my first trip to this store in Estero Florida and i was greeted by Alide, he was extremely helpful getting my concierge setup so i can send and receive emails/texts and pictures. i was so appreciative i ended up spending $955 on multiple cologne items and left very happy ! Customer service is awful. Went there on Labor Day. Stood at the register with at least 300.00 of Estée Lauder products for at least 10 min. Two sales people behind the counter. Was never acknowledged. I have never experienced such rudeness. Needless to say, my friend and I left without making a purchase. Awful service here. The past two times I have gone, not one employee greeted us as we walked in. With three employees standing there and one other customer in the store I didn't believe it was asking too much for a greeting upon entering the store. Furthermore as anticipated they did not offer assistance finding anything. Both times I visited, it was the only store throughout our shopping experience that presented no greeting. Just three employees standing there. Too busy doing nothing to help. I made a comment within ear shot of one of the employees and still nothing was said as we left, clearly upset. With Estée Lauder owning The Cosmetics Company, one would humbly expect amazing service. Don't bring those expectations here because you will leave displeased. The poor service is bothersome, it's a very nice store with great deals on cosmetics. But it doesn't excuse the impaired service. Had an unfortunate experience here.....employees are not knowledgeable about the products or how to assist customers with skin issues and questions. All they would do is say, That looks good on you, when clearly it was the wrong shade. And be VERY sure you like what you have purchased as they will return but only for store credit and the only one who can do the return is the manager. The first time I was there a younger girl at least attempted to guide me to a skin regiment but the older ladies couldn't be bothered. I will NEVER shop there again. I ended up going down the mall to the other store (something like Bare Essence) where the salesgirls were knowledgeable about the products! read more

Worst. Worst. Worst service I've ever encountered in my life. I drove two hours away from my home to come to this store particularly and I did it for a waste of time. I first came in, two employees didn't smile or said hi when I entered, I thought that was rude. I went and picked out some Mac products that aren't available anymore. I went to the register, no one was at the register so I just waited until someone showed up. Three employees showed up and passed me and the register and literally acted like I was invisible! I took it two times because I understand if you're busy, but then I said "hello! I'm ready!!!" And still no one paid attention when I know I said it loud enough for multiple people to hear. I left the products right on the counter and left the hell out of there. Horrible horrible place, the management needs to fire all of their employees and hire employees that know how to help customers. I wish I could give this place zero stars, I will not be coming back here ever again, and I will be contacting higher management. read more

KIDS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE STORE! One of my favorite stores in Miramar outlets and unfortunately the only one where I was rudely criticized for bringing the kids with me. We live in Bonita and I shop here frequently, most of the sales associates are very nice ladies but not the store manager who apparently has a power to choose the customers she wants to see in the store. Stopped very quick to get the products I needed and was with my two boys 3 1/2 and 6 year old. Got the products and stood in line as they assisted a customer in front of me, the store manager came out and started yelling at my kids for running in the store, than came to me and told me she doesn't want them to run and touch anything because they might break something. I'm sorry they aren't well trained little soldiers who stand next to their parents all the time! Especially when one of them has autism , won't always respond to his name and can't speak! I already told them not to do those things but can't you just wait 10 minutes? I told her we will be out soon, when I'm standing next to register still waiting to check out, and if they will break anything I will pay for it, after then she told me that is not an issue. Then what was the issue?! Why you reacted in such a rude and disrespectful way? Hate the kids? The customers? That was just disgusting! Just horrible! That NEVER happened to us before and It's a shame for Estée Lauder to have people like that working in their stores. Don't want to see the kids in your store put a sign on the door! Awful. Merchandise looks like it is either used or second quality. Poor selection. Employees are rude and lazy -- 3 standing around, not one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Not surprised no customers were buying. Get your cosmetics elsewhere. If you are the manager, fire your staff and start again.
