I switched to another artist, and retention has been much better. Additionally, the salon doesn't keep track of lash styles per client, so if your usual artist isn't available, the replacement may use different curls or styles that aren't preferred. My full name, address, phone and credit card info to hold the appointmen. When i arrived I was told that they don't honor their own offer and they don't have an appointment for me. I did have a confirmation print out. The receptionist was not professional and rude and said they don't offer that at the Naples location. I asked then what location do you offer it at. She said there isn't another in southwest Florida. I drove 40 minutes took time from doing other things from my morning only to be turned away. Shame on amazing lash studio. I intend to report this company to federal trade commission. They need to stand by what they advertise. If you read the businesses response no email given and you can't find it on the net. Today I went to Naples Lash Bar to get my eyebrows microblading by Pam. She sent a reminder the…read morenight before and addressed all the salons protocols with Covid to make sure I was safe as well as others. They ask you to wait in your car until your appointment to prevent germs spreading. The salon also requires you to wear a mask the whole time as well as being thorough with their cleaning. I was nervous to get my brows done as I've heard mixed reviews on the pain, but Pam made sure I felt very safe and walked me through the full process. She took time to pick out the color that she felt would best match my brows as well as asked for my thoughts on the color before moving forward to make sure I would like it. Pam made sure I felt numb the whole time as pain was my biggest fear with getting microblading done. I'm a big baby with pain so to say I felt absolutely no pain is amazing!
