We negotiated terms, but the moment it came time to finalize the paperwork, the atmosphere changed. My salesperson, Jay, and his finance team began aggressively pushing a bloated monthly payment. Their explanation was delivered with practiced ease: "the bank came back high because of your credit profile." It was an attempt to make me doubt myself, to make me feel small enough to just sign the lines and stop asking questions. But when you shine a light into the dark corners of their operation, the narrative falls completely apart. I demanded to see the specific APR breakdown and the details of the Capital One hard pull. Suddenly, the slick communication turned into a brick wall. Jay claimed they were "unable to share the rate or application over text." Let it be known with absolute certainty: there is contractually and legally zero reason a dealership cannot provide a required Truth in Lending APR disclosure to a consumer. They would rather let a guaranteed, ready-to-sign sale walk right out the door into the Saturday morning sun than allow a customer to see the real math. To the General Manager reading this: your team let a clean, done deal walk away today because they got caught red-handed running a cheap hustle, and they were too cowardly to face the music when unmasked. I had ceramic windshield tint and a top tint strip done here. The windshield tint is defective with…read morea blurry line all across the windshield and that's not in dispute with them. What is in dispute is the tint strip is too small and not what I asked for. I was charged 150 for the windshield tint and 100 for the strip. Now he doesn't even know what he charged me and is spitting out all kinds of numbers and saying he did me a favor and whatever. And supposedly they can't cut the window strip the way I want it it has to be done by a computer. Weird because all the other cars I've ever had done was done by hand and done exactly the way I wanted it offered a $25 credit, which makes no sense for what I was charged. Bottom line is I did not get what I paid for. I was told many things on different occasions and now I have to dispute the charge. I'm sure they do great with what they specialize in which is selling detail products but don't get any window tint done here because you'll probably get screwed. Good luck.

I needed to set up a new 2018 Chevy Colorado pick up to tow behind my motor home. All the large,…read more(and small) RV dealers wanted several weeks to set up appointments and prices were very high. Needing a Tonto cover for the bed I found Greg and Will Powell owners of Southwest Florida 4x4. They installed the cover which need some customization as soon as they could get it delivered and their workmanship, price and customer service were great. I asked them for a estimate on installing the " BlueOx towing system and M+ G breaking system on the truck. They scheduled a appointment in a week, ordered the parts and made sure they would fit the new 2018 vehicle. They installed all the systems neatly at half the price the Big RV dealers wanted. When the vehicles "OnStar"computer stared to notify my the brakes needed attention they found what was needed to correct the computer settings and had a certified technician correct the Input readings. All as warrenty work working closely with the M&G factory. I would highly recommend this company for any work you need on. Tow vehicle ,4x4 customization or repair. They are honest, do very good work at fair prices and stand by all their work. It was A pleasure to deal with them. Their business location is a little hard to find in a business park with limited parking so don't bring a motor home, but it is well worth finding.
