This young man impressed us with his customer service skills, his product knowledge and his navigation through tracking down the lost items. He told us he had only been with Chico's for a few months! I think the owners must have hired new salespeople because the sales lady was very friendly and helpful. She engaged with me when I entered the store and made me feel welcome without being hovered over. When I had a question, she was quick to find an answer. She made it a great shopping experience for me. The store is utterly charming--a delightful mix of MacKenzie-Childs and stylish clothing.
