We had Groupon gifts to use here so Paul got a massage and I got a Seaweed facial. Zoe was my esthetician and she gave me one of the most relaxing facials I can ever remember getting. Her approach is soft and methodical. Paul's masseuse, Damaris, provided a medium to firm muscle massage, exactly what he asked for. Damaris made all efforts to ensure Paul was relaxed and comfortable before, during and after his massage. Both of us also used the hydoluxe bed, which is always a nice treat. The staff out front was friendly, patient and efficient. Sometimes you need a lot of patience dealing with the Groupon gifts, like today. But we got it figured out. We were there on time, at the location we were told to go to this was clearly a scheduling or communication mistake on their end. After being a loyal customer for years, this was extremely disappointing. The lack of accountability and customer service ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing day for our group. Definitely rethinking my membership after this experience.
