I went with a master stylist with haircut starting at $67. They really get you on the extras, with shampoo and conditioning treatment and blow dry somehow added up to $120. The haircut is decent but not much of a blowout for the extra cost. Overall would recommend if you need to get in somewhere quick just be aware of all the extras read more

I was in ulta yesterday march 2 and a worker said I put a tester in my pocket and made me empty my pockets, threatened to call cop, said she saw me on the cameras but wouldn't show me the camera footage of me doing so and publicly embarrassed me when I never did anything but smell a few colognes, I will never be going back to this Ulta and you really need to get your employees in check. I wish I got the name of the employee that did it but she walked away and hid in the back before I could. read more

Customer service at Coconut Point location is non existant. It seems no one there cares, or knows what is going on. I went to a different location, on Thursday, Feb 6, looking for an IT Foundation. The lady that helped me was wonderful. She went a above and beyond (at the Mercato location in Naples FL). She called Coconut Point, to see if they had the color I was looking for, and they did. They had one left! I told her I could pick it up on Friday or Saturday, Feb 7 or 8. She said ok, not a problem, they will hold it at the front desk/check out area. I went there on Sat Feb 8, to pick up the item, and the girl at the check out counter could not find it. She spoke to another associate, that was looking for the item in the regular isle the item would have been in, and they could not find it. She hands me over to them, because she needed to check out other customers. I went over to the isle, and they tell me they can not find it, why they were looking where it originally was...I have no idea? Why they were searching that area, when they were supposed to have pulled it and held it, but tell me they will locate it. One of the girls disappears, straightening up things in the isles as she heads into the back room. The girl I was with then tells her (talking through their microphones) that I was at the other location on Thursday afternoon. Then she communicates with the girl that was with me, oh well, we only hold items for 24 hrs, so some one could have put it back on the shelf and it was sold. Really!? So, one girl went to hide, and leaves the other young girl to tell me they don't have the item. They were all scrambling, obviously, no one held the product I traveled to pick up. Not one of the associates there knew what to do, knew what was going on, and then one left and hid in the back room and left the others to deal with the non held product. So disappointing they dropped the ball. It was obvious the item wasn't pulled to be held for my pick up. I will not use or visit this Ulta store again. I will not use Ulta again period. read more

I popped in here to pick up my birthday gift and do some browsing. The store is very clean with a nice layout that makes everything easy to find. There were plenty of staff available and they offered help when I was looking for a specific item. Tip: If you don't receive your email for your birthday gift, email customer service and they will promptly send you a code. Just show that code to your cashier and you'll be good to go. I got my eyebrows done here out of sheer desperation and absolutely regret it. Firstly, they had double booked and made me feel like it was somehow my fault. The person who I had scheduled with could find no way to resolve the issue and said "Well I can't do 2 people at the same time!". The stylist next to her chimed in and said she would do them for me but I had to wait 20-30 minutes. All of this after I had rushed to make sure I was on time. Secondly, I specifically asked that they not make my brows thinner and to just clean them up as they are already thin and they completely butchered them. My brows are uneven and thinner by the nose. Nicole changed the way I see my hair. The salon manager Lisa (who is also a doll) offered me a completely free color correction after a MINOR mess up by another Ulta location. I want to emphasize I did not go there to complain or get anything free - I intended to pay for a new toner when my ashy highlights turned brassy yellow very quickly. Lisa offered me the correction immediately and had me set up the next day with Nicole. Nicole fixed the highlights so they are an amazing multi dimensional ash silver but the way she really changed everything was with her cutting technique. She cut my hair at no charge, without me asking or even mentioning it, and she gave me "interior layers". It is seriously the best haircut I've ever had. If your hair is thick and difficult to manage or your color is not what you imagined, you NEED to go see Nicole. Anything you get done here, I have confidence you will love, and if you don't, Lisa will make it right. The only thing about the salon in this location is the chairs at the wash bowls are very uncomfortable but I think they are remedying that soon. I honestly don't even know where to begin. I came in today early afternoon, I had three items to return, and unfortunately this location did not have the good molecules product I wanted but that was totally fine. As soon as my son and I step inside, we were instantly greeted with great energy and great attitudes by two women in the front. One had really dark hair, and the other one had fiery red hair. Those two ladies made my day. They answered all of my questions, one even walked around the store with me as well answering my questions and directing me to the Products that I couldn't find. They gave me tons of knowledge and told me which specific all the stores would have exactly what I'm looking for. I showed them all the issues I was having with a Tula product and they were so kind . I don't live super close to the specific location, but because of these two ladies, the customer service they showed, they made me feel completely comfortable, so I definitely would make the trip all the way back here just to get help from them again. My family and I live in a city over an hour away from this store. We looked online for a product and it indicated this store had that item in stock. We drove the whole way to have an associate tell us that the site was wrong and the item must've been stolen. She then told us that they had two products on the way in and that we could order those items to be sent to our address. Yay that's great! So we went to the front to order it and the young lady checking us out informed us that in fact, we could not do that. We told her what we were told and she then asked over the coms if the person that told us this would come to the front. She never came. The young lady checking us out was the only positive thing about this store. And to make it even better, we were walking out and the woman that had told us the false information was staring at us and talking with another associate, knowing well that she messed up and refused to come to the front. Christi in the salon helped me looked reasonable when my hair was a wreck. I am a natural darker red/brown and have been working since July to go platinum. My roots were bleached in Jan and Mar by other stylists that left me with a 2 inch band of terrible orange color against my platinum. When my roots grew out after March I was scared I'd have to buzz my head and start over. Christi took care of me and informed me of what was going to happen... I'd be grey for a week. Totally worth it though because I'm over a month since and my roots, banding and platinum color actually look ok. Looking forward to my next appt in a few weeks to get her to bleach out the roots and banding. Yes, it's expensive... even for shoulder length hair. But why spend less with regret? There were plenty of clerks, however, NO ONE said "hello", NO ONE said "May I help you?" they enjoyed each others company hanging out at the chairs. This cost them over $100 in our business. The store is large, they have many products. Prices are not "bargain", many same-brand items are available in Walmart or Walgreens for less. Worst experience ever. Took my daughter in who is in college and working to pay for her school. She took a picture into hair salon and stylist told her it would cost 274.00 to get that exact look. What my daughter got was no where near picture and was told to pay the 274.00 and come back next day and the manager would make it right as they agreed it was not what my daughter was promised. The next day the manager did very little and told my daughter she'd need to charge her 400.00 more to make it like the picture she had brought in day before. I don't know how anyone could do that to a kid trying to work her way through school. 274.00 and her hair is not even close to what she was promised! She has been very satisfied with her work and so I tried to get an appointment with her. But, she does not do men's hair. The girl who answered the phone was named Ginger and she said that she did do men's hair. I had my hair cut by her today and I don't think I have ever had a better haircut. When I sat down we discussed exactly how I wanted my hair styled in great detail. When she was through it was cut exactly as we had discussed. Walked in for for one thing I was specifically looking for (a matte lip from Anastasia) and a young girl (I think her name was Mackenzie) assisted me to the correct area where I could find it. We got to talking about products such as eyeliner and how I have a hard time with the 'wing' so she showed me an amazing eyeliner that I am in love with!!! I complimented her perfect skin so she also threw in a suggestion about her favorite foundation. I was hesitant so she sat me down and matched the color on my skin and it matched perfectly!! So I took home my Anastasia lip, Kat Von D eyeliner, and Born this way foundation. I love all of it!! She wasn't too pushy or 'working a sale' she genuinely wanted to help me find great products. I had a terrible experience at the ultra salon at coconut point. I was recommended by a person to ask for a certain hair dresser. I am a retired hair dresser for over 40 years, but don't like to tell them, they get nervous. I ask for a very loose curl perm. I also told her that my hair breaks and gets very dry. Just looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Well, the worse part was when she came out of the back with a $5.00 perm and charging me over 90.00. When it was all said and done. I looked like I was fried. Got home and had a bald spot the size of a quarter. And other small places. This was in Jan. and for the last two months I have conditioned my hair almost everyday. Im a make up junky, so this is my beauty shop. I rate this place 2 stars because it is never organized. When i come to this store i already have planned what im going to buy. Once i get there it takes me longer than it should reason being is because the stuff is never in the place it should be. All the testers are either misplaced or missing, its ridicilous. I dont understand why they have this problem if i see a lot of staff. They are nice if you ask for their service. Also, things aren't placed where the pricing is so there's no way of me knowing how much an item is this frustrates me. They should really get this placed cleaned up and organize. read more
