This Target is in a good central location, the store is clean with lots of products to choose from. I hadn't been to this store in a few months and on a recent visit I was surprised how organized things were. It's easy to go from buying toothpaste to groceries without doing a lot of searching. Parking is good at this store and it's not hidden by side streets. You can get right out to Pine Ridge Road and be on your way. The employees are helpful and friendly, I did have to ask one of them where an item was, but they knew right off and didn't pull out their phone. Target has good products without breaking the bank. I like shopping here for the variety of quality items like shampoo or skin care, then being able to grab some groceries. Having Starbucks in the stores makes shopping better, and the locations around town make it easy to shop. read more

This is a reflection of the store and corporate not the nice employees I've encountered. Clearly short staffed. Every item I picked up to have my daughter try on was mis marked on wrong hanger. Sifting through piles only to get to the dressing room and find them all filled with clothes left behind. No attendee. I did see a couple of people putting items away but honestly there's no way the small amount of employees can clean that up for the next day or by end of shift. I found myself having to clear a room to even get in there. read more

That's the second time that I've come there and not been able to find something and had to ask an employee who did not speak English at all. The first time it happened the person asked me to type in on their device what I was looking for and located it that way. But today I went through four different employees that couldn't speak English until I gave up and left the store. It's interesting how they have decided to get rid of their DEI policies and yet they have employees that can't speak English. Not shopping there anymore. It's a shame because I used to really love target. And their prices have gone up so much, there's not much savings. read more

Every trip to Target results in walking out with items you didn't go to Target to get. However this trip was, the same. We had a mental list of items that we needed and of course walked out with plenty more. Even walking in just minutes before closing time that didn't make a difference, we still grabbed a few extra things right in time. Mostly because we had forgotten a few things from a previous trip to this Target earlier in the day. As always though Target always comes through, even unexpectedly with items that I didn't know I needed. The line between need and want is sometimes blurred, especially at Target. Down here in Naples and I needed to find a quick pair of shorts and we needed a few other items... People were friendly and helpful, place was pretty clean and the parking was plentiful. Down side was that they were stocking the shelves and I couldn't find a pair of shorts that fit. I came in to buy a few items and the store was nice, cashiers were great. I noticed a sign that the dressing rooms were not open due to the virus. Because I could not try anything on, I was guessing at the fit. Upon going home and trying all items on, one did not fit. I immediately went back to the store. I stood in the line for returns and there were 4 people ahead of me. The gentleman behind the counter hollered to me and inquired if I had a return. I told him I did, and he told me they were not taking returns for 3 weeks. I asked how I would know this, and he seemed annoyed I had not read the sign on the door. There was no signage at the registers, nothing about a change in return policy on my receipt nor was it verbally reinforced by the cashiers. Especially with an older clientele you would think that they would make this abundantly clear and not reference a door sign which I assumed was like everyone elses on social distancing. When I referenced this , the male employee did not motion me to come forward, he merely hollered over the 4 people ahead of me and anyone within earshot, that he has no idea if I am infected with the virus and he is not taking back merchandise that was in my home, because it could put his employees health in jeopardy. I am sure all day people were asking the same questions and it was annoying, but he could have worded things better and not announced it to the store. I would also add that upon contacting corporate I was told that the return policy had already been in effect for a week, so I really only needed to wait 2 weeks to exchange not 3. Also Target is extending the time you can return items because of this virus but that was not communicated to me by the male employee. I know everyone is under stress but insinuating that I might be infected with a virus is uncalled for. People touch things in that store all day, inventory is put up by vendors and employees who no one knows are infected or not ,using that Target employee's logic. This employee should have allowed me to come to the front of the line and explained that this new return policy was a health precaution being taken to protect employees and customers alike. Unfortunately the situation was not handled that well and Target should not be intimating to any customer that they may be infected with a virus but in 2 weeks when returns can be done, it's suddenly not an issue. read more

This review is only about one of its employees in the tech department. Her name is KAYLA. I walked into the TARGET store on Pine Ridge Rd/ Airport Rd. today in the afternoon and noticed an employee with a badge who was headed somewhere and asked her if there was a jewelry display where I might get some batteries for my two watches. She changed direction and told me to follow her to the tech department where she works. Would be more than happy to help me. She was extremely helpful, considerate, personable and above all, very professional. An asset to the company. When in the tech area, she opened both watches. copied the kind of batteries I would need in paper and continued to look for replacements. They were out of them. Of course it was ok by me and she recommended a battery store somewhere south of Target if I was in a rush to get it. I wasn't. The whole time I spent with with her she always, extremely polite and it reminded me of how I also treated people in corporate when working in New York for many years. I was very grateful to have met her. Her kindness and attitude is what I know touches people in a profound way. Thank you once again KAYLA for who you are and for what you've done. We drove out of the way to go to this Target because the business' provided pictures showed a wonderful produce selection. Unfortunately, these photos are of a different location and are false advertising. The grocery selection at this store is mostly just junk food and some rotten apples. I can go to Target for batteries, speaker wire, lightbulbs, and fertilizer, and end up spending $150 bucks on stuff I didn't think I needed. In general the staff seem to care about the store it shows, from the moment you enter to check out. They do a good job with staffing and even though there is a short wait it is not as painful as a Walmart. Basic household goods are well stocked, they even have a food section but don't expect much In the selection for bikes. Or fishing poles/ tackle. I don't care for the great teaser deals that they take time to advertise and limited supplies, conveniently run out of and state NO rain checks. Notably, with the notebook computer, and television a discount for around $100 off regular price, This makes me want to hide cracked eggs and milk throughout the store and leave a whole cart in that department and walk out the door. But they are lucky I'm not (THAT Guy). S/he says here is your one burning star and Eek methinks not to Target then proceeds to torch a place down as a favor. O_o Ps. I agree with Jamie R. Target is normally great no matter what location. But there's none super close by my house so I don't visit often. Went to this store yesterday and was shocked at the state it was in. Never seen Target such a mess! Product was all over and stocked out of order, clothes not folded and just stuck wherever. Felt more like being at Walmart than Target. Really surprised at the mess! I don't know what the cause could be; poor management? Short staffing? Employees who just don't care? Whatever the cause this was a huge change from the Target experience I'm used to. The absolute nicest Target. From the staff to the stock of items. Was overwhelmed by the help the staff gave me. We just moved to the area so a big shopping was necessary. Front end supervisor brought me an additional cart and my cashier was so pleasant and warm. The guy that gets the carts walked me out to my car with the second cart and offered to unload it as well. To the two women working at the pharmacy: maybe you're having a bad day, or you're unhappy in your careers, or you're just generally miserable people. I'm feel sorry for you. Still, there's no excuse for being rude and passive aggressive toward a customer who politely asked you a simple question. Clearly I was mistaken for thinking you might have some knowledge of the whereabouts of a product related to preventative health care. Here's some unsolicited advice: if you're misanthropic, maybe a job that requires interaction with the public isn't right for you. One star for having one of the things I needed, and at a good price. I am a shipt delivery worker and this is my favorite store to work from. The isles are well organized and numbered. The workers here are also very nice and friendly. Kourtney was very helpful to me, she saw me struggling to find an item and came up to me to offer help. The item wasn't on the shelf thus she went to the back and brought out the item for me which I appreciated a lot. A different worker did the same for me that day I believe his name was Zack. Every time I've had to exchange/return something to Target it is such a horrible experience. Employees don't know the policy; their IQ level doesn't allow them the ability to "think outside of the box" to help the customer. I ordered an Apple watch and had a family emergency and had to go out of town. I had a neighbor pick it up when it was delivered. I purchased the wrong color and intended on exchanging it when I returned to Naples. While out of town hurricane Ian formed and I live 1 Mike from the beach so I could not return home within the 14 day exchange period. I missed it by a couple of days because I live 1 mike from the beach and my neighborhood was destroyed. I explained this Target and told them my situation. I was under mandatory evacuation and they did not care. I spoke to 3 different employees at Target.com and they just said nothing they could do that I missed it by a couple of days. We have so many businesses helping us down here and this is how Target treats their customers. I returned as soon ad we were able and they refused to make an exception. Let's talk greeting cards. Helloooo. Target is SO on top of it. There are two full aisles of greeting cards. All are organized by occasion and by your relationship to the recipient. Plus there's a section of cards priced under a buck for the cheap-o's hoping to get out of the store and still have enough money at the McDonald's drive thru. I'd give Target five stars because of their well thought out card stock. But Im knocking a star off the max for the card dept because Target doesnt have enough of those cool cards that are blank inside, letting me write my own inane message. read more

Archer Farms, the stores brand name products, is amazing. I love their snacks and pasta dishes. A Super Target is a rare gem and very exciting to find. Why arent there more? Certain Targets seem not to disappoint at all and this one is one of them. My wife and I were in Naples for the weekend and we needed to get a few items. It was Saturday night around 8:15 and I got to tell you I thought they were closed. We walked in and there may have been around 8 customers in the whole store. The store was impeccable you could have eaten off the floor. There were more than ample employees walking around doing there jobs and a few of them asked us if we needed help. Ahhhh Customer Service, what a delight. When we go back to Naples we will definitely come back here for our shopping needs. read more

Target has very clean well merchandised and laid out stores that are very easy to shop. Having been to this location on numerous occasions, much can be said about the experience being related to the time of day and day of week. this store is much easier to shop when it is less busy so I typically suggest mornings or midmorning's is the best time to visit the store. Friday afternoon particularly after kids are out of school seems to make this store very busy. The checkout area certainly has enough registers and sometimes it seems a little confusing. When the store is less busy, it's not a problem is usually a free cashier will help flag you into the proper aisle. Pricing is good hand product selection is as expected.
