Purchased a gift card for my wife for Mothers Day. Went to have her hair done today was told that they do not accept gift cards (which was ordered from the Aveda.com website). They take Visa, MC, Amex, etc but not their own cards! They say they are a franchise and are not sure that Aveda corporate will pay them. Also said that the gift card is non-refundable but they will accept it if we purchase $150 worth of shampoo, etc. Don't fall for the Aveda gift card scam. read more

Went in to buy Avery's products. When I got to the counter Dassah helped me. To my surprise the price she charged me was higher than the advertised price on the sign in the store. I asked Dassah to honor the price they show on the sign. She said "No, our prices are higher and we haven't changed the signs!" Terrible customer service and absolute store laziness! This can only translate from how the store is managed. Will not go back. read more

As a seasonal resident, this was my first Naples pedicure. I went to Yelp to find a place with good reviews and pictures of work done. I ended up choosing Zen in The Mercato. I was very pleased. I was greeted right away and taken to my pedi chair. I was surprised that there were no extra measures taken for covid ie; plastic screens or barricades between chairs. The technician and I were both wearing masks, but that was it. Happily I was the only one in there, so this was ok. Silvana did my pedicure. She was beyond pleasant and extremely gentle with my feet. Some technicians are so rough that it's not at all pleasurable. Silvana was fantastic. At $45 I thought it a bit expensive, but I will go back and ask for Silvana. It was a great experience and my toes look perfect! read more

This location is hidden at the end of 951 and Immokalee Rd in the same plaza as Pelican Larry's and New York Pizza and Pasta. It's very modern and comfortable feeling in here...no garish fluorescent lighting to kill the vibe here lol... I was lucky enough to get Yulia on my first visit- dumb luck. She is simply the sweetest thing ever, and does a great job with anything you throw at her. I go back because of her. Prices are a little high but I expected that. The front desk help was a little snooty and never cracked a smile at anyone she dealt with. Maybe it was just an off day. read more

I would not recommend this salon to anyone who wants to be treated with respect. I had my hair cut a while back by Mary at this salon. She did a great job so when I needed my next cut I made another appointment with her. It took a couple of weeks to get the appointment and the day before I was to come in I got a call from the salon saying that Mary was only going to be working on Fridays because she had decided to go into real estate. I thought that was rude and disrespectful for her not to finish out the appointments that were already made. Nevertheless, I had someone else cut my hair. When I needed my next cut, I thought I would try Mary again on a Friday so I booked an appointment about 5 weeks out. Two weeks before my appointment, I stopped by the salon because I had a question for Mary about the type of color she was going to use on me. I waited about 15 minutes and she never came out to speak to me. I finally had to leave so I left a written message asking her to call me and I assured her I only needed two minutes of her time. She never called me but I got a call from the salon the next day saying she would not be able to keep my next scheduled appointment. This is not only disrespectful by Mary but also the salon to allow her to do this to clients. All I can say is I hope she does better by her real estate clients because that business is all about customer service. If she treats people in her new business the way I was treated, she won't be making any money. read more
