Who manages this store? it used to be great, now not so much. The lines are always long, long, long. But, the manager doesn't get behind the cash register. And you see other people just walking around. The attendant at the tryout rooms are rude. In checking out to today I was asked by the attendant to donate money she pointed to a sign on top of her register, I could not even understand her, I said no, then again in very broken English she asked for me to round up...I again said no. Where upon she told me she was just doing her job, and the manager came over and stated the same. This is classless and rude. I had already said no, why was I asked twice. Oh, and get this a couple was walking around the store with a dog on a leach, not even in a cart. they were taking the entire isles with their animal. Not all Marshalls are created equal. This one I like. Always good, fresh merchandise, organized. Staff friendly, no major problems, customers are also easier to look at, more educated and upper middle class. It is definitely the North Naples I like! read more

We came here today. Looked around and then me and my kids decided to sit down and rest (I'm pregnant). My oldest was standing on the outside of a cart and must have put to much weight on it and the cart fell down on top of her leg. Every one there was super helpful. The store was packed on a Monday at 1pm...that is great for them. The store was clean and organized with that many people going through stuff. I had one issue. It took forever to check out. I stood in line for 10 minutes and there were 5 checkers. It seemed way to long. In fact, it was a little frustrating. Also, I went to check-in on YELP and it told me i was too far away...I was standing in the check out line. That seems to be in the store! I checked the distance and it had the store at 1.8 miles away from my spot in line. Hmm...the store point is in the wrong spot...so no check-ins here!!! read more

Marshall's has great prices..as a costume designer I am always focused on prices! I want to get the best value for my budget. You can find on trend pieces for a good price. The store is fairly clean. They have a good system for checkout too! read more

Horrible Store! You have lost a customer today, due to the failure of your process in ticketing your merchandise. The management team did not honor the price printed and went on to tell me how this was an on going issue. Unfortunately, it is not the customers problem that you are tagging your merchandise incorrectly and the last time I checked the price marked needs to be honored on all merchandise. Very poor customer service! I will not be returning to this store. read more

Great place to shop. The one at the N Canton Strip can get really busy. I prefer the Marshalls in Tallmadge, between Akron and Kent. It is less crowded, has more inventory to choose from and the staff is very helpful. read more
