I had been overseas for an extended time. The manager told me corporate set the rules not her. I went across the street to White House Black Market returned 2 items. They returned the items without comment and helped me purchase a few new items. I will not shop at Lily Pulitzer again but will happily continue to shop WHBM.

She found several items with the assistance of an associate. When it came time to check out, she realized that she was one day early for the sale. I think the owners must have hired new salespeople because the sales lady was very friendly and helpful. She engaged with me when I entered the store and made me feel welcome without being hovered over. When I had a question, she was quick to find an answer.
