My full name, address, phone and credit card info to hold the appointmen. When i arrived I was told that they don't honor their own offer and they don't have an appointment for me. I did have a confirmation print out. The receptionist was not professional and rude and said they don't offer that at the Naples location. I asked then what location do you offer it at. She said there isn't another in southwest Florida. I drove 40 minutes took time from doing other things from my morning only to be turned away. Shame on amazing lash studio. Today I went to Naples Lash Bar to get my eyebrows microblading by Pam. She sent a reminder the…read morenight before and addressed all the salons protocols with Covid to make sure I was safe as well as others. They ask you to wait in your car until your appointment to prevent germs spreading. The salon also requires you to wear a mask the whole time as well as being thorough with their cleaning. I was nervous to get my brows done as I've heard mixed reviews on the pain, but Pam made sure I felt very safe and walked me through the full process. She took time to pick out the color that she felt would best match my brows as well as asked for my thoughts on the color before moving forward to make sure I would like it. Pam made sure I felt numb the whole time as pain was my biggest fear with getting microblading done. I'm a big baby with pain so to say I felt absolutely no pain is amazing! I made the request to watch the technician lash someone else before they lashed me (again... because of past experiences). She was very understanding and told me to come in 15 minutes early so I could do that. 1. COMFY CHAIRS - the comfiest chair I've laid in for a lash appointment. So much so that I woke myself up from my own snoring 2. Aesthetic - the place was very well decorated and clean. 3. Quality lashes - the lashes on are very fluffy feeling - not stiff and uncomfortable 4. Glue - the glue is different than I'm used to. My other place would require you 24 hours before getting them wet but here you can wash them immediately after if you'd like. 5. She did a fabulous job. She was so gentle. I love that the salon is quiet with only relaxing music in the background. It is very clean and the techs wear masks. The procedure took 1 hour. I will go back and will highly recommend Julianna to my friends. The lift is a great alternative if you don't want too look too dramatic. When I get them done in Boston the tint lasts 5-6 weeks. The tint at Divine only lasted 3 weeks. The tech was very good and did explain this to me. I will go again if I am in need of a Lash L&T when in Naples.
