Tried to print a poster, the computer was not working. I couldn't get anyone to help. What a waste of time!

This Walgreens is a joke ! Keep you on hold for 48 minutes and then disconnect you ! They need to hire someone to answer the phones !

Completely gone downhill. No one answers the phone. All of our prescriptions were delayed and improperly filled over the last two months. This is dangerous and unprofessional. Going to switch all prescriptions for our entire family back to Costco. Big thumbs down. This store isn't going to make it much longer. read more

I waited on the phone for 61 min and then I got hung up on. I had called the day before and been very rudely treated.

This pharmacy gave me the wrong person's prescription which is a major issue for legal reasons and HIPPA. Make sure you check the bottle before leaving the store. They also failed to fill my prescription that I take daily and I had to be off my medication for 5 days - when they finally filled it they had no explanation for why it wasn't filled, even after I had called every day and gone up to the store to personally ask them to fill it. read more

The world's slowest and incompetent drug store. If you get a text stating your Rx is ready, do not believe them. They send the text from their Orlando, Fl. Warehouse and not when it is actually ready for pick up at the local store. Unfortunately, my medical plan prefers WalGreens. Worst pharmacy on the entire planet. Stood in line for my prescription yesterday for 20 minutes until I was sick and tired of listening to people who were arguing with the staff about their prescriptions not being filled because of their insurance, or no refills allowed, or their doctor called in the prescription a week ago so they should have it, and on and on and on until I couldn't take it anymore. I finally left. I went back today and was 3rd in line so I'm thinking my timing was perfect. After 10 minutes, I moved up one slot. Then the crap hit the fan with a couple who wouldn't listen to the staff and demanded their prescription was filled NOW, and they weren't stepping out of line until it was. 10 minutes later they were told it would be filled but they had to let the next person in line get their medications. Wouldn't you know it, the person in front of me had insurance issues with the medication not being covered and they insisted the pharmacy call their doctor's office.......on a Saturday! After about 10 more minutes of listening to them argue, I left. What a joke. Walgreens's systems in their pharmacy operation completely suck! read more

I have waited all day for a simple prescription to be filled at Walgreen's store #9298 at 21950 S. Tamiami Trail located in Estero, Florida. I was on hold for more than an hour with 5 different calls to this Walgreen's and was disconnected three (3) times. Finally, I called the Store Manager and he didn't have a clue on how to help, which clearly shows how screwed up this store is managed. On my next call to the store manager he transferred me to the Pharmacy Manager who is too busy to answer her phone and has a thousand excuses why she cannot do her job. She does not know anything about customer service and serving the public. It is almost like talking to a government employee who is only there to take home a paycheck. I called the Walmart in Estero and they are pulling my prescription from Walgreen's and will have it filled shortly. Went to pick up our medications on 5/30/2021. The pharmacy is closed for the next 3 days! The store is open, but that doesn't help us get the meds we need! We were not notified when we ordered the meds nor is it on the website that they would be closed. VERY BAD BUSINESS and very BAD FOR OUR HEALTH! read more

All the terrible reviews posted are completely accurate. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE especially the pharmacy. They're argumentative, rude, and they do not take down your insurance info correctly creating a huge problem when you're trying to fill a prescription you need to LIVE. I would like to share my experience here, the fact that I made a yelp account for the specific reason. I was completely disrespected by this woman, I was making a large purchase, and she didn't say hello, she didn't even make eye contact with me until I asked about the water in my basket, the woman told me it could stay in my basket, so I left it, as she rang up my last item she told me to lift the water case, I said nicecly "I thought you said it could stay?" She snaps at me and says " well, I need to ring it up" Then glares at me and cocks her head... So I asked her if she treats all paying customers like this or is it just me?! Then screams at me, telling me to fuck off, and Denys my service, calls for a manager telling me how IM insulting HER! And how she refuses to help me and my grandmother service. Then has her manager handled me, with no apology, and I'm still being respectful even though miss thing is standing in the background starring me down.. How in the world, is this behavior ok?! She was about 5'9, dark skinned, short curly hair. Oh, and I asked for her name and she ripped her tag off. I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. read more

I came to write my review but everything had I to say was written by other former customers! I don't think I have ever had such an experience with a rude and argumentative pharmacy staff. I do not recommend ever utilizing this location. I changed to the cvs off of corkscrew near the outlets and was treated with respect and courtesy. I feel bad for elderly patients that use this Walgreens and are at the mercy of this staff. Piss poor. read more

If i could give 0 stars, i would. No wonder they have such a low rating. was not feeling well so i ordered online for drive thru pickup. Only after i arrived, and clicked " im here" on app, was i told that they don't offer drive thru pick up and to go to pharmacy.( which i would not have ordered had i known that). Arrived at pharmacy and the salesperson knew NOTHING of my order. I showed her my receipt on my phone and she still didnt know anything about it. i asked her to cancel it then, since i wasnt feeling well, and she walked away. Then, the rudest, most disprespectful mgr came out and asked why i didnt pick it up at drivethru ?!!! for the 4th time, i told him, i was directed to pharmacy window from the app. He left and came back later with my order but would not give me my prescriptions as they had to be paid for a pharmacy counter. He was argumentative with me and instead of an apology , he was sarcastic. As i was trying to explain the situation to him, he interuppted me and said " are you finished, are you finished, or can i speak?" Then i said ive had a migraine for 4 hours , and i just want my stuff- to which he replied " youre gonna have a migraine for another 4 hours!". I told that being a smart ass is no way to resolve and issue and is incredibly unprofessional - when all he had to do was apologize and ring me out. Then he threatened to call the police on my for cussing at him and yelling at his employees- which i was not doing. NO apologies at all, in fact - he blamed corporate for not knowing what was going on. This manager needs a class on social skills. read more

I had a friend go here for an injury sent by a doctor for a burn wound. The pharmacy made her wait 30 minutes before telling her they didn't have the medicine. This is not the place to go to get medication filled, period. read more

So i had to fill a controlled substance prescription and had 20 pills not given to me. When I got home i called and they basically put me on hold for over 30min just to tell me I was lying. I work in the healthcare field and know this is unacceptable. If you do go here have them count every pull in your bottle because someone there obviously is taking meds from us. Went in on a Saturday and requested two scripts be transferred there from another pharmacy. I was told it could take 24-48 hours for the transfer. I returned a full 4 days later. Stood in line for over 15 minutes while several people in front of me left because tired of waiting. When it was my turn the tech told me they did not have anything for me. She went to the back and spoke with the pharmacist. He then told me they "did not have time yet to get it transferred". When I told him I was on my last road he said "I can try, but look at the line behind you and see how busy we are". My husband is a retired pharmacist, had his own pharmacy for over 50 years and we would never have treated customers with such a cavalier attitude, offering no explanation, no apology, no assistance, no solutions. I was never contacted that there was any type of an issue. I will NOT be using this pharmacy, just sorry I did not look at the Yelp reviews earlier. I agree with a previous reviewer that suggested corporate needs to correct this situation. read more

I love picking up items at Walgreens but not scripts - They literally never have the medications in stock. My husband had brought two prescriptions to Walgreens Was told come back in an hour so I went only to be told that one was out of stock and they didnt tell him at the time when he dropped off his prescription. They called it in for me at the Bonita Beach Rd., Walgreens a week later I have the flu I go to get my medication I waited an hour after the doctor called it in. Was still not done he ,did tell me they did not have one medication in stock I asked if he could call another store and he told me I could call them and so I did but I didn't have any of the dosage information didnt know I would need that. My Advice go to Publix for scripts. read more

This is a very busy store, but it seems much more organized and friendly, in the prescription area, than the equally busy CVS nearby. Dave, the pharmacist, and his staff, hustle and smile and take their roles very seriously. The regular staff is also helpful and friendly. Pharmacies in this area are difficult places to work, particularly in season, but, we will stick with this one. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Had a prescription sent there. Took 2 days to figure out they needed to check their voicemail. Only filled one of the 2 because they didn't read the whole script. Called me to tell me it was ready and quoted me $33. Ended up being $60. After everything said and done the girl that works there simply says oh yeah sorry it happens. Not surprised to see the piss poor rating of this location. I'm shocked a corporate company like Walgreens has not stepped in to fix the issues w this pharmacy. read more

Wish I could rate a 0. Went to drive thru to pickup a prescription - waited 10 minutes while staff ignored me. Finally pushed talk button & had it buzz for another few minutes before pharmacist picked it up & said "we will be with you in a few minutes". Really- I watched as he sat there filling prescriptions. The pharmacist Jason is wonderful! I have had some of the techs act some what not so friendly before but I have had nothing but positive experiences with Jason. I understand it is difficult working in a pharmacy and it can be very stressful especially dealing with all the regulations and high volume of customers but he has always treated me so kind and respectful. That is very rare in this state it seems. The fact that he runs the show here makes it worth the drive for me. This is my go to location. read more
