I did have a confirmation print out. The receptionist was not professional and rude and said they don't offer that at the Naples location. I asked then what location do you offer it at. Today I went to Naples Lash Bar to get my eyebrows microblading by Pam. They ask you to wait in your car until your appointment to prevent germs spreading. The salon also requires you to wear a mask the whole time as well as being thorough with their cleaning.
