This outlet has a vast variety of stores for women, men, kids, and plenty of snacks and restaurants. This outlet had many values. My favorite deal was at Kate Spade. Most items were 50% off! They even have a Lululemon outlet which is truly rare! The layout of the outlet is kind of like a L shape so the directory was definitely helpful. The Christmas decor was festive and fun! They even have an island for turtles to play. See my photo of their playland. There must of been at least 50 small turtles. I try to avoid outlet malls on the weekends, but I was coming home from St. Pete and I couldn't help myself. It was crowded but the dressing rooms opened quickly and the register was fast. There were some great deals here too. I was able to get a cut little tennis skirt that usually sells for $128 for only $39 and a few shirts for my son and husband that are normally $79 for only $29. I love the quality of their clothes and they seem to last and hold up with all the washing. Anytime I can snag a bargain it's a win win and the extra bonus here is you get the cute Lulu bag with your purchase.

The quality of the clothing, home decor, etc was beautiful and everything was so neat and organized! (Even during such a busy and chaotic sale for the store!) The staff were quick and efficient with checking out all of the customers. There was also a young adult working who was extremely helpful and also made beautiful displays. She had a fantastic attitude and made my experience at the store even more enjoyable. I love how the store always posts pictures and videos of the merchandise available in the store. So I called to see if they had a particular Finn Comfort lace up shoe I wear for work.I got an…read moreanswering machine so I hung up. A few minutes later, a salesperson called and asked what I needed . I put my shoes on hold and got the salesperson's name. Today I went to try them on. I asked for the person I spoke to on the phone. She was with another customer. She never acknowledged me at all. After waiting several minutes I asked the other person for my shoes that were on hold. Now my sales person looks up says hello, never comes over to assist me or says she will be right with me. I'm just handed the box... I assumed this was a "sit and fit " place but no. I wasn't measured, just handed the box like I was in an outlet store. The other salesperson did not have a customer but she did not offer to measure or fit me either. I'm also not sure why my salesperson was not able to service more than one person at a time. The girl that checked me out was nice and signed me up for the loyalty program. My salesperson never thanked me for my purchase , kind of a disappointing experience. Maybe they are not on commission, but if they are , this was not great for a 400.00 purchase. But I recently bought two dresses for my friends sign night to try and match a theme. I tried them on Tuesday and put them on hold and bought both the next day. The night of the party I just ended up wearing a black dress. When I called two days later to ask about returning them the girl said "unfortunately we only offer store credit" (at checkout they don't tell you that, they only say "you have 10 days to make an exchange or return"). When I go in to return my items WITH THE TAGS STILL ON. She accused me of re-sewing part of the dress where it ties under bra area, almost like a shoe lace. First, its wasn't even possible for the dress to rip or tear in a spot like that. Second, I shouldn't have bought the dress with makeup and pulls on it because the girl who tried it on before me got makeup up all over it and then the sales girl put it right in my room along with four other dresses to try. At the end of the day they showed pour customer service skills and it sucks to be wrongly accused. Not to mention the girl who sold me the dress and put it in my dressing room witnessed me trying to return it and said nothing.
