk staff a so friendly and helpful. Everything looks and smells great with soothing music of course. Mony, my therapist, was excellent. Deep tissue with hot stone treatment on my back. My muscles are relaxed but NO pain or bruising. They have a great member pricing option that is worth checking out. I should have gotten up and walked out but its kind of hard mid massage . I asked to speak to the manager and she was not there . I asked for a call and I have not heard from them. I am very surprised in this day and age they would allow someone coughing and sneezing to work at all Never. mind with out a mask. The space is relaxing, clean & peaceful. I was disappointed that there was not a quiet room. For the price your pay this is no big deal. I had an hour deep tissue massage with Austin. After looking through all of the reviews, I thought I would give Massage Heights a try. I had an hour massage/hot stones with Alisha and she was WONDERFUL. I felt so relaxed and comfortable, and I left feeling even better. I read some reviews stating that you get hounded to sign up for a membership upon exiting, and I didn't find that to be the case at all. I was given my options, and that was it (which I really appreciated). The facility is clean, fresh, and inviting. I called the day of after soreness and stiffness I was unable to resolve with my own methods. They fit me in with the introductory rate, as a newbie, for a 90 minute deep tissue. I asked for deep tissue and explained my issues to the gentleman in the phone. He booked me with Rita stating she was great with deep tissue. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by staff and offered water. We chatted until Rita came to take me back. She talked with me about my soreness and we agreed on an approach. She really worked and focused on my neck, shoulders and back. She asked questions when appropriate along the way and left silence (my preference) for the remainder. I was very pleased with her treatment. She gave me time to prepare before the massage and post massage. She followed all protocol from beginning to end without fault. At the end, the staff did share the monthly contract plan without being pushy or offensive. I highly recommend this for a massage. I suspect the remaining services are of equal caliber. So my girlfriend and I went together and her massage was a home run. So much so, that she extended both of ours by another 30 minutes. Other than the fact that her masseuse cut her time by 10 minutes, she thought the massage was great. I on the other hand, was disappointed. I'm not going to name anyone (sorry) I just don't think it's necessary since an establishment is ultimately responsible for who they hire. Anyways, my masseuse was sloppy. He used very little massage oil/lotion, and his technique felt like my boyfriends massage while he's trying to watch the game on TV. A lot of rubbing and too little kneading. It was inconsistent in method, pressure and each arm and leg was treated differently. I felt like he was inventing things to do to fill the time.. The two worst things: his nails were too long and cut into me painfully at times and secondly, without any warning or permission he slapped a scalding hot towel on my face. Relaxing was the farthest experience I could have had. I'm sorry to say because he seemed like a nice guy. Just clearly not passionate about his job. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars and not two is because the place was clean, peaceful, warm and the staff was very friendly. My girlfriend did think both owners being there was a bit much and there was some hard sell on their product line... She'd definitely go back to her masseuse while I'd rather likely just go somewhere else where the standards of their staffs ability is just higher. read more

My husband, daughter, and I were vacationing this past weekend in Naples for the 4th of July. My husband suggested that I get a massage while we were there and after some Yelp research we decided on Massage Heights. Even after the great reviews I'm always a little skeptical. I work in a high end salon where our standards are high so I expect the same from other places. However, I tend to be let down a majority of the time. Fortunately for me this was not one of those times. From the time I walked in the door everyone was really nice and made sure I had everything I needed. Will was my massage therapist and I kept asking myself how I could have possibly gotten so lucky as to have gotten in with him on such short notice with him being THAT good. He really listened to my concerns about the areas I needed focused on and used the perfect amount of pressure the entire time. I had Yosi for my facial and the service didn't decline from there. She was just as skilled at a facial as Will was at massage. I kept telling myself to wake up but was so relaxed I must have kept falling asleep! For someone who doesn't muster much of confidence at strangers touching their body, gaining trust at first contact should be required for whomever picks up the phone at a massage studio. A customer should not be expected to know your services menu and massage parlor jargon when they call you and tell you their needs. Will be looking elsewhere. I belonged to massage heights for many years. This place cannot hold a candle to other franchises. Some of the therapists are ok but the management is atrocious. Rude and unprofessional. When my therapist left and I mentioned that I missed him the manager proceeded to deride him and put him down. They clearly have a problem with their management because there is so much turnover of therapists. Was pretty excited to try this place out because it's close to my house. Inside is very nice and relaxing. Staff was friendly, but was turned off by how much they pushed to sell the membership packages and this was prior to my massage. Massage was nothing special. Scheduling an appointment was easy they were able to get me in the same day, which is great when you have a hectic schedule. I called Massage Heights at Pine Ridge Monday, Jan 10 about 2:15pm to book an appointment and ask for the Groupon rate, which is $59 for an hour massage. Reggie told me that their rates had gone up and that it would have to be $69. I told her that the rate on the groupon page was $59 and asked her to ask a manager. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I booked the groupon rate through groupon and called back to book an appointment. Again, Reggie answered the phone. I asked if I could book an appointment one night this week after 5pm, she told me that they had something open on Tuesday at 5:30pm with a male therapist. When I asked his name, she told me all it says is male and could not give me the person's name! This is BS as I have been here before and the person at the desk knows who is available for appointments. As I proceeded to book the appointment for Tuesday, she told me that since I had used a groupon back in Aug, I could not use it. I asked to speak with a manager, she told me that there were no managers there. I asked for the name of the manager, she said there are several managers. I asked again for a name, she said she was not able to give out that information! It is a shame they have someone answering their phones delighting in abysmal customer service. read more
