I had been overseas for an extended time. The manager told me corporate set the rules not her. I went across the street to White House Black Market returned 2 items. They returned the items without comment and helped me purchase a few new items. I will not shop at Lily Pulitzer again but will happily continue to shop WHBM.

Some are pretty upscale. It's super dog friendly. The Alter'd State store caught my eye the most bc there's three store front locations. On this side, I did see a Cheesecake Factory, Chinese Restaurant, boba shop, and gelato. If you drive to the other side they have an area of chain restaurants and other stores like Ross and Target. One other cute feature I saw was a dog fountain. Also two lit up photo opps lit up at night.

I think the owners must have hired new salespeople because the sales lady was very friendly and helpful. She engaged with me when I entered the store and made me feel welcome without being hovered over. When I had a question, she was quick to find an answer.
