She contacted me, I gave my credit card (again) with the supposed understanding that when they found the transaction in their system, they would refund the second payment. They claimed they had recently bought the business and would have to contact the former owner. What a load of nonsense. And, of course, they never got back with me, or made any attempt to rectify the matter.

My room was quite dark and the music was soothing. My only one criticism, is that the venue seemed a little too stark and clinical. Although the place had a minimalistic and contemporary feel, the massage room area was not welcomed with a certain calm spa quality. It's crying out for just a bit more "zen". The people doing our massages were very accommodating and friendly, and I wouldn't mind trying it out again. We were given their business card with a discount on our next visit. I would try it out again, but I think that if they enhance their interior decor and consider a better location (as they're not visible from the street), they would thrive stronger among the competition.
