    We were looking for a dress for my mother in law. There was a good variety of selections but not enough people to help us find what we needed. Prices were higher here so I expect a lot more. We had to find a salesperson from the other side of the area for help.

    3 workers here have stood out to me one lady in perfumes one Hispanic lady in James Avery and a older white lady I saw her today her nam is Betty she helped me out today at the James Avery dept it's not her department but the lady who was working there saw my boyfriend and I walk over and she walked away talked to another worker he pointed at us for her to help us and she followed him up the escalator leaving no one in the department. Betty came over and helped the best she could. If you'd shopping James Avery tons of silver options limited gold items. And if you can't find something your looking for ask be use they try but not everything is on display. Good luck.

I have never been…read moretreated so badly in my entire life, for a simple return the lady and I'll use that term loosely was horrible. She acted like it was such a huge problem, and that I was trying to pull one over on the system asking questions like have you wore this did you wear this? How long have you had it? Do you have your receipt, those are OK questions but the fact that she did not say I'm sorry that I wasn't satisfied , is there anything I can do to rectify this ,Is there anything else that we can do for you? How would you like this refund it? I got the third° I got treated like she was trying to embarrass me And I am a palled that you would allow someone in a customer service position to treat any of your customers in such a way I spend money there. I am there often I have never been treated in such a way she's working in the lingerie department women's lingerie. I simply wanted to return a robe a robe that was given to me as a gift, and because we live in Florida, it was just a little too warm for my liking, and I wanted to get some thing that was more comfortable and that made sense to use during the heat of summer in Florida, she treated me like a secondhand citizen and I just don't know what to do. I would like to speak with someone I would like it made up to me. I have never been treated that way anywhere. I am disgusted. I will never refer anyone to go back there that woman does not need to work where she needs to be in the public. She should be in a back office where she can have her attitude back towards another customer, word of mouth is a very bad thing, especially if it's not good at word of mouth! This is coming from a very good customer who is now a very non-customer. I will not step foot in that store again, and all of my friends will know and we will not shop there ever again. I will speak on this experience at every opportunity I am given. I should never have been treated this way I am so offended. I just have no idea who this woman thinks that she is. It was only $90 robe it wasn't $5000. I had my receipt I was polite. I explain to her that I just did not want a hot robe in the summertime and I'd rather purchase something else, instead I got my refund after her 5000 questions about if I wore it if I did anything to it things that were none of her business it is obvious that it wasn't worn. It is obviously hot in Florida. I explained it all to her very politely, and then I stopped, then I just wanted my money back and I wanted out of there. The people in front of me were not treated that way. In fact, there was a woman in a wheelchair sitting waiting for her to pay attention to her which she did not duthe entire time that I was there. She made it come about that she is better than everyone else and I just don't believe that that's customer service so I would like a call from the manager I would like to see how this could be rectified It completely ruined my day, and since I've had time to think about it, I am madder and madder. I myself am a business owner, and if I caught one of my employees treating my customers in such a way they would immediately either be retrained or they would be let go. This is unacceptable. I deserve something to be done, and I expect something to be done. I will spend more money in that store. If this is rectified, I will not step foot in that store again I repeat again until something happens to where I am not this angry. She has no right to treat people the way she does again this is the COCONUT Point Dillards in the women's lingerie department this woman belongs in a back office she does not belong in customer service Sincerely, a once very loyal customer to a never again in my lifetime, I know many people look. At Yelp reviews and it's a shame that ONE very rude and entitled employee could cost Dillards more customers down the road.
