Sarah made my day from just a 15 minute interaction. Would come back just for a conversation with her

EXCEPTIONAL ZONE! I came in with angst and left with so much gratitude and appreciation. The store manager, Aaron, guided, directed and assisted beyond the normal "zone" of assistance. He helped me resolve my issue with his calm demeanor and professionalism. Any customer should rest assure they are going to be helped by Aaron who has the knowledge needed to fix your issue. I have purchased batteries and this visit was a rear view mirror. The team is well trained and has the customer as their priority. Thank you Aaron! read more

Bad service. This is a bad review on the store on Vanderbilt and 951. Went there for a battery warranty. And I got a rude awakening. They said that it goes by a tel # of who bought it. I didn't have because we had bought the vehicle recently. They said sorry . Can't give you the warranty. And I ask with the sku on the battery and the date sticker can't you tell it's still under warranty. And they said yes , but they need the phone # of who purchased it. I persisted and the manager threatened to ban me / trespass me from the store. So left and called the district manager. And filed a complaint. They said they would get in touch with me thru email in 24 hrs. 2 days later still waiting. And I'm out 250 dollars because there battery's are not cheap. Or of great quality. The irony is the battery brand is Duralast . Which means. Last longer... wt a joke. read more

Four out of five stars given for the amount of time that we had to wait to get help. We stopped in to get a lightbulb for the front of the car which was out and asked for help in changing it since we did not have any tools on us. I was told just to wait a couple of minutes and that I would be helped next after the person in front to be paid but then someone else came to pay and I was pushed back again and again and again. Finally we started to lose our patients and my partner pop the light open with my car key and changed the light bulb himself. read more

They ladies that work there are rude and get mad at the customers cause of their own lack of car knowledge. even the manager is rude in multiple accounts. one time I had to tell him the proper name of the part and got upset with me cause I knew the actual name of the part and not what he called it. They need more experience people with atleast some car knowledge read more

My husband passed away recently so I am trying to learn all the car maintenance things he used to handle. I have gone into the store multiple times over the past 9 months and I am always impressed with the guys who help me. Every one of them has patiently answered my questions and helped me find what I need. Jorge, in particular, has remembered me on every occasion. He taught me several things about my battery and taught me how to change a tire. I am definitely a loyal customer! read more

Full array of auto supplies and parts. We needed replacement wipers. A friendly, courteous, and supper efficient staffer named Issis located the parts in the catalog, pulled them from inventory, then (ta-dah!) came to the curb to put them on the car. read more

This review is for the AutoZone store in Cape Coral, FL on Skyline Blvd. I went there to get some engine coolant, wiper blades and some windshield washer fluid. The store manager, I think her name is Marne?, helped me and was just super helpful and gave me great customer service. She even assisted with a difficult install of the new wiper blades. I couldn't have been happier with the service and friendly treatment I received. If you need anything for your car, I recommend this store. read more

It was 7:40pm and I called advance auto parts to get a new battery for my wife's car since I didn't have the tools to unbolt her battery. They say if we get there 5 til 8 they won't do and gave attitude. We pull into their parking lot at 7:48 and they turned all of their lights off. We saw autozone right across the street hoping we had a bigger window and we did! The location closes at 9 and Michael was quick to find us the new battery we needed and installed it. He was an incredible help and going forward anything I need for my vehicle will be at Autozone. Thank you to your staff, specifically Michael, and thank you for being there for us post Hurricane Irma. read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible!! I rode 10 miles this morning to get a set of ignition coils that their website said were in stock at this location. When I got there about 8:00 A.M. the manager said they had no stock and the "computer shows them available to get customers in the door". I was furious. How dare they manipulate customers like this and then not accept responsibility. I had heart bypass surgery this last summer so this bike ride is not all that easy for me. I told the manager this and she said "sorry... it's not my fault". I'd fire the whole damn store if it were up to me. Purposely lying to customers to manipulate them is reprehensible! I'd fire every damn employee and shut the damn store down. How do you rate this company zero? If they'll lie to you to get you in their store can you trust anything else they say?? read more

I purchased a starter from auto zone at San Carlos in Estero and noticed the box was slightly perforated and the associate and I didn't inspect the starter until I removed the old one and noticed the plastic solenoid was broken. I believe the associate Robert new it was broken and wanted to dump this 180.00 item because it was broken at the store. I thought I called the Estero store but instead I called the Bonita store and spoke with Dario. I was angry with the store because I had to put It all back together and tap the old starter. He said they will take it back with no questions and he set one aside for me with my name and number. I had to apologize because of my displaced anger. Now he has a defective part and I lost a half a day and gas to finish the job. Dario was very professional and personal and I will go out of my way to go to his store to receive the same treatment. He is a valuable asset to the company. Thanks again Dario. Carleton H. read more
