After buying an expensive fragrance, it's nice to see the clerk wrap it carefully, so you can get it home without breaking it. The one and only time I ordered a fragrance online, it was half empty due to a leak, by the time it was delivered. Macy is always a fun place to shop and even more so during the Holidays. They offer some amazing deals and their gift sets of fragrance and makeup are an annual treat. They have friendly sales staff and it's easy to spend time there, looking for something special to keep or give as a gift. The store is in a good location and parking is super easy. Wishing Macys the best in the New Year, the discounted shopping stores can't compare with Macys quality and value.

The store is packed with clothes, shoes, handbags, cosmetics and a nice selection of housewares. It's enjoyable to shop here, everything is clean and usually well stocked. I would have given them a five rating, but a Christmas tree that we bought last year had non working lights when we put it up this year. The clerk said, " this tree is guaranteed for a year", when I purchased it last year, but on checking their policy, what she said was not correct. On my most recent trip, a sales clerk didn't check to see if an item that I was interested in was marked down. She just said it wasn't. These are only two things that Dillard's dropped the ball on, purchases and service have mostly been fine. Dillard's has always been one of my favorite department stores to shop in, but it does seem like their customer service is going down. They have a great inventory and quality products, but a helpful staff is important. I hope they don't start going downhill with that, because it makes a difference in choosing to shop with them or somewhere else. Customers will usually pay more than average prices in Dillard's, but they should get better than average service too. Dillard's stocks items like the hard to find Tom Ford line and it's nice to be able to check out fragrances before buying, especially with Tom Ford. This line can be very hard to find in stores. Unfortunately on this trip, I stopped to get a spritz of a Tom Ford fragrance and there was no perfume left in any of the bottles. Guess everyone else had the same idea! Anyway, this quality store is great for window shopping or finding something you love.

This time is was our 10th Year Celebration and what more can you say diamonds are a girl's best friend. Tiffany offers some superb jewelry when it comes to their diamonds, jewelry and iconic designs. We were welcomed by our Client Advisor Margie and Team Manager Donna who were both amazing and spent 2 days with us finding the perfect ring and watch. Thank you. If you get hungry, a stop at Haagen Dazs is highly recommended. Parking is easy here and the stores have friendly and helpful staff. The area has many restaurants and the mall is very quiet and peaceful. If you're ready for world class shopping or just want to enjoy the atmosphere, a trip to Waterside Shops is a must do.

It's easy to go from buying toothpaste to groceries without doing a lot of searching. Parking is good at this store and it's not hidden by side streets. You can get right out to Pine Ridge Road and be on your way. The employees are helpful and friendly, I did have to ask one of them where an item was, but they knew right off and didn't pull out their phone. Target has good products without breaking the bank. I like shopping here for the variety of quality items like shampoo or skin care, then being able to grab some groceries. Having Starbucks in the stores makes shopping better, and the locations around town make it easy to shop.

Ridiculous. Back to the story, When I reached my ten item limit I still had more clothes and the lady shoved an item back in my hands and in the rudest way told me to leave it in my cart. When we asked to exchange things in our cart that we'd rather try on first to not make two trips she said NO, like what was the point of saying no are you genuinely that mean? I wish I was the only person this happened to but the lady also slammed down another girls shorts on a chair. I understand policy and not exceeding the limit but be kind about explaining it, I don't work there! Especially if we count sets as two separate items then they should be sold SEPARATELY. Unfortunately that's not all, what really took the cake was the fact that when I got out of the dressing room the woman took all of the things in my cart and hung them up after she told me I had to leave them. Imagine the utter shock on my face when my cart disappeared... I'm not at TJ magic show! The lady wanted to make my cart and clothes disappear... well I have a trick it's called KINDNESS. Tj max alone and every other worker there deserves a 5 star but consider your employees and maybe work on how we treat other people and customer service.
