I opened the door to a sweet voice thanking me for coming in, and then asked what services I was interested in. I told her and was quoted an extremely fair price. I had my fingers and toes done to classic country music that I grew up listening to. It was a great experience. The owners/employees were all very sweet and truly understand the customer service business. I am excited to go back and having fun making my hands, and feet look amazing. My nail tech was Van, he was very quiet yet very good at his job. I appreciated the time he took doing both my manicure and pedicure, he definitely made sure the polish was covering my whole nail, no bumps or extra polish on my fingers. The establishment is pretty big, they have an ATM on premise which is great because they prefer you tip in cash, they also accept credit or debit cards however if you pay cash they give you a discount. They also have a card that you can accumulate stamps however I wasn't give one which I was disappointed in but perhaps I will ask for it in the future. I decided to bring my own polish because it was a color I really like and wasn't sure if they would have the exact one. Very happy I gave this establishment another chance because it's very close to my house and convenient. I will definitely come back and make an appointment with Van for a manicure and pedicure.

I decided to try this salon because it's much closer to where I live now, and I made appointments for both my friend and I to get pedicures together. When we arrived, the salon was packed. We didn't wait very long, but after seating us side by side in pedicure chairs, they immediately started my friend's pedicure while I sat there for almost 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or explaining the delay. The pedicure itself was honestly very poor quality. The technician seemed rushed and did a very careless job. He didn't even file my toenails, which I have never experienced at any nail salon before. On top of that, nobody even asked me what type of pedicure I wanted. I requested a deluxe pedicure, as did my friend, yet somehow even though mine started much later, we both finished at the exact same time, which made the service feel rushed and incomplete. The most upsetting part happened when I paid. The total should have been $110. The woman at the front took my card, crumpled up the receipt, handed my card back, and I tipped both nail technicians separately in cash. After checking my bank account later, I realized my card had actually been charged $120 instead of $110. Between the poor service, lack of attention, rushed pedicure, and incorrect charge on my card, I was extremely unimpressed with this salon and will not be returning.
